Abstract
一种过程仪表(140)的异常检测方法、系统及存储介质。其中,方法包括:一可编程逻辑控制器PLC(110)接收一过程仪表(140)的测量数据,测量数据被周期性地存储到一历史数据库(120)中供服务提供系统(130)读取评估;以及其中在PLC(110)上集成有至少一个虚拟功能模块(111),其中每个虚拟功能模块(111)的至少一个输入通道与布置在一服务提供系统(130)上的至少一个异常诊断算法的输出之间设有映射关系,每个异常诊断算法用于诊断一个过程仪(140)表是否存在异常,PLC(110)在通过虚拟功能模块(111)的一输入通道接收到服务提供系统(130)输出的一异常指示时,确定对应的过程仪表(140)存在异常。能够增强PLC(110)的功能,实现过程仪表(140)的异常诊断。
