Abstract
一种铬钼钒型速滑冰刀材料的制备方法,属于金属材料领域。采用气雾化制粉技术制备质量比为C:2.3‑2.7%;Mn:<0.1%;Si<0.1%;Cr:5.7‑6.0%;Mo:3.5‑4.0%;V:8.5‑9.0%;Nb:0.5‑1.0%;Co:1.5‑2.0%;N:0.05‑0.1%;O<0.005%,Nb与N比例为10:1,余量为Fe的球形金属粉末,粉末的粒度控制在45‑270μm微米范围内;将粉末装入长方体碳钢包套再抽真空至10‑ 3Pa后置于热等静压炉中进行烧结致密化。将烧结后的致密化块体利用机加工去掉表面的碳钢包套,再进行热轧成板坯,热轧的温度为1150℃‑1200℃,热轧后板坯的厚度为2‑3mm。将热轧板坯进行淬火和回火处理,得到性能满足要求的速滑冰刀板坯材料,再根据需要进行切割,表面打磨处理得到速滑冰刀。本发明工艺简单,成本低,适合批量化生产,同时还可以通过调整热处理工艺调整性能用作花样和冰球冰刀材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属材料领域,涉及一种速滑冰刀材料的制备方法。
背景技术
冰刀是冰上运动的基础,对于速滑运动而言,冰刀的结构、形状、力学性能对提高运动成绩都有极大的影响。其中,冰刀用钢材的性能和质量直接决定了冰刀的使用性能和寿命。速滑运动要求冰刀材料具有一定刚度和强韧性,同时具有相当的耐磨性能和较小的表面粗糙度。虽然科研人员从多个角度对冰刀进行改造和强化以提高其综合性能,包括表面改性、改变弧度等,但是从应用效果看,由于冰刀的本体材料性能低导致速滑冰刀的性能仍然不能完全满足竞赛或训练需求。特别是国产冰刀,无论在磨刀周期还是整体使用寿命都难以达到某些进口品牌冰刀的水平。因此,急需在现有材料的基础上,根据速滑运动的特点,研制新的冰刀材料以满足竞赛和训练要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的制备一种兼顾韧性、强度、硬度的速滑冰刀材料,解决现有冰刀材料韧性和硬度不能很好匹配的不足。
一种铬钼钒型速滑冰刀材料的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)采用气雾化制粉技术制备质量比为C:2.3-2.7%;Mn:<0.1%;Si<0.1%;Cr:5.7-6.0%;Mo:3.5-4.0%;V:8.5-9.0%;Nb:0.5-1.0%;Co:1.5-2.0%;N:0.05-0.1%;O<0.005%,Nb与N比例为10:1,余量为Fe的球形金属粉末,粉末的粒度控制在45-270μm微米范围内;
2)将粉末装入长方体碳钢包套再抽真空至10-3Pa后置于热等静压炉中进行烧结致密化,烧结的温度为1080-1230℃,烧结压力为120-150MPa,烧结时间为90min-110min;
3)将烧结后的致密化块体利用机加工去掉表面的碳钢包套,再进行热轧成板坯,热轧的温度为1150℃-1200℃,热轧后板坯的厚度为2-3mm;
4)将热轧板坯进行淬火和回火处理,得到性能满足要求的速滑冰刀板坯材料,再根据需要进行切割,表面打磨处理得到速滑冰刀。
进一步地,所述淬火工艺为1030-1180℃,保温20分钟后氮气冷却,回火工艺为500-525℃保温10-15min,重复回火四次。
采用上述工艺制备的冰刀材料硬度可达到62HRC,冲击韧性大于90J/cm2,抗弯强度大于4500MPa,能够完全满足应用要求。
其中加入Cr的主要目的一是为了提高材料的强度和耐蚀性,另外是与C、N形成碳氮化铬复合硬质相提高材料的硬度;加入Mo一方面是提高材料的强度,另外是为了与C反应生成碳化钼来提高材料的硬度;加入Nb,并控制其与N的比例是为了形成碳氮化铌来提高材料硬度的同时减少对韧性的影响;加入Co的主要目的是提高材料的强度和韧性,通过这些元素的协同作用,在提高硬度、强度的同时,还能保证材料具有高的韧性。
