Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of group plate steel feeding systems, in particular to a tail braking device based on a group plate steel feeding system.
Background
The group plate steel feeding system is a multiple length of a finished product rolled piece subjected to 3# shearing in the rolling process of the rolling equipment system, and the finished product rolled piece is thrown into a correct position of a cooling bed after steel division braking through the group plate steel feeding system. After the capacity of some production lines which are put into early stage or some local area equipment is improved, the whole capacity is improved to a certain extent. When the rolled pieces enter the group plate steel feeding system, the speed of the rolled pieces exceeds the action period and the braking distance of the group plate steel feeding system, and the rolled pieces cannot be correctly braked and thrown to a reasonable position of a cooling bed or impact the top.
Referring to fig. 1, finished rolled pieces are cut by a 3# cutting multiple length and then are conveyed into a group plate steel feeding system when group plate rollers 7 and movable group plates 5 which are arranged on a group plate base 6 are at a high position. When the multi-length rolled pieces 3 are conveyed by the group plate roller 7 for a set time period, the tail parts of the multi-length rolled pieces are separated from the steel separating point, and at the moment, the piston rod of the oil cylinder 10 is retracted to drive the adjusting rod 8 through the connecting rod 9 so that the movable group plates 5 are lowered to the low position. Then the piston rod of the oil cylinder 10 rapidly extends out for a set length, the movable group plate 5 rapidly rises to the middle position along with the linkage of the connecting rod 9 and the adjusting rod 8, and the rolled piece 3 is supported between the height of the movable group plate 5 and the middle position of the guide plate 4 to be braked by friction force. At the same time, the head of the second multiple length reaches the steel splitting point, and the ascending movable group plate 5 blocks the head of the second multiple length on the group plate roller 7 to continuously convey the head of the second multiple length forward. When the rolled pieces 3 of the movable group plate 5 and the guide plate 4 are in the correct position of the straight throwing plate of the cooling bed after braking, the oil cylinder 10 continuously extends to the longest, and the movable group plate 5 also rises to the highest position to throw the rolled pieces 3 into the straight throwing plate of the cooling bed. The group plate steel feeding system finishes a period, and throws the multiple-length rolled pieces to a cooling bed to be thrown and cooled step by step repeatedly and continuously. And after the capacity of some production lines which are put into early stage or some local area equipment is improved, the rolling speed is also greatly improved. The speed exceeds the action period and the braking distance of the group plate steel feeding system, the rolled piece can not be reasonably braked and stopped and thrown into the correct position of the cooling bed, so that faults of top punching, steel disorder and the like can be caused, the continuous production state can not be realized, and the rolled piece can be braked on the group plate steel feeding system under the condition that the action period and the braking distance of the group plate steel feeding system are insufficient.
