The performance of the cleaning agent prepared in examples 1 to 4 was measured, and the results are shown in the table below.

Example 5
The cleaning agent prepared in the examples 1 to 4 is used for maintaining and cleaning the engine control circuit board in the charged working state of the train by adopting the T3 atomization maintenance process in the attached figure 1, and the cleaning result is shown in the attached figure 2.
As can be seen from the attached figure 2, dust is fully distributed on the circuit board before maintenance, the circuit is almost not seen clearly, and after maintenance, no dust is completely arranged on the circuit board, the circuit is clear and visible, and the cleaning effect is extremely ideal.
Example 6
The cleaning agent prepared in the examples 1 to 4 is used for cleaning the power transformation equipment in the charged working state by adopting the T2 charged cleaning process in the attached figure 1, and the charged maintenance tool equipment refers to the mandatory product certification and management regulations during operation.
The detection result meets the requirements of 'electric power safety work regulations (trial) of national grid company' in 2005, and is detected to be qualified by a professional organization through a power frequency withstand voltage test.

1. A cleaning agent for electrification curing, which is characterized by comprising: 80-95 parts of compound hydrocarbon solvent, 1-3 parts of compound antistatic agent, 2-5 parts of compound permeation aid and 7-10 parts of compound cleaning aid;
the compound hydrocarbon solvent consists of 60-80% by weight of C9-C12 alkane hydrocarbon solvent and 20-40% by weight of flame retardant;
the compound antistatic agent consists of a plurality of nonionic antistatic agents;
the compound permeation assistant agent consists of 35-38% by weight of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 62-65% by weight of imidazolium benzenesulfonate;
the compound auxiliary cleaning agent consists of 50-55 wt% of alcohol reagent, 30-35 wt% of ether reagent and 10-20 wt% of nonionic emulsifier; and
the pH value of the cleaning agent is neutral.
2. The charged curing cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is one or a mixture of hexabromocyclohexane, tetrabromocyclooctane and n-bromopropane.
3. The charged maintenance cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the nonionic antistatic agent is a fatty acid polyol ester, dodecylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride, tetradecylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride, hexadecylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride, diethanolamide, or sorbitol.
4. The charged maintenance cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol reagent is one or a mixture of ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and ethylene glycol.
5. The charged maintenance cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the ether reagent is one or a mixture of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate.
6. The charged maintenance cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the nonionic emulsifier is one or a mixture of sorbitan trioleate, sorbitan tristearate, ethylene glycol fatty acid ester and sorbitol polyoxyethylene ether hexastearate.
7. The charged curing cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the pH of the cleaning agent is 7 at 25 ℃.
8. The charged curing cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent does not contain any conductive ion.
9. The charged curing cleaning agent according to claim 1, comprising: 95 parts of compound hydrocarbon solvent, 3 parts of compound antistatic agent, 3 parts of compound permeation promoter and 9 parts of compound cleaning promoter;
the compound hydrocarbon solvent consists of 75 weight percent of C9-C12 alkane hydrocarbon solvent and 25 weight percent of flame retardant, wherein the normal alkane in the C9-C12 alkane hydrocarbon solvent: the weight ratio of the isoparaffin is 3: 2, hexabromocyclohexane in the flame retardant: the weight ratio of the n-bromopropane is 5: 3;
the compound antistatic agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: diethanolamide: the weight ratio of sorbitol is 8: 3: 2;
the compound penetration enhancer consists of 35 weight percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 65 weight percent of benzene sulfonic acid imidazolium salt;
the compound cleaning assistant agent consists of 52 weight percent of alcohol reagent, 33 weight percent of ether reagent and 15 weight percent of nonionic emulsifier, wherein ethanol in the alcohol reagent: isopropyl alcohol: the weight ratio of the ethylene glycol is 5: 3: 2, the ether reagent is ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, and the non-ionic emulsifier is sorbitan trioleate; and
and under the conditions of 25 ℃ and normal pressure, the pH value of the cleaning agent is 7.
10. The use method of the cleaning agent for electrification curing as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the method cures electrified products by the following five processes:
t1 static balance process: using an electrostatic balance maintenance machine of the electronic equipment to carry out electrostatic balance on the equipment and eliminating accumulated static electricity during the operation of the equipment;
t2 charged cleaning process: the device is suitable for the charged cleaning and maintenance of external insulation equipment;
t3 atomization curing process: when the dirt is thicker, a mist curing method is firstly used to ensure that the cured product fully soaks and decomposes the dirt, thereby achieving the ideal curing effect.
T4 dissolving and curing process: in case of slight pollution, the top-down maintenance process is adopted, in case of moderate and severe pollution, the bottom-up maintenance process is firstly adopted to primarily remove most of dirt on the equipment, so that the accumulation of pollutants from top to bottom can be avoided, and then the top-down maintenance process is adopted to thoroughly maintain.
T5 anticorrosion anticreep technology: the cleaning agent is used for removing various acidic, alkaline and salt pollutants and preventing corrosion, electric leakage and the like;
the charged product is at least one of the following products:
(1) an electrical device: the device comprises a motor, a generator, a circuit board, a power distribution switch cabinet, power transformation equipment, power distribution room equipment, a large-scale electromagnetic valve, a change-over switch, an automatic control switch, an electric welding machine and other electric tool products;
(2) mechanical equipment: the welding surface and the polishing surface of a cylinder, a filter, a gear box, a bearing, an iron chain mechanism and mechanical equipment of the oil pressure machine;
(3) and (4) metal parts.