采用上述工艺制备的冰刀材料,主要优点在于:(1)具有非常好的强度和韧性匹配以及高的硬度,可以大幅度提高冰刀的寿命和磨刀周期,最长磨刀周期可达到1万米;另外本发明制备的材料除了用作速滑冰刀材料,也可以通过调整热处理工艺调整性能使其满足花样和冰球运动对冰刀材料要求。(2)较其他的专利技术,如“一种新型冰刀减阻技术及其实现方法(申请号201910280681.4)”、“冰刀的制备方法(申请号201811406668.0)”、“碳化钨涂层冰刀(ZL201120220143.5)”等方法,本发明仅仅依靠成分设计来获得高的综合性能,因此成本更低,适合批量化生产。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
制备2mm厚的冰刀用板坯材料
第一步,采用气雾化技术制备质量比为C:2.3%;Mn:0.08%;Si:0.08%;Cr:5.7%;Mo:3.5%;V:8.5%;Nb:0.5%;Co:1.5%;N:0.05%;O:0.004%,余量为Fe的球形金属粉末,雾化气氛采用氮气氛,然后将所制备的粉末先后过50目和325目的筛子,这时得到的粉末粒度范围为45-270μm。第二步,将粉末装入长方体形状的45号钢包套中,包套的厚度为2mm,然后抽真空至10-3Pa,再将包套置于热等静压炉中进行烧结,烧结的温度为1080℃,烧结压力为120MPa,烧结时间为90min,最后将烧结后的块体采用机加工去掉表面的包套材料。第三步,将第二步得到的烧结坯体进行热轧,热轧的温度为1150℃,经过多道次热轧得到厚度为2mm厚的板坯。第四步,将板坯进行淬火和回火处理,淬火温度为1030℃,保温20分钟,然后氮气冷却,然后进行回火处理,回火温度为500℃,保温10min,回火4次,即可得到2mm厚的冰刀用板坯材料,经性能测试,材料硬度达到62HRC,冲击韧性91J/cm2,抗弯强度4550MPa,性能完全满足应用要求。
实施例2
制备3mm厚的冰刀用板坯材料
第一步,采用气雾化技术制备质量比为C:2.7%;Mn:0.07%;Si:0.07%;;Cr:6.0%;Mo:4.0%;V:9.0%;Nb:1.0%;Co:2.0%;N:0.1%;O:0.004%;余量为Fe的球形金属粉末,雾化气氛采用氮气氛,然后将所制备的粉末先后过50目和325目的筛子,这时得到的粉末粒度范围为45-270μm。第二步,将粉末装入长方体形状的45号钢包套中,包套的厚度为2mm,然后抽真空至10-3Pa,再将包套置于热等静压炉中进行烧结,烧结的温度为1230℃,烧结压力为150MPa,烧结时间为110min,最后将烧结后的块体采用机加工去掉表面的包套材料。第三步,将第二步得到的烧结坯体进行热轧,热轧的温度为1200℃,经过多道次热轧得到厚度为3mm厚的板坯。第四步,将板坯进行淬火和回火处理,淬火温度为1180℃,保温20分钟,然后氮气冷却,然后进行回火处理,回火温度为525℃,保温15min,回火4次,即可得到3mm厚的冰刀用板坯材料,经性能测试,材料硬度达到63HRC,冲击韧性91J/cm2,抗弯强度4700MPa,性能完全满足应用要求。
Claims (2)
1.一种铬钼钒型速滑冰刀材料的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下
1)采用气雾化制粉技术制备质量比为C:2.3-2.7%;Mn:<0.1%;Si<0.1%;Cr:5.7-6.0%;Mo:3.5-4.0%;V:8.5-9.0%;Nb:0.5-1.0%;Co:1.5-2.0%;N:0.05-0.1%;O<0.005%,Nb与N比例为10:1,余量为Fe的球形金属粉末,粉末的粒度控制在45-270μm微米范围内;
2)将粉末装入长方体碳钢包套再抽真空至10-3Pa后置于热等静压炉中进行烧结致密化,烧结的温度为1080-1230℃,烧结压力为120-150MPa,烧结时间为90min-110min;
3)将烧结后的致密化块体利用机加工去掉表面的碳钢包套,再进行热轧成板坯,热轧的温度为1150℃-1200℃,热轧后板坯的厚度为2-3mm;
4)将热轧板坯进行淬火和回火处理,得到性能满足要求的速滑冰刀板坯材料,再根据需要进行切割,表面打磨处理得到速滑冰刀。
2.如权利要求1所述铬钼钒型速滑冰刀材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述淬火工艺为1030-1180℃,保温20分钟后氮气冷却,回火工艺为500-525℃保温10-15min,重复回火四次。
