The flow rate of the liquid supply mechanism in the following embodiments is the flow rate of the water pump 300.
The steam generating part 500 described in this embodiment is an instant heating type steam generating part, a heating device (such as a heating tube) is built in the instant heating type steam generating part, and water is heated in a small space and can generate a certain pressure, so that the instant heating type steam generating part can generate superheated steam higher than 100 ℃, thereby satisfying the steam temperature required by more cooking functions. The inside scale deposit of steam generation portion can result in to the heating of non-pure water heating such as more use running water, if the incrustation scale does not wash for a long time, can reduce the inside heating efficiency who generates heat the device, serious can lead to the device that generates heat to overheat and burn out, produces the potential safety hazard to along with the extension of scale deposit time, the incrustation scale washs the degree of difficulty and can be big more.
With reference to fig. 2, the scale cleaning method according to the embodiment of the present invention employs a sectional cleaning process for the scale characteristics in the steam generating part:
in the scale dissolving stage, the liquid supply mechanism introduces cleaning liquid into the inner cavity of the steam generating part, and the scale in the inner cavity of the steam generating part is dissolved by the cleaning liquid;
in the scale removing stage, the liquid supply mechanism introduces cleaning liquid into the inner cavity of the steam generating part, the steam generating part is heated to vaporize part of the cleaning liquid, and the pressure of the inner cavity of the steam generating part is increased to promote dissolved scale to be discharged out of the inner cavity of the steam generating part along with the cleaning liquid. In addition, compared with the conventional cleaning method, in the scale discharging stage, in the embodiment, as the steam generating part is heated to vaporize part of the cleaning liquid, the inner cavity of the steam generating part is quickly pressurized, and a small amount of cleaning liquid is used for discharging dissolved scale out of the inner cavity of the steam generating part, so that the scale discharging efficiency is improved and the cleaning liquid is saved; and the vaporization of the cleaning liquid also has the effects of disinfection and sterilization, so that the peculiar smell of the cleaning liquid can be removed, and the peculiar smell of the steam output during normal cooking is avoided.
In this embodiment, the main purpose in the scale dissolving stage is to dissolve the water scale, and in order to ensure that the water scale is fully dissolved in the cleaning solution, reasonable cleaning solution temperature (i.e. steam generation temperature) and scale dissolving stage duration need to be set, specifically speaking:
in the scale dissolving stage, the steam generating part is heated to a first preset temperature and is kept, and the first preset temperature is 97-99 ℃, such as 97 ℃, 98 ℃, 99 ℃ and the like. The high-temperature heating can accelerate the reaction speed of the cleaning liquid and the water scale, the scale dissolving effect is better, the first preset temperature is set to be 97-99 ℃, the water scale is quickly dissolved by the cleaning liquid under the condition of no boiling, and the cleaning liquid has the functions of sterilization and disinfection.
The duration of the scale dissolving stage is 40-70 min. The main purpose of the scale dissolving stage is to dissolve the scale, in order to ensure that the scale is fully dissolved in the cleaning solution, in addition to heating the cleaning solution at a high temperature, the duration of the scale dissolving stage can be increased, that is, the reaction time between the cleaning solution and the scale is increased, and for the case of severe scale formation, more scale can be dissolved by soaking for a long time, but the overall cleaning time and energy consumption are also prolonged, so that the duration of the scale dissolving stage is set to 40min to 70min, such as 40min, 50min, 55min, 60min, 70min, and the like, and the adjustment can be specifically performed according to a first preset temperature and the scale formation severity.
In the scale removing stage, the steam generating part is heated to a second preset temperature and kept, and the second preset temperature is set to be 105-110 ℃. The purpose of setting this temperature is: the steam generating part is heated to a temperature higher than the boiling point of water, so that part of the cleaning liquid is vaporized in a short time, a certain amount of cleaning liquid is reserved in the inner cavity of the steam generating part, and the dissolved scale is sprayed out along with the cleaning liquid from the inner cavity of the steam generating part under the combined action of air pressure kinetic energy and water flow energy.
In the scale removing stage, the liquid supply mechanism introduces cleaning liquid into the inner cavity of the steam generating part at a third flow rate W3, wherein the third flow rate W3 is 0.8L/min-1.5L/min, and L is the volume of the inner cavity of the steam generating part. It can be understood that: the flow of the water pump is adjusted by the power of the water pump, the larger the power is, the larger the flow of the water pump is, the more cleaning liquid is introduced into the inner cavity of the steam generating part in unit time is, correspondingly, the larger the working noise of the water pump is, if the third flow W3 is too small, after part of the cleaning liquid is vaporized, the rest cleaning liquid cannot carry more water scales, and the scale removing effect is weakened; if the third flow rate W3 is too high, the steam generating part also needs to increase the heating power to maintain the second preset temperature, which increases the energy consumption and noise, so that in this embodiment, the third flow rate W3 is set to 0.8L/min to 1.5L/min, which not only satisfies the cleaning liquid amount required for removing the scale, but also effectively controls the energy consumption and noise of the steam generating part and the liquid supply mechanism. In practical applications, the third flow rate W3 may be adjusted according to the second preset temperature and the scaling severity, for example, 0.8L/min, 1L/min, 1.2L/min, 1.5L/min, etc.
