Abstract
The invention discloses a graphene protective mask filter element and a production process thereof. According to the invention, the activated carbon fiber is loaded with graphene, so that the primary filtering effect of the mask on germs is greatly improved, then the germs which pass through the primary filtering are killed by the biological enzyme filter cotton layer, the absorbent cotton layer on the inner layer absorbs the respiratory water vapor, and the water vapor is prevented from condensing on the graphene activated carbon fiber layer and the biological enzyme filter cotton layer to influence the overall filtering effect of the mask.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hygienic products, in particular to a graphene protective mask filter element and a production process thereof.
Background
The mask is a common and effective respiratory protection article, and has good protection and isolation effects on large-particle pollutants, haze, bacteria, viruses and the like. Due to the special microstructure of the graphene, a channel smaller than 1nm can be formed, and particles larger than the size cannot pass through the channel, so that the graphene has an excellent air filtering effect. Meanwhile, the biological enzyme has a good killing effect on a small amount of microorganisms and bacteria and viruses, and the graphene is combined with the biological enzyme, so that a good virus and microorganism protection effect can be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a graphene protective mask filter element and a production process thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the utility model provides a graphite alkene protective facial mask filter core and production technology, the filter core outside-in includes outer non-woven fabrics layer, graphite alkene activated carbon fiber layer, biological enzyme filter cotton layer, absorbent cotton layer and interior non-woven fabrics layer in proper order, the filter core periphery is provided with the sealing washer, the sealing washer is made by synthetic rubber.
The graphene protective mask filter element and the production process thereof have the following specific implementation steps:
a. preparing a graphene solution by adopting a chemical oxidation-reduction method;
b. treating the graphene solution for 30-60 min by using a high-energy ultrasonic oscillation device;
c. preparing 5-10% of graphene solution by mass concentration;
d. soaking activated carbon fibers in a graphene solution, wherein the mass ratio of the activated carbon fibers to the graphene solution is 1: 3, carrying out sealed hydrothermal treatment for 1h at the hydrothermal temperature of 120-150 ℃, taking out the activated carbon fiber after the hydrothermal treatment is finished, and drying in the shade at room temperature to obtain a graphene activated carbon fiber layer;
e. soaking absorbent cotton in lysozyme solution for 12h, taking out, and drying in the shade to obtain biological enzyme filter cotton layer;
f. the filter element is prepared by bonding an outer non-woven fabric layer, a graphene activated carbon fiber layer, a biological enzyme filter cotton layer, a degreasing cotton layer and an inner non-woven fabric layer through hot melt adhesive, thermally pressing a sealing ring, and performing ultraviolet sterilization.
The beneficial effects of the invention are that the activated carbon fiber is loaded with graphene, so that the primary filtering effect of the mask on germs is greatly improved, then the germs which pass the primary filtering are killed by the biological enzyme filter cotton layer, and the absorbent cotton layer on the inner layer absorbs the breathing water vapor, thereby avoiding the water vapor from condensing on the graphene activated carbon fiber layer and the biological enzyme filter cotton layer to influence the overall filtering effect of the mask.
