Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a steam generating apparatus comprising a steam generating chamber 4 having a water inlet 41 and a steam outlet 43, said apparatus further comprising a gas injection scale removal apparatus capable of injecting gas into the steam generating chamber 4.
Above-mentioned steam generation device can push in gas to steam generation chamber 4 through jet-propelled scale removal device to steam generation chamber 4 in the incrustation scale production strike, make the incrustation scale in steam generation chamber 4 break away from steam generation chamber 4's inner wall, in order to clear away the incrustation scale in steam generation chamber 4, extension steam generation device's life.
When there is water in the steam generating chamber 4, the gas pressed into the steam generating chamber 4 may push the water and scale to cause the scale to break away from the inner wall of the steam generating chamber 4 under the scouring of the water, and when there is no water in the steam generating chamber 4, the gas pressed into the steam generating chamber 4 directly sweeps the scale on the inner wall of the steam generating chamber 4, causing the scale to break away from the inner wall of the steam generating chamber 4 under the impact of the gas flow of the scale. After the scale has been dislodged from the inner walls of the steam generating chamber 4 by the air-jet descaling device, the user may remove the scale from the steam generating chamber 4 through an opening in the steam generating chamber 4, such as the steam outlet 43 or the water inlet 41.
The shape of the steam generating chamber 4 may be suitably selected according to the actual need, for example, as in the embodiment shown in fig. 1. The material of the steam generating chamber 4 may likewise be suitably selected according to the actual requirements, preferably aluminium or copper.
The air injection outlet of the air injection descaling device can be arranged at any proper position on the steam generation cavity 4, and the air injection descaling can be carried out on the steam generation cavity 4, for example, the air injection inlet is separately arranged on the steam generation cavity 4. Preferably, the air outlet of the air-injection descaling device can be detachably mounted on the steam outlet 43 of the steam generation cavity 4, an air-injection inlet is not required to be separately arranged, the production and the manufacture of the steam generation cavity 4 are facilitated, and the airtightness of the steam generation cavity 4 can be improved by reducing the arrangement of the opening. It will be appreciated that the air-jet descaling device removably mounted on the steam outlet 43 is removed from the steam outlet 43 when the steam generating device is generating steam and then mounted on the steam outlet 43 when descaling is required.
The connection mode of the air-injection descaling device and the steam outlet 43 can be properly selected according to the actual requirement, such as threaded connection, interference connection and the like.
The air injection descaling device can select any appropriate air injection device according to actual needs, such as an electric air injection device. Preferably, the gas injection descaling device is a manual gas compressor 3, so that the structure of the gas injection descaling device of the steam generation device can be simplified, the descaling cost of the steam generation device is reduced, and the energy is saved. The manual gas compressor 3 is capable of compressing gas to rapidly inject a gas stream having a relatively high gas pressure into the vapor generation chamber 4, and the structure of the manual gas compressor 3 may be appropriately designed according to actual needs, for example, a gas injection pipe, etc. Referring to fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the manual gas compressor 3 includes a gas compression portion that is compressible to a desired shape and a handle for compressing the gas compression portion, and the user grasps the handle to compress the gas compression portion and inject a gas stream into the vapor generation chamber 4.

According to a further aspect of the present invention, there is provided a descaling method for a steam generating apparatus, the descaling method comprising: injecting a gas into the steam generating chamber 4 of the steam generating apparatus causes an increase in the pressure within the steam generating chamber 4 which forces scale and water within the steam generating chamber 4 out of the water outlet of the steam generating chamber 4. The descaling method of the steam generating device can simply and quickly remove the scale in the steam generating cavity 4 and prolong the service life of the steam generating device.
Preferably, water is supplied into the steam generating chamber 4 through the water tank 2, wherein when gas is injected into the steam generating chamber 4, the communication between the water tank 2 and the steam generating chamber 4 is cut off, preventing scale from flowing back to the water tank 2, affecting the descaling effect. The manner of shutting off the communication between the water tank 2 and the steam generating chamber 4 may be appropriately selected according to actual needs, and for example, a solenoid valve, a manual valve, a check valve, or the like may be provided between the water tank 2 and the steam generating chamber 4.
Preferably, gas is injected into the steam generating chamber 4 of the steam generating device at predetermined intervals to periodically clean the steam generating chamber 4. Wherein the predetermined time may be suitably selected according to actual needs, preferably, the descaling of the steam generating chamber 4 is performed at intervals of 7-15 days, so as to avoid that scale is condensed in the steam generating chamber 4 and is difficult to clean.
Wherein, a user can arrange an air injection inlet on the steam generation cavity 4 so as to always install the air injection descaling device on the steam generation cavity 4, and the air injection descaling device is started when descaling is needed; alternatively, as shown in the preferred embodiment of FIG. 1, the air-jet descaling device is removably mounted to the steam outlet 43 of the steam generation chamber 4, the connecting pipe connecting the steam generation chamber 4 and the ironing head is manually removed when descaling is desired, and the air-jet descaling device is mounted for descaling.
