Since liquid crystal is a thermodynamically stable phase state between crystalline states and has both anisotropy of crystals and fluidity of liquid, the liquid crystal is considered to be a fourth state other than three states of gas, liquid, and solid. In an O/W system, the emulsifier is arranged in an oil-water interface in an oriented way, a multilayer liquid crystal structure of ordered oil, emulsifier and water can be formed, and a certain amount of water is contained between liquid crystal layers, so that the relative slippage is easy, and the spreading on the surface of skin is facilitated, therefore, the skin feel is comfortable, and the skin-friendly property is good.
In recent years, the tendency to apply liquid crystal emulsification to cosmetics has increased greatly. Liquid crystal emulsification is a unique mechanism that encapsulates the skin cosmetic active ingredients of cosmetics, and its constituent ingredients are similar to skin lipids. 6. Humectant (1): glycerol, a colorless and odorless viscous liquid, has the effects of moisturizing and locking water. A protective film can be formed on the surface of the skin, so that the skin is protected from being damaged by dust and impurities in the air, the immunity of the skin is improved, and the skin can be kept moist for a long time.
7. Humectant (2): polyglyceryl ether-26, which is a glycerol adduct of 26 moles of ethylene oxide, is used as a humectant and lubricant and has a smooth, fine feel. It has effects of softening and lubricating skin, and improving the sticky feeling of the product in semi-dry state.
8. Humectant (3): sodium hyaluronate is a humectant from plants, and an aqueous solution of sodium hyaluronate has strong viscoelasticity and lubricity, and can form a layer of moisture-preserving breathable film on the surface of skin to lock the moisture of the skin and keep the skin moist and bright.
9. Water-soluble polymer thickener (1): the xanthan gum is a biological gum prepared by taking corn starch as a raw material and utilizing xanthomonas campestris through biological engineering. Is a common thickening stabilizer.
10. Water-soluble polymer thickener (2): sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer (and) isohexadecane (and) polysorbate-80; it can increase the stability of the system, and multiple tests show that the thickener is favorable for the system to form a liquid crystal network structure and reduce the sensitivity of liquid crystal to temperature.

In conclusion, the moisturizing body lotion with a good liquid crystal structure provided by the invention can form more uniform, bright and complete lamellar liquid crystal structures by reasonably matching the emulsifier, the higher fatty alcohol, the grease and the high-molecular thickener and adjusting the interface accumulation parameters through a reasonable preparation process, and the formed liquid crystal structures are stable.
3. And (3) moisture retention efficacy evaluation:
according to the evaluation guidance of the moisturizing efficacy of the cosmetics in the light industry standard QB/T4256-.
4. The test method comprises the following steps:
selecting 70 healthy volunteers (30 males and 30 females with age of 25-50 years), dividing into 7 groups, resting for 1h in an environment with temperature of 20-22 ℃ and relative humidity of 50 +/-10%, testing initial skin moisture content by using an MC960 skin multifunctional measuring instrument (Courage + khazaka, Germany), and enabling 7 groups of volunteers to respectively use the moisturizing body milk of examples 1-6 and the comparative example according to the ratio of 2mg/cm2The amount was applied to the inner forearm area (5 cm. times.5 cm) of the volunteer, the volunteer was allowed to sit still, the moisture content of the skin was measured after 0.5h, 1h, 1.5h, 2h, and 4h, respectively, and the MMV growth rate (. DELTA.MMV) was calculated by the following formula:
Δ MMV ═ MMVn-MMV0)/MMV0 × 100%, where MMVn is the skin moisture content after sample application and MMV0 is the initial skin moisture content.
The calculated Δ MMV data is shown in the following table:
table 8 Δ MMV data (%)'s of moisturizing body milks of examples 1 to 6 and comparative example
As can be seen from Table 8: in 4h of the test, the skin moisture content value of the volunteers who applied the moisturizing body milks of examples 1 to 6 had a higher growth rate than the volunteers who applied the moisturizing body milks of the comparative example, and the skin moisture content value of the volunteers who applied the moisturizing body milks of example 3 had the highest growth rate. Namely, the moisturizing performance of the moisturizing body milk with the liquid crystal structure of the invention is better than that of the ordinary moisturizing body milk of the comparative example.
In conclusion: the emulsifier molecules in the moisturizing body milk with the liquid crystal structure can form the liquid crystal structure, are arranged orderly, can combine more water, can increase the water content of the horny layer, and along with the water loss, the original ordered structure can be converted into a disordered lamellar liquid crystal structure, a compact liquid crystal water-containing oil film can be formed on the surface of the skin, the percutaneous water loss can be prevented for a long time, and the moisturizing effect can be enhanced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
