背景技术
1.发明领域。本发明总体上涉及医疗装置和方法的领域。更具体地说,本文所述的发明涉及用于从注射器向患者递送药物剂量的装置和方法。
现有的注射器利用柱塞以将液体从针筒中推出通过针头进而进入注射部位。在正常的临床环境中,执业医生主要徒手用拇指按压柱塞的方式展开注射器,并将食指和中指放在凸缘上以提供方向和稳定性。使用正常的徒手注射法,现有的一次性注射器可以很好地将针筒的总体积作为一个单次测量剂量递送。然而,许多临床干预(例如,肉毒杆菌毒素、脱氧胆酸和透明质酸)要求在同一过程中,在多个注射部位以单独的、离散的单位(即,剂量)重复分配注射器的内容物。
用于在同一过程中方便地在多个部位递送离散单位,徒手注射是一种不准确和不精确的技术。即使对于有经验的医疗专业人员,这种做法也可能会在注射部位注射不正确的剂量。使用同一注射器施用不正确剂量的风险可能是由于若干因素造成的,包括从注射器中重复挤出相同体积液体所需的柱塞上的拇指力的变化,以及试图以不同角度观察针筒标记时的测量误差。
因此,需要用于从填充有足够的用于多剂量的药物体积的注射器中施用精确的体积单位的器械和方法。
2.背景技术的描述。背景专利和出版物包括US2015025502、US4415101、US4022207和US2491978。
发明内容

一种帮助从填充有多此剂量的标准单次使用一次性注射器中精确递送单个单位的注射器外结构装置。注射器外结构是单次使用的且一次性的,可以被配置为支持不同的注射器尺寸和剂量要求。注射器外结构包括符合人体工程学地复制标准注射器的印模的成形特征。注射器外结构将注射器保持在适当的位置,同时凸轮机构将注射器的柱塞推进至针筒中设定的距离,以用外结构柱塞的每次压缩排出测量的体积。柱塞压缩时提供触觉和/或听觉反馈。填充的注射器保留在注射器外结构的主体内,并通过成形特征和永久关闭且防篡改的铰链门固定在适当位置。
注射器的柱塞按钮与柱塞杆接合,当柱塞被压缩时,推进柱塞杆向凸缘和针筒至设定距离。柱塞杆的推进由连接至柱塞的一组驱动棘爪驱动,该驱动棘爪向前耙动柱塞杆,然后分离,使柱塞返回其起始位置,并使柱塞杆重新接合至更靠近柱塞按钮的位置。柱塞头到柱塞罩的移动距离对应于锁定棘爪在锁定齿组的每个齿之间的移动距离。在柱塞杆每次推进过程中,锁定棘爪分离柱塞杆,并在柱塞返回到起始位置时重新接合,防止柱塞杆反转方向。当排出注射器的内容物时,丢弃注射器完整的整个外结构,不能重复使用。

4.如权利要求1所述的注射器外结构,其中所述主体包括顶壳和和底壳,所述顶壳具有用于可移除地容纳所述注射器针筒的针筒凹槽,所述底壳具有承载所述锁定棘爪组装件的上表面。
5.如权利要求4所述的注射器外结构,其中所述主体进一步包括铰链盖,所述铰链盖用于封闭放置在所述针筒凹槽中的所述注射针筒。
6.一种注射器外结构,包括:
主体前部,所述主体前部包括针筒凹槽、凸缘槽和柱塞罩;
柱塞杆,所述柱塞杆包括柱塞按钮底座、锁定齿组和驱动齿组;
柱塞,所述柱塞包括柱塞头、柱塞弹簧、驱动棘爪组、棘爪弹簧和紧固件;
主体背部,所述主体背部包括锁定棘爪和弹簧底座;
所述针筒凹槽可封闭地对准附接至所述主体前部的铰链门;
所述柱塞按钮底座可移动地定位在所述凸缘槽和所述柱塞头之间;
所述柱塞罩定位在所述凸缘槽和所述柱塞头之间;
所述驱动齿组通过所述棘爪弹簧可拆卸地耦合至所述驱动棘爪组;
所述柱塞弹簧与所述柱塞头相对地弹性接合至所述弹簧底座;以及
所述锁定棘爪可拆卸地耦合至所述锁定齿组。
7.如权利要求6所述的注射器外结构,其中所述柱塞头和所述柱塞罩之间的距离对应于所述锁定棘爪在所述锁定齿组的每个齿之间行进的距离。
8.如权利要求6所述的注射器外结构,其进一步包括围绕所述凸缘槽的形成特征。
