本发明涉及蛋糕加工设备领域，尤其涉及一种蛋糕饼干多用切片机。
背景技术
蛋糕、饼干是食品中常见的糕点，形式和丰富多样，作为甜食中的一种，深受人们喜爱，市场的需求量也飞速猛增，传统的糕饼干切割制作方式通常是手动切割，切割加工方法效率低，手工切割费时费力，形状大小较难一致，且切面不齐，外观不够完整，劳动成本高。另外，随着科技和市场的发展，市场上出现了蛋糕切片机和饼干切片机，但现有的切片机结构比较复杂，维护困难，功能单一，只能单一切割蛋糕或者饼干，不能实现两种糕点在同一台自动化机器上进行制作切割，功能集成性低，另外，现有的切片机切刀固定不稳固，调试困难，切片时易引起蛋糕局部的塌陷、破损及粘刀的缺陷，且切成的蛋糕块切面不完整，因此，急需设计一种自动化程度高，切片效率高，切片平整，切片精准和多功能切割的蛋糕饼干切片机。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明所要解决的现有糕点切片机结构复杂，切片效率低，切片不平整，切片不精准和切割糕点种类单一的技术问题，本发明提供一种蛋糕饼干多用切片机。
技术方案：一种蛋糕饼干多用切片机，包括：机架，所述机架的下端安装有支座和万向轮，所述机架下部的底板上安装有支撑箱体，所述支撑箱体的上端安装有驱动电机，所述支撑箱体的前端两侧安装有滑轨，所述滑轨上滑动连接有滑板，所述滑板的中侧连接有偏心轮机构，所述偏心轮机构与驱动电机相连接，所述机架上部的工作面两侧安装有直线轴承，所述滑板的两侧安装有穿过直线轴承的升降杆，所述升降杆的上部安装有切刀固定板，所述切刀固定板上固定有切刀，所述工作面的中侧安装有皮带托板快拆装置运输线，所述皮带托板快拆装置运输线的前侧安装有饼干料挡板，所述皮带托板快拆装置运输线两侧的工作面上安装有压料板，所述工作面的下部安装有分度切电机，所述分度切电机上连接有穿过工作面的连接有分度转轴座，所述分度转轴座与切刀相对应，所述工作面的上部后侧设有控制器。

本发明的优点是一种蛋糕饼干多用切片机，结构简单，安装便捷，移动方便，可进行蛋糕、饼干多类糕点的切片，在进行蛋糕切片时，蛋糕料置于蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构进行切片，蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构由分度电机控制转动，在进行切饼干时,饼干料置于皮带托板快拆装置运输线上，均匀运输，并由切刀切片，切片均匀精准，切刀升降由升降杆带动切刀固定板固定，固定稳固，升降杆由偏心轮机构和滑轨驱动升降，升降快捷，切片运行稳固，切刀可加热控温，避免粘刀和蛋糕局部塌陷，切割平整，切片机上对射安全电眼和物料感应电眼，保证切糕安全，蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构和皮带托板快拆装置运输线均为快拆结构，切换便捷，便于清洗，切片机由控制机控制，自动化程度高，运行效率高。

本发明提供的一种蛋糕饼干多用切片机在使用时，结构简单，安装便捷，移动方便，可进行蛋糕、饼干多类糕点的切片。在进行切饼干时,工作面10快速安装皮带托板快拆装置运输线15，饼干料置于皮带托板快拆装置运输线15上，均匀运输，并由切刀14切片，切片均匀精准；在进行蛋糕切片时，将皮带托板快拆装置运输线15拆下，在分度转轴座19安装蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构26，将蛋糕料置于蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构26进行切片，蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构26由分度切电机18控制转动，切刀14升降由升降杆12带动切刀固定板13固定，固定稳固，升降杆12由偏心轮机构9和滑轨7驱动升降，升降快捷，切片运行稳固，切刀14可加热控温，避免粘刀和蛋糕局部塌陷，切割平整，切片机上对射安全电眼21和物料感应电眼22，保证切糕安全，蛋糕分块切盘快速拆结构和皮带托板快拆装置运输线均为快拆结构，切换便捷，便于清洗，切片机由控制机控制，自动化程度高，运行效率高。
