Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of plant-derived pesticides, and particularly relates to application of a forsythia suspense extract to prevention and control of agricultural pests.
Background
Fructus forsythiae is a common Chinese medicinal material, and mainly contains phenylethanoid glycosides, lignans and their glycosides, pentacyclic triterpenes, volatile oil, etc. Pharmacological research considers that the medicine has the effects of resisting bacteria, resisting inflammation, relieving fever, stopping vomiting, promoting urination, strengthening heart, resisting liver damage, easing pain, resisting virus, reducing blood pressure and the like.
The fructus forsythiae is used as a traditional Chinese medicine field, the research on the aspect of agricultural application is less, in agriculture, the research on the activity of fructus forsythiae extracts is mainly concentrated in the sterilization field, for example, fructus forsythiae extracts have good inhibition effects on cotton wilt pathogen, cucumber gray mold and fusarium moniliforme, the inhibition rate of hypha growth is more than 50% (Pan and the like, the inhibition activity of 8 traditional Chinese medicine extracts on plant pathogenic fungi), ethanol extracts of flowers, leaves, branches and fruits (including green forsythia and fructus peruvii) of fructus forsythiae have certain inhibition effects on three bacterial diseases escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, 3 fungal diseases penicillium, botrytis cinerea and aspergillus flavus (the comparison analysis of the antibacterial effects of extracts of different parts of fructus forsythiae, the antibacterial activity and the component analysis of ethanol extracts of fructus forsythiae fruits and fructus forsythiae leaves), LC50 values of the tobacco methyl and pseudoglutethic acid methyl fumigant activities of the fructus forsythiae volatile oil are respectively 8.94 and 7.68mg/L, LD50 values of contact poisoning activities are respectively 23.66 and 30.13 g/g, the LD 364-18 g terpene derivatives have certain insecticidal effects on tobacco poisoning effects on tobacco pests (the tobacco poisoning effect of the tobacco) of the tobacco poisoning alcohol and the tobacco poisoning effect of the fructus forsythiae volatile oil on the tobacco poisoning of the tobacco poisoning substances of the tobacco.
Most of the chemical pesticides are non-naturally occurring substances, are not easy to degrade, have long residual period, have destructive effect on natural ecology, are easy to form public nuisance, and even endanger human health. Therefore, it has become urgent to develop a plant-derived pesticide which is highly effective against harmful organisms, safe against non-target organisms, easily decomposed, and does not damage the environment by the decomposition products. The invention mainly researches the application of the forsythia suspense extract in the aspect of pesticides.
Disclosure of Invention

the application of the forsythia suspense extract in preventing and controlling agricultural pests is characterized in that the extract is an ethanol extract.
The extraction method of the ethanol extract comprises the following steps: oven drying fructus forsythiae fruit and folium forsythiae in 75 deg.C constant temperature oven to constant weight, pulverizing, sieving, adding 70% ethanol at a ratio of 1: 10-20(g/mL), reflux extracting at 78-82 deg.C for 2-4 hr for three times, filtering, mixing filtrates, and rotary evaporating to concentrate to obtain fructus forsythiae fruit and folium forsythiae ethanol extract.
The agricultural pests are armyworm, corn borer and spodoptera frugiperda.
The forsythia suspense extract is used for preparing the insecticide, and the insecticide is in the dosage forms of missible oil, microemulsion, granules, wettable powder and water dispersible granules.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the forsythia suspense extract belongs to a plant source extract, is a plant source pesticide which is environment-friendly, safe to non-target organisms, easy to decompose and harmless to the environment by decomposition products. The forsythia suspense extract is adopted to prevent and control agricultural pests, so that the dosage of chemical agents can be reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
The applicant proves that the forsythia suspense extract has good control effect on agricultural pests such as armyworm, ostrinia nubilalis and spodoptera frugiperda.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1 preparation of forsythia suspense extract
Placing fructus forsythiae and folium forsythiae in a 75 deg.C constant temperature oven, drying to constant weight, pulverizing, sieving, adding 70% ethanol at a ratio of 1: 15(g/mL) respectively, reflux-extracting at 80 deg.C for 3 hr for three times, filtering, mixing filtrates, and rotary evaporating the filtrate to obtain fructus forsythiae and folium forsythiae ethanol extract. Taking fructus forsythiae and fructus forsythiae leaf ethanol extract, and diluting with acetone to constant volume to obtain 1g/mL solution for later use.
Example 2 contact killing Activity of Forsythia suspensa extract on armyworm
The dipping method comprises the following steps: the sample extract prepared in example 1 was diluted with water by 100 times, 20 times, 10 times and 5 times in sequence, 3-instar armyworm larvae of the same size were selected and placed in an armyworm soaking tube, and the tube was soaked in the diluent for 10 seconds, and then taken out, excess liquid medicine was blotted with absorbent paper, and the tube was placed in a petri dish with fresh corn leaves, and the treatment was repeated 3 times, and a blank control was set for 10 test insects. The culture dish is placed in an incubator at 28 ℃ for culture, the death condition of the test insects is investigated after 24 hours, and the death rate is calculated.

Contact killing effect of forsythia suspense extract on armyworm is shown in table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the extract of Forsythia suspensa has a certain contact-killing effect on armyworm. With increasing extract concentration, the contact killing activity increased. The corrected mortality rate for contact killing activity was 46.67% when 1g/mL of the forsythia suspense extract was diluted 5-fold.
Example 3 determination of stomach toxicity Activity of Forsythia suspensa extract on corn borer
Leaf disc method of virus inclusion: the sample extract prepared in example 1 was diluted with water in the order of 100 times, 20 times, 10 times, and 5 times. Making fresh and non-chemical pesticide-used corn leaves into a circular leaf disc with the diameter of 15mm, soaking the leaf disc in the liquid medicine for 3s, taking out the leaf disc, and clamping the leaf disc between two untreated leaf discs with the same diameter after the solvent is volatilized to make the toxic leaf disc. Placing 6 toxic leaf discs in each culture dish at equal intervals, feeding 3-instar larvae of corn borer hungry for 4h, setting blank controls, treating 20 larvae each, placing in an artificial climate box, continuously feeding, and repeating for 3 times. The death number of the larvae of the corn borers is recorded by a 48h check, and the corrected mortality rate is calculated.
