Abstract
The invention discloses a feed for improving the nonspecific immunity of pelteobagrus fulvidraco, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of flour, 6-15 parts of rapeseed meal, 15-18 parts of soybean meal, 3-8 parts of fulvic peptide, 30-40 parts of fish meal, 3 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of beer yeast powder, 1-2 parts of soybean phospholipid oil, 2-3 parts of soybean oil, 1-2 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.2-0.5 part of vitamin complex, 1 part of compound mineral substance, 0.1-0.3 part of choline chloride, 0.02-0.05 part of vegetable essential oil and 0.02-0.05 part of chelated zinc. The feed provided by the invention can obviously improve the non-specific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco and improve the survival capability of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco, thereby effectively improving the yield of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fish feed, and particularly relates to feed for improving non-specific immunity of pelteobagrus fulvidraco.
Background
The yellow catfish is also called yellow-hot diced and gagaria, is a small fish belonging to the genus of yellow catfish in the kneeling family of catorders, and is distributed in most natural water areas in China. The fish meat is tender, delicious in taste, rich in nutrition, less in intersomatic stings and deeply loved by consumers, and is one of rare fishes in China.
The non-specific defense mechanism of fish is generally divided into four defense lines, which are respectively protease, lysozyme and agglutinin existing in mucosal secretion; mucus cells; blood cells; cells with endocytic activity, such as endothelial cells, macrophages, granular cells and the like in organ tissues, can act during microbial invasion to remove and degrade pathogenic microorganisms and other harmful substances, however, the pelteobagrus fulvidraco has poor nonspecific immunity and is very easy to infect the pathogenic microorganisms in the culture process to cause death.

Furthermore, the feed for improving the nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco comprises the following components in parts by weight: 22 parts of flour, 10 parts of rapeseed meal, 15 parts of soybean meal, 6 parts of fulvic peptide, 35 parts of fish meal, 3 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of beer yeast powder, 1 part of soybean phospholipid oil, 2 parts of soybean oil, 1.5 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.3 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of compound mineral substance, 0.2 part of choline chloride, 0.05 part of plant essential oil and 0.025 part of chelated zinc.
Furthermore, the effective active ingredients of the plant essential oil are carvacrol and thymol, the mass fraction of the carvacrol is more than or equal to 2.5%, and the mass fraction of the thymol is more than or equal to 2.5%.
Furthermore, the compound vitamin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.84 part of vitamin A and 0.84 part of vitamin D30.02 part, vitamin E50 parts and vitamin K36 portions of vitamin B18 portions of vitamin B210 portions of vitamin B612 portions of vitamin B120.02 part, 50 parts of nicotinamide, 20 parts of D-pantothenic acid, 2 parts of folic acid, 0.05 part of D-biotin and 70 parts of muscular ferment.
Further, the mineral composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of iron, 0.8 part of copper, 2.5 parts of manganese, 12 parts of zinc, 0.12 part of iodine, 0.03 part of selenium, 0.05 part of cobalt and 25 parts of magnesium.
Further, the mass fraction of zinc in the chelated zinc is 16%.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the feed comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing the above raw materials twice to 90%, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing;
(2) then the mixed raw materials are modulated for 3 minutes at the temperature of 98 ℃ by a modulation demodulator;
(3) then granulating by a double-screw extrusion bulking machine at 120 ℃;
(4) and finally, drying at 80 ℃, and cooling to obtain the feed.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. zinc is an important micronutrient element, and has an important role in supporting the development of an immune system, the integrity of a non-specific immune system (skin, mucous membrane) and the like and the exertion of immune cell functions, while ordinary inorganic zinc which is used conventionally cannot be effectively absorbed by the pelteobagrus fulvidraco due to the antagonism of phytic acid which is commonly present in feed, and after the high-absorption-utilization-rate chelated zinc is added, the absorption utilization rate of the zinc element by the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is effectively improved, so that the requirement of the optimal immunity of a fish body on the zinc element is met, and the non-specific immunity capability of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is improved;
2. according to the invention, the plant essential oil is added into the feed, the plant essential oil contains thymol and carvacrol, and the two have synergistic effects, so that the prepared feed has the effects of inhibiting the adhesion of the epizoon and killing the epizoon in the breeding period, namely, the natural resistance of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco to aeromonas hydrophila, nocardia, vibrio and streptococcus is improved, and the adhesion rate and the breeding rate of the epizoon of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco are reduced;
3. the feed component provided by the invention contains functional protein raw material-rich peptide (enzymolysis protein), which is rich in immunoregulation peptide, has the function of regulating the immunity function of fish bodies, and is matched with the chelated zinc and the plant essential oil, so that the four-defense line defense effect of the nonspecific defense mechanism of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco can be effectively improved, the nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is fundamentally improved, and the survival capability and the yield of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco are improved.
4. The feed components and the proportion provided by the invention are designed according to the digestible energy of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco, and the protein raw materials and the energy raw materials are selected according to the digestibility of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco on different protein sources and energy sources, so that the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is ensured to have high digestibility of protein, rich peptides, mineral substances and the like in the feed, that is, the effective utilization rate of the feed is improved, and the feeding cost of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is reduced.

