本发明公开了一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料及其制备方法,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂5‑10份、电解水20‑75份、烷基醇酰胺1‑3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7‑10份、稳定剂2‑5份、阴离子性表面活性剂2‑8份、小苏打5~15份、海盐2~5份、柠檬酸1~6份、增溶剂3‑8份、苯甲酸钠0.2‑1份、植物精油0.1‑0.6份、葡萄糖酸钠4‑6份、十二烷基硫酸钠1‑3份、丙酮2‑6份、除色剂2‑10份、椰子油起泡剂1‑2份、泡沬稳定剂0.1‑1.5份。本发明属于石材清洁技术领域,具体是提供了一种高效清洁、快速去除石材表面污渍、快速起泡的建筑装吸潮干粉涂料。

本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体是指一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,家庭装修越来越得到人们的重视,涂料是家庭装修中不可缺少的材料,对于不同的部位,刷上不同功能的涂料,以起到相应的作用。
地面返潮是如今一楼或家里有地下室在普遍存在的问题,尤其是南方,南风天时,地面和墙面的返潮现象特别严重,返潮现象产生的湿气会腐蚀地板,引起地板开裂,霉变,滋生很多细菌,在厂房等地方的地面返潮会引起地坪起泡、开裂,会让产品变质。目前,对于防潮现象,人们一般都采取防潮处理,但人们容易混淆防潮和防水的概念,往往使用防水材料和施工方法来处理防潮问题。这不仅不能得到好的防潮效果,结果造成难以弥补的后果;这是因为防潮所要解决的是阻止潮气或水蒸气进入室内的问题,而防水解决的是防止液态水渗入室内的问题;防水层的分子致密度是难以阻止水汽通过的。因而,寻求一种能有效阻止水汽通过的防潮涂料是该行业的迫切任务。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供一种成本低廉,有效防潮、防结露、防霉、防结冰,安全环保的建筑装吸潮干粉涂料。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,包括如下重量的组份:白水泥25-30份、钛白粉20-25份、白石英粉15-20份、微粒硅酸2.5-3.5份、氯化钙 1-1.5份、氯化亚铜0.5-1份、硅藻粉1.5-2.5份、凹凸棒石粘土10份-15份、纳米氧化硅1份-3份、预交联凝胶颗粒2份-5份、活性炭1-2份、硅灰石1-3份、纳米二氧化硅11-16份、环氧树脂20-30份、壬基苯酚1-12份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1-3份、膨胀蛭石1-8 份。
进一步地,所述氯化钙为食品级氯化钙。
进一步地,所述钛白粉为金红石型。
进一步地,所述的膨胀蛭石的颗粒直径为1-3mm。
本发明还公开了一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数计数,分别称取凹凸棒石粘土10份-15份、活性炭1-2份、硅灰石1-3份、纳米二氧化硅11-16份分别经粉碎机粉碎至800-1300目后经转数900-960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物一;
2)按重量份数计数,分别称取膨胀蛭石1-8 份、环氧树脂20-30份分别经粉碎机粉碎至2000-3000目并与混合物一经转数900-960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物二;
3)按重量份数计数,分别称取白水泥25-30份、钛白粉20-25份、白石英粉15份、微粒硅酸2.5-3.5份、氯化钙 1-1.5份、氯化亚铜0.5-1份、硅藻粉1.5-2.5份、预交联凝胶颗粒2份-5份、壬基苯酚1-12份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1-3份并与混合物二经转数900-960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合即得建筑装吸潮干粉涂料。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料及其制备方法,本发明防潮涂料在白水泥中加入了凹凸棒石粘土粉,其不但增加了涂料的粘结度和耐水性并且凹凸棒石粘土粉干燥收缩率小,不产生龟裂、安全环保,有效防潮吸潮,防结露、防结冰、防霉,无任何异味,用于室内可起到祛湿的、除臭、芬香驱虫的功效。

