Abstract
本发明要求保护一种创伤伤口消毒剂,包含聚六亚甲基单胍、两性离子表面活性剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍的质量百分比为0.05~0.5%,两性离子表面活性剂为的质量百分比为0.05~1%,溶剂为纯化水;所述的两性离子表面活性剂选自:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中一种或几种组合。本发明的创伤伤口消毒剂的各种组份均有良好的水溶性和化学稳定性,形成混合溶液在抗菌、清洁方面具有协同效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医药生物技术领域,特别涉及消毒剂,具体涉及一种创伤伤口消毒剂。
背景技术
各种外伤,常常引起皮肤和软组织的损伤,严重时甚至断肢。伤口处理正确,能使其迅速愈合;反之,可能化脓感染,经久不愈,甚至因并发全身感染、气性坏疽、破伤风等危及生命。一些难以愈合的溃烂性伤口处理创伤的伤口更需严格处理。伤口的消毒抗菌、有效清洁是非常重要和关键的步骤。对于创伤、软组织感染破溃口、手术切口等皮肤伤口或软组织伤口,通常先进行伤口清创处理,保证伤口的无菌清洁,然后上药促进肉芽生长和伤口愈合。
目前外创伤伤口敷料主要用于快速有效的清洁伤口、防止伤口感染,这类敷料能够使伤口保持湿润环境,灭菌抑菌,还能起到一定的封闭创口,使其与外界环境隔绝的作用,促进肉芽组织生长和伤口的愈合。现有技术中应用比较广泛的伤口敷料包括银离子敷料、壳聚糖敷料和化学灭菌剂敷料等。银离子敷料和壳聚糖敷料主要以银离子或壳聚糖作为灭菌剂,但由于银离子和壳聚糖都具有一定的毒性,因此会对皮肤软组织形成一定伤害。化学灭菌剂敷料是以化学制剂为主的灭菌剂,存在的缺陷包括:(1)化学制剂具有刺激性,增加患者的疼痛感;(2)大多数的化学制剂对于软组织渗出液没有抑制和处理效果,使用这类敷料伤口异味较大;(3)化学类制剂一般缺少促进肉芽组织生长的功效,不能使伤口快速愈合。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种创伤伤口消毒剂,具有良好的抗菌活性,良好的生物相容性,且能促进伤口愈合。
具体的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种创伤伤口消毒剂,包含聚六亚甲基单胍(PHMG)、两性离子表面活性剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍的质量百分比为0.05~0.5%,两性离子表面活性剂的质量百分比为0.05~1%,溶剂为纯化水;所述的两性离子表面活性剂选自:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB)、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(LAB)、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(CHSB)、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(LHSB)中一种或几种组合。
本发明优选的技术方案中,一种创伤伤口消毒剂,包含质量百分比为0.05~0.5%的聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐,质量百分比为0.05~1%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,溶剂为水。
本发明优选的技术方案中,一种创伤伤口消毒剂,包含质量百分比为0.05~0.5%的聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐,质量百分比为0.05~1%的月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,溶剂为纯化水。
本发明优选的技术方案中,聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐的质量百分比优选为0.05~0.2%,更优选为0.07~0.1%。
本发明优选的技术方案中,两性离子表面活性剂为的质量百分比为0.1~1%,更优选为质量百分比为0.3~0.8%。
本发明优选的技术方案中,一种创伤伤口消毒剂,包含质量百分比为0.05~0.2%的聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐,质量百分比为0.3%的月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱和质量百分比为0.8%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,溶剂为纯化水。
本发明优选的技术方案中,溶剂优选为蒸馏水或去离子水或纯化水。
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB)或者月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(LAB)或者椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(CHSB)月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(LHSB)都是两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,分别呈现阳和阴离子性,常与阴、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂并用,配伍性能良好;且无毒,刺激性小,易溶于水,具有优良的杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性,对于污染伤口有很好的清洁抗菌作用,此外对酸碱稳定。
聚六亚甲基单胍(PHMG)是一种安全高效的广谱抗菌剂,无色无味,抑菌浓度低,作用速度快,泡沫量低,并且能够在物品表面形成一层阳离子持续长时间的抑菌,并且不会致生成抗菌细菌特性,广泛用于医疗器械,公共环境。
本发明的创伤伤口消毒剂的各种组份均有良好的水溶性和化学稳定性,形成混合溶液在抗菌、清洁方面具有良好效果。

以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本发明而不限于限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体厂家的条件做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
实施例1
取0.05g的聚六亚甲基单胍溶解于水,另取0.8g椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱溶解于水,最后将上述两种溶液混合定容,最后灭菌,得到创伤伤口消毒剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍质量百分比为0.05%,椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱质量百分比0.8%。
实施例2
取0.05g的聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐溶解于水,另取0.5g椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱溶解于水,最后将上述两种溶液混合定容,最后灭菌,得到创伤伤口消毒剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐质量百分比为0.05%,椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱质量百分比0.5%。
实施例3
取0.1g的聚六亚甲基单胍溶解于水,另取0.5g椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱溶解于水,最后将上述两种溶液混合定容,最后灭菌,得到创伤伤口消毒剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍质量百分比为0.1%,椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱质量百分比0.5%。
实施例4
取0.1g的聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐溶解于水,另取0.1g月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱溶解于水,最后将上述两种溶液混合定容,最后灭菌,得到创伤伤口消毒剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐质量百分比为0.1%,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱质量百分比0.1%。
实施例5
取0.2g的聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐溶解于水,另取0.15g椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱和0.5g月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱溶解于水,然后将上述两种溶液混合定容,最后灭菌,得到创伤伤口消毒剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐质量百分比为0.2%,椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱质量百分比0.15%,月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱质量百分比0.5%。
实施例6
取0.2g的聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐溶解于水,另取0.15g椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱溶解于水,然后将上述两种溶液混合定容,最后灭菌,得到创伤伤口消毒剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐质量百分比为0.2%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱质量百分比为0.15%。
动物实验
本发明实施例1-6产品对大鼠的创面进行清洗和封闭涂覆试验,按照GB/T16866、10-2005之相关规定进行系统试验及评分。结果表明:实验大鼠48小时内均无迟发型超敏反应发生。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (6)
1.一种创伤伤口消毒剂,其特征在于,包含聚六亚甲基单胍、两性离子表面活性剂,其中,聚六亚甲基单胍的质量百分比为0.05~0.5%,两性离子表面活性剂的质量百分比为0.05~1%,溶剂为纯化水;所述的两性离子表面活性剂选自:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱中一种或几种组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的创伤伤口消毒剂,其特征在于,其包含质量百分比为0.05~0.5%的聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐,质量百分比为0.05~1%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,溶剂为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的创伤伤口消毒剂,其特征在于,其包含质量百分比为0.05~0.5%的聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐,质量百分比为0.05~1%的月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,溶剂为纯化水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的创伤伤口消毒剂,其特征在于,聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐的质量百分比为0.05~0.2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的创伤伤口消毒剂,其特征在于,两性离子表面活性剂为的质量百分比为0.1~1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的创伤伤口消毒剂,其特征在于,其包含质量百分比为0.05~0.2%的聚六亚甲基单胍或其盐酸盐,质量百分比为0.3%的月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱和质量百分比为0.8%的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,溶剂为纯化水。
