Abstract
The invention discloses a corn-soybean strip-shaped composite seeder, which comprises a rack, a seeding part, a driving part, a pressing part, a fertilizing part, a stubble cleaning part and a transmission part, wherein the seeding part is arranged on the rack; the seeding part, the driving part, the fertilizing part and the transmission part are all arranged on the rack, wherein the seeding part is provided with a pressing part, and the fertilizing part is provided with a stubble cleaning part; the transmission part is respectively connected with the seed sowing part and the fertilizing part. The invention has the following advantages: the soybean sowing parts are arranged in a front-back mode, so that excessive weeds can be prevented from being blocked to form winding among the sowing parts; the soybean pressing part is hollow and solid at two sides, so that the corn can be pressed, and the soybean can be pressed less, so that the soybean can grow better; the stubble cleaning part is arranged on the fertilizing part and is driven to rotate by the power output of the tractor, so that the purposes of small occupied space, high rotating speed, quick stubble cleaning and reduction of the whole weight of the seeder can be achieved.

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery manufacturing, and particularly relates to a corn-soybean strip-shaped composite seeder for simultaneously seeding corn and soybean.
Background
Corn is the crop with the highest total yield, the annual planting area of the corn in the whole world reaches 300 hundred million hectares and above, and the total yield exceeds 10 hundred million tons. The soybean is the fourth major food crop variety in China, the demand for the soybean is increasing with the rapid development of the breeding industry in China, the total imported amount of the soybean breaks through 7000 ten thousand tons for the first time in 2014, and the creation history is highest. The corn-soybean strip planting technology can increase the multiple cropping index of land, improve the land utilization rate, increase the grain yield and harvest 80-150 kg of soybean per mu under the intercropping mode on the basis of ensuring the corn yield, and the soybean can also reduce the nitrogen content of the land and protect the environment. However, most corn and soybean seeders today are independent, do not form a single unit, and seriously affect the seeding operation due to the excessive crop stubble or weeds left in the soil in the last season. the number of the seeding monomers is five, the middle three are soybean seeding monomers 3, and the two sides are corn seeding monomers 2 which are respectively arranged at the rear end of the frame 1; the fertilizer box 6 is arranged above the frame; the fertilizing and furrowing device 10 is arranged on a front beam frame of the frame 1 and staggered with the corn seeding single body 2 by 30-100mm in horizontal left-right distance; the corn press wheel 4 and the soybean press wheel 5 are respectively arranged at the rear ends of the corn sowing single body 2 and the soybean sowing single body 3; the fertilizer box 6 is provided with three hexagonal transmission shafts 7 which are respectively connected with the corn seeding monomer 2 and the soybean seeding monomer 3 through chain transmission; the two driving wheels 14 are arranged on the rear end of the frame 1 and are arranged in parallel with the corn sowing unit 2, and the driving wheels are connected with the hexagonal transmission shaft 7 on the fertilizer box 6 through chain transmission; the soybean sowing single bodies 3 on the two sides of the middle part are directly arranged on the rack 1, the soybean sowing single body 3 in the middle part is arranged at the position near the back of the rack 1 and is connected with the hexagonal transmission shaft 7 on the fertilizer box 6 through chain transmission, so that the soybean sowing single bodies 3 on the two sides and the soybean sowing single bodies 3 on the two sides are arranged in a front-back cross manner.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following.
During operation, the driving wheel 14 is in contact with the ground to generate power, the power is transmitted to the hexagonal transmission shafts 7 through chain transmission, the hexagonal transmission shafts 7 are mutually transmitted, part of the power is transmitted to the corn seeding monomer 2 and the soybean seeding monomer 3 to drive the seed discharging disc to rotate for seeding, and the other part of the power is transmitted to the fertilizer box 6 to ensure that the fertilizer discharging outer grooved wheel at the lower part rotates the fertilizer and then falls into the fertilizing furrower 10 for fertilizing.
In a preferred embodiment, the gear box 8 transmits the power transmitted by the tractor to the gear box 13 through the circular hexagonal shaft 9, the rotary stubble-cleaning blades 11 are driven to rotate through the rotation of the gears, and then the stubble-cleaning blades 12 are matched for stubble cleaning.
In a preferred embodiment, the corn press wheel 4 is of a solid round wheel structure, and the soybean press wheel 5 is in the shape of a hollow, two-sided solid round wheel, so that the corn can be guaranteed to obtain enough pressing force, and meanwhile, the soybean can be guaranteed not to be subjected to excessive pressing force, and the production quantity of the corn and the soybean can be improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the rotary stubble-cleaning knife 11 on each gear box 13 has two pairs of blades, the stationary stubble-cleaning knife 12 has one pair of blades, the blades are triangular, they are staggered, the cutting edges are all saw-toothed, and the rotary stubble-cleaning knife 11 can be rotated by the output power of a tractor, the rotating speed can reach more than 2000r/min, so the arrangement not only can ensure that the stubble-cleaning knife occupies small space, but also can reduce the quality of the whole machine, and the improvement of the rotating speed can also realize better stubble cleaning.
In a preferred embodiment, the row spacing among the three soybean sowing monomers 3 can be adjusted to be 300-400mm, the row spacing of the soybean sowing monomers 3 and the corn sowing monomers 2 can be adjusted to be 500-800mm, and the row spacing of the soybean sowing monomers 3 can be staggered by 200-400 mm from front to back, so that the belt-shaped composite sowing of the corn and the soybean can be more reasonably carried out.

the number of the seeding monomers is five, the middle three are soybean seeding monomers (3), and the two sides are corn seeding monomers (2) which are respectively arranged at the rear end of the frame (1); the fertilizer box (6) is arranged above the frame; the fertilizing and ditching device (10) is arranged on a front beam frame of the rack (1) and is staggered with the corn seeding single body (2) by 30-100mm in horizontal left-right distance; the corn press wheel (4) and the soybean press wheel (5) are respectively arranged at the rear ends of the corn sowing single body (2) and the soybean sowing single body (3); three hexagonal transmission shafts (7) are arranged on the fertilizer box (6) and are respectively connected with the corn sowing monomer (2) and the soybean sowing monomer (3) through chain transmission; the two driving wheels (14) are arranged on the rear end of the frame (1) and are arranged in parallel with the corn seeding unit (2), and the driving wheels are connected with a hexagonal transmission shaft (7) on the fertilizer box (6) through chain transmission; the soybean sowing single bodies (3) on the two sides of the middle part are directly arranged on the rack (1), the soybean sowing single body (3) in the middle part is arranged at the position behind the rack (1) and is connected with the hexagonal transmission shaft (7) on the fertilizer box (6) through chain transmission, so that the soybean sowing single bodies and the soybean sowing single bodies (3) on the two sides are arranged in a front-back cross way.
