The measured ulcer patch as claimed in claim 6, wherein the therapeutic agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of borneol, 6-12 parts of safflower, 15-30 parts of dragon's blood, 2-5 parts of spider buttercup root, 2-5 parts of tree peony bark, 1-3 parts of radix berberidis, 4-8 parts of angelica, 2-6 parts of buffalo horn, 1-3 parts of musk, 10-18 parts of honeysuckle, 6-15 parts of dandelion and 2-6 parts of trichosanthes root.
