Abstract
本发明涉及铝材生产领域,特别公开了一种防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油。它其各组分质量份为:矿物基础油:53‑55份;石油磺酸钠:17‑19份;AE0‑9:2.5‑3.5份;棕榈油皂:2.5‑3.5份;磺化菜籽油:17‑19份;苯并三氮唑:0.18‑0.22份;硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌:0.18‑0.22份;氯化石蜡:0.18‑0.22份;水溶性硅油:0.18‑0.22份;消泡王:0.18‑0.22份;三乙醇胺:2.5‑3.5份。本发明生产的产品经一些铝型材加工企业的试用,没有再发生因产品受潮影响下道工序的质量问题,从而解决了长期以来困扰铝型材加工企业在加工圆铝材过程中因受潮而断线、沟槽、道子问题的困扰。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝材生产领域,特别涉及一种防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油,并提供了其制备方法。
背景技术
圆铝材经常由于在生产、运输、储存过程中受潮、淋雨,在下道工序拉制过程中出现线材表面起槽、道子,给线材表面质量造成影响,还会增加断线几率,影响生产效率,尤其是在阴雨天气更易受潮,在夏季、沿海浓雾天气时,这种现象更加严重。而目前还没有解决这个问题的办法。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种防水防潮、能提高的防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油,其特征是,其各组分质量份为:
矿物基础油:53-55份;
石油磺酸钠:17-19份;
AE0-9:2.5-3.5份;
棕榈油皂:2.5-3.5份;
磺化菜籽油:17-19份;
苯并三氮唑:0.18-0.22份;
硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌:0.18-0.22份;
氯化石蜡:0.18-0.22份;
水溶性硅油:0.18-0.22份;
消泡王:0.18-0.22份;
三乙醇胺:2.5-3.5份。
进一步地,其各组分质量份为:
矿物基础油:54份;
石油磺酸钠:18份;
AE0-9:3份;
棕榈油皂:3份;
磺化菜籽油:18份;
苯并三氮唑:0.2份;
硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌:0.2份;
氯化石蜡:0.2份;
水溶性硅油:0.2份;
消泡王:0.2份;
三乙醇胺:3份。
上述防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油的制备方法,其特征是,步骤如下:
1)将矿物基础油、AEO-9、石油磺酸钠和氯化石蜡加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至80-85℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温2-3小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺,调节PH值至7.5-8.0;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油和棕榈油皂,保持温度在80-85℃,搅拌55-65分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王、水溶性硅油、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌和苯并三氮唑,搅拌25-35分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明生产的产品经一些铝型材加工企业的试用,没有再发生因产品受潮影响下道工序的质量问题,从而解决了长期以来困扰铝型材加工企业在加工圆铝材过程中因受潮而断线、沟槽、道子问题的困扰。
具体实施方式
以下使用的所有化合物或混合物名称均为现有技术,都是在市场上能买到的,或者网上能查到的,其中AEO-9为聚醚类表面活性剂,也可用MOA-9代替;矿物基础油为矿物油基础油,也可以用三线基础油代替;硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌为合肥通勤工业有限公司生产的硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌有色金属缓蚀剂;消泡王是聚醚类改性硅氧烷消泡剂,消泡王是商品名,但有多个厂家生产。
实施例一
1)将矿物基础油53千克、AEO-9 2.5千克、石油磺酸钠17千克和氯化石蜡0.18千克加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至80℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温2小时(保温方法是:一旦低于80℃,马上加热,加热超过80℃后停止加热,如此反复,使之确保不低于80℃,下同);
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺2.5千克,调节PH值至7.5;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油17千克和棕榈油皂2.5千克,保持温度在80℃,搅拌55分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王0.18千克、水溶性硅油0.18千克、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌0.18千克和苯并三氮唑0.18千克,搅拌25分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
实施例二
1)将矿物基础油55千克、AEO-9 3.5千克、石油磺酸钠19千克和氯化石蜡0.22千克加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至85℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温3小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺3.5千克,调节PH值至8.0;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油19千克和棕榈油皂3.5千克,保持温度在85℃,搅拌65分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王0.22千克、水溶性硅油0.22千克、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌0.22千克和苯并三氮唑0.22千克,搅拌35分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
实施例三
1)将矿物基础油54千克、AEO-9 3千克、石油磺酸钠18千克和氯化石蜡0.2千克加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至82℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温2.5小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺3千克,调节PH值至7.7;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油18千克和棕榈油皂3千克,保持温度在82℃,搅拌60分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王0.2千克、水溶性硅油0.2千克、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌0.2千克和苯并三氮唑0.2千克,搅拌30分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
实施例四
1)将矿物基础油53千克、AEO-9 3.5千克、石油磺酸钠17千克和氯化石蜡0.22千克加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至80℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温3小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺2.5千克,调节PH值至8.0;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油17千克和棕榈油皂3.5千克,保持温度在80℃,搅拌65分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王0.22千克、水溶性硅油0.18千克、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌0.22千克和苯并三氮唑0.18千克,搅拌35分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
实施例五
1)将矿物基础油55千克、AEO-9 2.5千克、石油磺酸钠19千克和氯化石蜡0.18千克加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至85℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温2小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺3.5千克,调节PH值至7.5;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油19千克和棕榈油皂2.5千克,保持温度在85℃,搅拌55分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王0.22千克、水溶性硅油0.18千克、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌0.22千克和苯并三氮唑0.18千克,搅拌35分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
实施例六
1)将矿物基础油53千克、AEO-9 3千克、石油磺酸钠18千克和氯化石蜡0.18千克加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至82℃;
2)搅拌、乳化,保温2小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺3.5千克,调节PH值至7.9;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油17千克和棕榈油皂3千克,保持温度在80℃,搅拌60分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王0.2千克、水溶性硅油0.18千克、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌0.2千克和苯并三氮唑0.18千克,搅拌30分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
除说明书所述技术特征外,其余技术特征均为本领域技术人员已知技术。

1.一种防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油,其特征是,其各组分质量份为:
矿物基础油:53-55份;
石油磺酸钠:17-19份;
AE0-9:2.5-3.5份;
棕榈油皂:2.5-3.5份;
磺化菜籽油:17-19份;
苯并三氮唑:0.18-0.22份;
硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌:0.18-0.22份;
氯化石蜡:0.18-0.22份;
水溶性硅油:0.18-0.22份;
消泡王:0.18-0.22份;
三乙醇胺:2.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油,其特征是,其各组分质量份为:
矿物基础油:54份;
石油磺酸钠:18份;
AE0-9:3份;
棕榈油皂:3份;
磺化菜籽油:18份;
苯并三氮唑:0.2份;
硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌:0.2份;
氯化石蜡:0.2份;
水溶性硅油:0.2份;
消泡王:0.2份;
三乙醇胺:3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水防潮铝轧机专用乳化油的制备方法,其特征是,步骤如下:
1)将矿物基础油、AEO-9、石油磺酸钠和氯化石蜡加入加热搅拌釜,搅拌并加热至80-85℃;
2)继续搅拌、乳化,保温2-3小时;
3)用ph试纸测定PH值,缓慢加入三乙醇胺,调节PH值至7.5-8.0;
4)检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入磺化菜籽油和棕榈油皂,保持温度在80-85℃,搅拌55-65分钟;
5)再次检验乳化性能及PH值,合格后加入消泡王、水溶性硅油、硅氧烷酮水基铝镁锌和苯并三氮唑,搅拌25-35分钟;
6)降温、静置,4小时后检验、灌装。
