Comparative example 13
The biological enzyme alone is used as a substance for reducing the peculiar smell of the wood chip storage yard.
Example 3
The wood chips of the raw material storage yard are taken and distributed in 4 storage boxes with 8L (each box is 800g of wood chips) and sealed. After 10 days, after the wood chips are naturally fermented, measuring the content of the peculiar smell gas at the top in the storage box. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a diagram of an experimental apparatus in example 3 of the present invention; as can be seen from table 1, during the natural fermentation of wood chips, the gas mainly produced is acid gas such as acetic acid. After the compositions for reducing the peculiar smell of the wood chip storage yard, which are prepared in the embodiment 2 and the comparative examples 4 to 13 of the invention, are added according to different volumes, the amount of generated acid gas is reduced.
TABLE 1
Example 4
The wood chip yard odor reducing composition prepared in example 2 of the present invention was tested with the YJF-TR-102 conventional product according to the method described in example 3 of the present invention, and the results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
Example 5
The compositions for reducing the odor of the wood chip storage yard prepared in the embodiment 2 of the present invention and the comparative examples 4 to 13 were tested according to the method described in the embodiment 3 of the present invention, and the results of the removal rate (%) of VOCs are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
