Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of equipment control, in particular to a descaling method and cleaning equipment.
Background
In the related art, some scale is formed inside a generator (such as a steam generator, namely a boiler) used by a cleaning device for a long time (because tap water used in everyday life is hard water containing minerals such as calcium, magnesium and salts, when the water is boiled, originally dissolved calcium bicarbonate and magnesium bicarbonate are decomposed therein, carbon dioxide is released, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide which are difficult to dissolve are formed, and the scale is formed after precipitation), the thermal conductivity of the scale is poor, the heat transfer condition of a heating surface is deteriorated, and further, electric power is wasted; thirdly, if the water scale is cemented on the inner wall of the water heater or the boiler, the water heater and the boiler are greatly increased to burst or even explode because of thermal expansion and cold shrinkage and uneven stress, the generated water scale can influence the heating efficiency and the use safety, the service life of the cleaning machine is shortened, some water scales can be formed inside the generator used for a long time by the cleaning machine, the generated water scale can influence the heating efficiency and the use safety, and the service life of the cleaning machine is shortened.
The current descaling means, through needing manual operation, pours the detergent into generator (being the boiler) through the manual work, and the heating of manual operation cleaning machine, then the log raft after heating is fallen, continues to draw water after adding water, pours water completely again until eliminating the scale, and reuse clear water is heated repeatedly-discharges, until the sanitization, and this kind of cleaning method, scale removal efficiency is lower, and the time is longer, and the scale removal effect is not good.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.