Because the scale is discharged by utilizing the vaporization pressurization of the cleaning liquid in the scale removal stage, a large amount of cleaning liquid is consumed for long-time operation, but the scale removal effect is not obviously increased, so the duration of the scale removal stage is far shorter than that of the scale dissolution stage, is usually set to be 3min to 10min, such as 3min, 5min, 7min, 8min, 10min and the like, and can be specifically adjusted according to the third flow W3 and the scale severity.
The cleaning liquid used in the embodiment is a mixed solution of water and citric acid, and the citric acid is food-grade citric acid generally, so that the prepared cleaning liquid is safe and sanitary and cannot damage a steam generation part; citric acid can be quickly dissolved by mixing with water, so that the dissolving effect of the citric acid is fully exerted, and the scale in the inner cavity of the steam generating part can be quickly decomposed. Of course, the cleaning solution used in the present invention is not limited to citric acid solution, and other detergent may be used.
If the scale formation is serious, according to the scale cleaning method of the embodiment, the scale dissolving stage and the scale removing stage can be performed at least twice in a cycle to increase the scale removing effect.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, based on the scale cleaning method described in the above embodiment, the scale dissolving stage is performed in steps:
a first scale dissolving step, wherein a liquid supply mechanism introduces cleaning liquid into an inner cavity of the steam generating part at a first flow rate W1 so as to quickly fill the inner cavity of the steam generating part with the cleaning liquid; in the first scale dissolving step, the first flow rate W1 is set to be L/min-2L/min, L is the volume of the inner cavity of the steam generating part, and the first flow rate W1 can be specifically adjusted according to the volume of the inner cavity of the steam generating part so as to ensure that the inner cavity of the steam generating part can be quickly filled with cleaning solution and all scale parts of the inner cavity of the steam generating part can be covered by the cleaning solution;
a second scale dissolving step, wherein the liquid supply mechanism intermittently introduces cleaning liquid into the inner cavity of the steam generating part at a second flow rate W2; wherein; in the second scale dissolving step, if the second flow rate W2 is too large, the introduced cleaning solution is discharged without enough time to participate in the reaction, resulting in waste, therefore, the second flow rate W2 is smaller than the first flow rate W1, and is set to 0.3L/min to 0.7L/min in this embodiment, cleaning liquid is intermittently introduced into the inner cavity of the steam generating part at a relatively small flow rate, for example, a water pump works for 1min and pauses for 2min, the above steps are repeated, new cleaning solution is intermittently introduced into the inner cavity of the steam generating part, so that the cleaning solution participating in the scale reaction is intermittently discharged out of the inner cavity of the steam generating part, under the condition of ensuring that the inner cavity of the steam generating part is filled with the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid participating in the reaction is intermittently replaced by the new cleaning liquid, so that the scale dissolving effect is prevented from being reduced due to long-time reaction of the cleaning liquid, the scale is fully dissolved, and the waste of the cleaning liquid is avoided; in addition, in the second scale dissolving step, dissolved scale is intermittently discharged out of the inner cavity of the steam generating part along with the cleaning liquid, and the dissolved scale is discharged out of the inner cavity of the steam generating part in batches in the scale dissolving stage, so that the scale discharging pressure in the scale discharging stage is relieved, the problem that the scale is not smooth or even blocked due to the concentrated discharge of the scale in the scale discharging stage is avoided, and the smooth scale discharging in the scale discharging stage is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a scale cleaning method according to the above embodiment: and in the cleaning stage, pure water is introduced into the inner cavity of the steam generating part by the liquid supply mechanism and is used for removing residual water scale and cleaning liquid in the inner cavity of the steam generating part. The cleaning stage uses the pure water to wash steam generation portion inner chamber, clears away incrustation scale and the washing liquid that the dirt stage of arranging remained in steam generation portion inner chamber, strengthens the cleaning performance to can get rid of the peculiar smell better, use the pure water can avoid cleaning stage scale deposit once more, the clean health of output steam when guaranteeing steam heating formula cooking utensil normal use. Here, it should be noted that: because cooking utensil only carries on a water tank usually, but the washing stage needs to use pure water, therefore, when dissolving dirty stage and row dirty stage and end, the water pump pause work, and the user removes the water tank and clears up surplus washing liquid, puts into the organism with the water tank after pouring into proper amount of pure water, carries out the washing stage after pressing the washing key on the organism, accomplishes whole incrustation scale cleaning procedure when reaching and washs the settlement time.
According to the scale cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the scale in the inner cavity of the steam generating part is effectively dissolved and removed, the heating efficiency of the steam generating part and the safety and sanitation of output steam are ensured, the risk of blockage of the steam generating part caused by excessive accumulation of the scale is avoided, and the service lives of the steam generating part and a cooking appliance are prolonged.
