Abstract

The problem that the misjudgment rate is high in existing off-line manual detection or on-line camera shooting detection is solved. The invention achieves the effects of improving the detection efficiency, reliability and accuracy, has high compatibility and can realize the datamation tracking of the production line body.

Technical Field

Background
After dispensing is performed on the frame of the mobile phone shell, in order to prevent abnormal dispensing (too much or too little dispensing) from causing abnormal conditions after the screen is attached, the dispensing quality needs to be detected so as to ensure the product quality.

For on-line camera photographing detection, the misjudgment rate is higher due to the factors such as the semitransparent glue path, the conical light path of the camera and the like.

In view of the defects in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an on-line detection system for a mobile phone shell glue line, which has the advantages of improving detection efficiency, reliability and accuracy.
