3. The use of claim 2, wherein the trichoderma harzianum TW21990 is prepared into conidium mother drug by fermentation, and the spray type trichoderma powder is prepared by adding 2-5% of trehalose, 0.1-0.5% of xanthan gum and 93-96% of diatomite by weight percentage of the mother drug.
