step S104, controlling the water inlet assembly to inject cleaning water into the steam generating device, and simultaneously controlling the water outlet assembly to discharge the cleaning water in the steam generating device for a third preset time;
and step S105, controlling the water drainage assembly to work for a fourth preset time so as to drain the cleaning water in the steam generation device, and simultaneously controlling the water inlet assembly not to work.
The invention provides a control method of cooking equipment, which comprises the steps of controlling a water inlet assembly to inject water into a steam generating device in step S101, heating the water through the steam generating device, cleaning water scale in the steam generating device through hot water, driving the water scale to move through the molecular motion of the hot water in the hot water washing process to achieve the effect of efficiently cleaning the water scale, and simultaneously carrying out the water scale in the steam generating device when the water in the steam generating device is discharged in step S103 to achieve the purpose of cleaning the steam generating device. In step S4104, water is injected into the steam generator and simultaneously the water in the steam generator is discharged to flush the steam generator, so that the water not only can flush out the scale remained in the steam generator to clean the steam generator, but also the cold water after flushing can enter the residual water recovery box after flushing, thereby reducing the temperature in the residual water recovery box and preventing the user from being scalded when the residual water is removed. Step S105 follows step S104 to ensure that the washing water has been completely discharged from the steam generating apparatus.
In step S101, the first preset time is 10-20S, preferably 15S.
In step S103, the second preset time is 10-15S, preferably 13S.
In step S104, the third predetermined time is 20-25S, preferably 22S.
In step S105, the fourth preset time is 8-15S, preferably 10S.
In step S104, the third preset time is set to be long to sufficiently flush the inner wall of the steam generating device.
In step S105, the step of controlling the drain assembly to operate for a fourth preset time to drain the washing water in the steam generator includes:
controlling the drainage assembly to work for a fourth preset time;
detecting whether residual water exists in the steam generating device;
if so, controlling the drainage assembly to continue working; if not, the process proceeds to step S106.
The steam generating device is rechecked for residual water by detecting whether residual water exists in the steam generating device, so that the cleaning water is completely discharged from the steam generating device. The washing water in the steam generator is emptied, thereby preventing the washing water in the steam generator from deteriorating due to the fact that the product is not used for a long time.
The following steps are also included after step S105:
step S106, looping step S101 to step S105;
step S107, detecting whether a preset cycle number is reached;
if yes, ending the program; if not, the process returns to step S106.
In step S107, the preset number of cycles is 2 to 5. The steps S101 to S105 are repeated to effectively clean the steam generator and discharge the scale in the steam generator.
The following steps are also included before step S101:

and if the washing mode is entered, entering a cold water washing program.
The steam generator can be selectively switched into a cold water washing mode or a hot water washing mode, and the cold water washing mode or the hot water heater mode can be selected according to the service life of the steam generator, the thickness of water scales in the steam generator and the like. The cleaning effect of the water heater mode is better, the energy consumption of the cold water cleaning mode is lower, the cleaning is quicker, and a user can select according to the actual use condition to meet the user demand.
The steps of entering the cold water washing program are specifically as follows:

step S14, controlling the water inlet assembly to inject cleaning water into the steam generating device, and controlling the water outlet assembly to discharge the cleaning water in the steam generating device for a seventh preset time;
and step S15, controlling the water discharging assembly to operate for an eighth preset time to discharge the washing water in the steam generating device, and simultaneously controlling the water inlet assembly not to operate.
In the cold water washing mode, water is injected into the steam generator in step S12, and preferably, washing water is filled into the inner cavity of the steam generator so that the inner wall of the steam generator is sufficiently contacted with the washing water, and then the steam generator is discharged from the steam generator in step S13. In step S14, water is injected into the steam generator and simultaneously water in the steam generator is discharged to flush the cavity of the steam generator, so as to flush out the scale remained in the steam generator, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the steam generator. Step S15 is performed after step S14 to ensure that the washing water in the steam generating device is completely discharged.
In step S12, the step of controlling the water inlet assembly to inject the cleaning water into the steam generating device for a fifth preset time specifically includes:
controlling the water inlet assembly to inject cleaning water into the steam generating device for a fifth preset time;
detecting whether the steam generating device is filled with cleaning water or not;
if yes, standing for a ninth preset time, and then entering step S13;
if not, the water inlet assembly is continuously controlled to inject the cleaning water into the steam generating device until the cleaning water is full of the steam generating device.
When washing water and being full of steam generator, and the ninth preset time of just stewing, steam generator inner wall all fully contacts with washing water, can make the incrustation scale on the steam generator inner wall dissolve in washing water, guarantees the cleaning performance. Wherein the ninth preset time is 5-20 s.
In step S15, the step of controlling the drain assembly to operate for the eighth preset time to drain the washing water in the steam generator includes:
controlling the drainage assembly to work for an eighth preset time;
detecting whether residual water exists in the steam generating device;
if so, controlling the drainage assembly to continue working; if not, the process proceeds to step S16.
In step S12, the fifth preset time is 10-20S, preferably 15S.
In step S13, the sixth preset time is 10-15S, preferably 13S.
In step S14, the seventh preset time is 20-25S, preferably 22S.
In step S15, the eighth preset time is 8-15S, preferably 10S.
The following steps are also included after step S15:
step S16, loop step S11 to step S15;
step S17, detecting whether a preset cycle number is reached;
if yes, ending the program; if not, the process returns to step S16.
In step S17, the preset number of cycles is 2-5. The steps S11 to S15 are repeated to effectively clean the steam generating device.
In the hot water washing mode and the cold water washing mode, the washing water may be normal water or water obtained by adding a detergent to normal water. In the cold water washing mode, the washing water is preferably water to which a detergent is added to ordinary water.
