Taking an HTC (high-speed double-channel conveying system) of Daneli company as an example, a rod after finish rolling is sent to a cooling bed at a high speed, the speed of the rod conveyed to the cooling bed is as high as 50m/s, a pinch roll is arranged on the incoming material side of the inlet of the cooling bed to brake the rod, the speed of the rod is reduced to a certain set speed value, the free sliding distance of a rolled piece is greatly reduced, and the pinch roll is matched with a bidirectional collecting tank for use, so that the double-line alternative feeding of the rod to the cooling bed is realized, and the high-speed rolling.
At present, a bar pinch roll generally adopts a mechanism type that an upper brake roll and a lower brake roll clamp a bar rolled piece, the lower brake roll is usually fixed, the upper brake roll is pressed down for clamping, and a typical pinch roll structure mainly comprises an air cylinder, a swing arm, an upper brake roll, a lower brake roll, a motor and a frame. When the bar rolled piece passes through the pinch roll, the air cylinder drives the swing arm to act, the upper brake roll is pressed down, the lower brake roll rotates at an accelerated speed, the bar rolled piece is driven by the lower brake roll to rise at the same linear speed, then the motor enters a power generation braking state to decelerate the bar, and finally the bar is thrown out at a low speed.
Because the temperature of the bar rolled piece exiting from the rolling mill is high, if the brake roller on the pinch roll is pressed down too tightly, the upper side and the lower side of the rolled piece are deformed, indentation usually occurs, and the surface quality of a bar product is influenced; if the upper brake roller is pressed down too loosely, the speed of the bar rolled piece exiting the pinch roller is too high, the purpose of braking cannot be achieved, and mechanical and technological accidents may even be caused.