一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,包括如下重量的组份:白水泥25份、钛白粉20份、白石英粉10份、微粒硅酸2.5份、氯化钙 1份、氯化亚铜0.5份、硅藻粉1.5份、凹凸棒石粘土10份、纳米氧化硅1份、预交联凝胶颗粒2份、活性炭1份、硅灰石1份、纳米二氧化硅11份、环氧树脂20份、壬基苯酚1份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1份、膨胀蛭石1 份。
一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数计数,分别称取凹凸棒石粘土10份、活性炭1份、硅灰石1份、纳米二氧化硅1份分别经粉碎机粉碎至900目后经转数960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物一;
2)按重量份数计数,分别称取膨胀蛭石1份、环氧树脂20份分别经粉碎机粉碎至2000目并与混合物一经转数900/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物二;
3)按重量份数计数,分别称取白水泥25份、钛白粉20份、白石英粉10份、微粒硅酸2.5份、氯化钙 1份、氯化亚铜0.5份、硅藻粉1.5份、预交联凝胶颗粒2份、壬基苯酚1份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1份并与混合物二经转数920/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合即得建筑装吸潮干粉涂料。
实施例2:
一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,包括如下重量的组份:白水泥27份、钛白粉22.5份、白石英粉15份、微粒硅酸3份、氯化钙 1.25份、氯化亚铜0.8份、硅藻粉2份、凹凸棒石粘土13份、纳米氧化硅2份、预交联凝胶颗粒4份、活性炭1.5份、硅灰石23份、纳米二氧化硅14份、环氧树脂25份、壬基苯酚7份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2份、膨胀蛭石5份。
一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数计数,分别称取凹凸棒石粘土13份、活性炭1.5份、硅灰石23份、纳米二氧化硅14份分别经粉碎机粉碎至1200目后经转数960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物一;
2)按重量份数计数,分别称取膨胀蛭石5份、环氧树脂25份分别经粉碎机粉碎至2500目并与混合物一经转数960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物二;
3)按重量份数计数,分别称取白水泥27份、钛白粉22.5份、白石英粉15份、微粒硅酸3份、氯化钙 1.25份、氯化亚铜0.8份、硅藻粉2份、预交联凝胶颗粒4份、壬基苯酚7份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛2份并与混合物二经转数960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合即得建筑装吸潮干粉涂料。
实施例3:
一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,包括如下重量的组份:白水泥30份、钛白粉25份、白石英粉20份、微粒硅酸3.5份、氯化钙 1.5份、氯化亚铜1份、硅藻粉2.5份、凹凸棒石粘土15份、纳米氧化硅3份、预交联凝胶颗粒5份、活性炭2份、硅灰石3份、纳米二氧化硅16份、环氧树脂30份、壬基苯酚12份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3份、膨胀蛭石8 份。
一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数计数,分别称取凹凸棒石粘土15份、活性炭2份、硅灰石3份、纳米二氧化硅16份分别经粉碎机粉碎至1300目后经转数960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物一;
2)按重量份数计数,分别称取膨胀蛭石8 份、环氧树脂30份分别经粉碎机粉碎至3000目并与混合物一经转数950/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物二;
3)按重量份数计数,分别称取白水泥30份、钛白粉25份、白石英粉20份、微粒硅酸3.5份、氯化钙 1.5份、氯化亚铜1份、硅藻粉2.5份、预交联凝胶颗粒5份、壬基苯酚12份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3份并与混合物二经转数960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合即得建筑装吸潮干粉涂料。

1.一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量的组份:白水泥25-30份、钛白粉20-25份、白石英粉15-20份、微粒硅酸2.5-3.5份、氯化钙 1-1.5份、氯化亚铜0.5-1份、硅藻粉1.5-2.5份、凹凸棒石粘土10份-15份、纳米氧化硅1份-3份、预交联凝胶颗粒2份-5份、活性炭1-2份、硅灰石1-3份、纳米二氧化硅11-16份、环氧树脂20-30份、壬基苯酚1-12份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1-3份、膨胀蛭石1-8 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述氯化钙为食品级氯化钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述钛白粉为金红石型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述的膨胀蛭石的颗粒直径为1-3mm。
5.一种建筑装吸潮干粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数计数,分别称取凹凸棒石粘土10份-15份、活性炭1-2份、硅灰石1-3份、纳米二氧化硅11-16份分别经粉碎机粉碎至800-1300目后经转数900-960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物一;
2)按重量份数计数,分别称取膨胀蛭石1-8 份、环氧树脂20-30份分别经粉碎机粉碎至2000-3000目并与混合物一经转数900-960/分钟的搅拌机搅拌15-20分钟充分混合得混合物二;