The effective active ingredients in the plant essential oil are carvacrol and thymol, the mass fraction of the carvacrol is more than or equal to 2.5%, and the mass fraction of the thymol is more than or equal to 2.5%. The plant essential oil can be extracted by distillation or extraction, or Enyi 150 essential oil produced by Nowessox corporation can be directly purchased.

Example 1
The feed for improving the nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco comprises, by weight, 20 parts of flour, 15 parts of rapeseed meal, 18 parts of soybean meal, 8 parts of fulvic peptide, 30 parts of fish meal, 3 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of beer yeast powder, 2 parts of soybean phospholipid oil, 3 parts of soybean oil, 2 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.5 part of multivitamin, 1 part of compound mineral, 0.1 part of choline chloride, 0.02 part of plant essential oil and 0.05 part of chelated zinc.
The raw materials are prepared into the feed by the following preparation method:
(1) pulverizing the above raw materials twice to 90%, sieving with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing;
(2) then the mixed raw materials are modulated for 3 minutes at the temperature of 98 ℃ by a modulation demodulator;
(3) then granulating by a double-screw extrusion bulking machine at 120 ℃;
(4) and finally, drying at 80 ℃, and cooling to obtain the pelteobagrus fulvidraco feed.
Example 2
The feed for improving the nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco comprises, by weight, 22 parts of flour, 10 parts of rapeseed meal, 15 parts of soybean meal, 6 parts of fulvic peptide, 35 parts of fish meal, 3 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of beer yeast powder, 1 part of soybean phospholipid oil, 2 parts of soybean oil, 1.5 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.3 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of compound mineral substance, 0.2 part of choline chloride, 0.05 part of plant essential oil and 0.025 part of chelated zinc.

The feed selected by the control group comprises the following components in parts by weight:

After the experiment is finished, the total survival rate of each group is calculated, the initial average initial weight of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco and the average weight after the feeding is finished are recorded, then 15 pelteobagrus fulvidraco are randomly selected from each group to extract blood, the blood of each pelteobagrus fulvidraco is divided into two parts, one part is used for determining the phagocytic function of phagocytes, and the other part is used for determining the lysozyme activity.

Phagocytic activity of phagocytes is expressed as a Phagocytic Percentage (PP) × 100% (number of cells participating in phagocytosis out of 100 phagocytes) and a Phagocytic Index (PI) × 100% (total number of bacteria in phagocytes/number of phagocytes participating in phagocytosis), respectively.
As can be seen from tables 4 and 5, the phagocytic ability of the phagocytic cells of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco fed with the feed of the present invention is enhanced, the activity of lysozyme is improved, and the overall nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is effectively improved.

The feed for improving the nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of flour, 6-15 parts of rapeseed meal, 15-18 parts of soybean meal, 3-8 parts of fulvic peptide, 30-40 parts of fish meal, 3 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of beer yeast powder, 1-2 parts of soybean phospholipid oil, 2-3 parts of soybean oil, 1-2 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.2-0.5 part of vitamin complex, 1 part of compound mineral substance, 0.1-0.3 part of choline chloride, 0.02-0.05 part of vegetable essential oil and 0.02-0.05 part of chelated zinc.

The feed for improving the nonspecific immunity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 22 parts of flour, 10 parts of rapeseed meal, 15 parts of soybean meal, 6 parts of fulvic peptide, 35 parts of fish meal, 3 parts of corn protein powder, 3 parts of beer yeast powder, 1 part of soybean phospholipid oil, 2 parts of soybean oil, 1.5 parts of monocalcium phosphate, 0.3 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of compound mineral substance, 0.2 part of choline chloride, 0.05 part of plant essential oil and 0.025 part of chelated zinc.
