Currently, exhaust safety sterilizers take the form of a pre-vacuum, i.e., adding a vacuum pump, forcing gas circulation, which increases equipment maintenance costs and is not primarily amenable to liquid sterilization.

2. and (3) sterilizing the filter: opening the electromagnetic valve B, closing the electromagnetic valve A, continuously heating distilled water by the steam generator to generate saturated steam, adjusting the electromagnetic valve C (repeatedly opening and closing) by the controller PMW to enable the steam in the tank body to flow, bringing heat in the sterilization cavity into the filter cavity, and enabling the temperature in the filter cavity to reach the F0 value required by sterilization; thereby realizing the online sterilization function of the filter; (gas flow direction: steam generator → sterilization chamber → electromagnetic valve B → filtration chamber → electromagnetic valve C → condenser B → cooling tank);
3. and (3) cooling: the steam generator stops heating, the solenoid valves A and C are opened, the solenoid valve B is kept closed, and the sterilization cavity is saturated with steam (gas flow: sterilization cavity → solenoid valve A → condenser A → filter cavity → solenoid valve C → condenser B → cooling tank).
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
