The existing tool changing mode is that a machine tool PLC module sends a main shaft stop signal; operating a delay to wait for the spindle to completely stop rotating; the machine head moves to a tool changing position; the main shaft tool magazine loosens the tool holder at the tool changing position to release the tool; and the Z axis of the machine tool is lifted and moved to a cutter grabbing position to carry out cutter grabbing operation.

When the main shaft cutter 2 switches the gang drill bit, the main shaft cutter 2 is not placed in the tool magazine, the main shaft cylinder 1 is directly retracted, and the main shaft simultaneously drives down the gang drill bit.
When the gang drill bit is switched to the drill bits with other numbers, the machine head does not need to be lifted to a tool changing position, and the gang drill bit is directly switched.
When the gang drill bit switches the main shaft cutter 2, the machine head withdraws the gang drill, and whether the operation of grabbing the cutter after the cutter needs to be put is carried out according to whether the current main shaft cutter number is the target cutter.
The abnormal cutter processing mode comprises two modes, namely: 1. manually modifying the current spindle tool number; 2. the current tool is manually removed and replaced in the toolholder.
