Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar and a preparation method thereof, which have the excellent effects of no VOC (volatile organic compound) release, heat preservation and insulation, crack resistance, permeability resistance, impact resistance and the like, have better performance and are more environment-friendly, and the prepared cement mortar has no color difference with the external color after being smeared.
The inventor thinks about the principle of a colorimetric card on pH test paper in order to realize the process of no color difference or low color difference between wall cement mortar and external color, prepares the color obtained by combining different cements into a color card, adjusts the proportion of different cements in the cement combination after comparison in practical application, thereby realizing the technology of no color difference, simultaneously adds water-soluble polyurethane, microcrystalline cellulose and the like as auxiliary materials in the process of realizing the invention, not only has good water solubility, but also ensures that the prepared wall cement mortar has no VOC release and is more environment-friendly, and simultaneously has the effects of heat preservation, water resistance, solubilization and the like, so that the wall cement mortar is more delicate, the added water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres are PMMA microspheres which can be uniformly dispersed in water, and rock and carbon fibers are connected on the basalt microspheres through a coupling agent to realize the enhancement effect of the materials, and the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres are added in the wall cement mortar, the mortar can improve the effects of crack resistance, permeability resistance and impact resistance, which are unexpected effects of the invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar, wherein 100kg of jade powder, 20-30kg of water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres, 5-12kg of microcrystalline cellulose, 25-100kg of waterborne polyurethane and 1-3kg of water reducing agent are added into each 1 cubic meter of cement composition.
As a further improvement of the invention, 110kg of jade powder, 25kg of water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres, 7kg of microcrystalline cellulose, 50kg of waterborne polyurethane and 2kg of water reducing agent are added into every 1 cubic meter of cement composition.
As a further improvement of the invention, the water reducing agent is one or more selected from sodium lignosulfonate water reducing agent, naphthalene high-efficiency water reducing agent, aliphatic high-efficiency water reducing agent, amino high-efficiency water reducing agent and polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent.
As a further improvement of the invention, the cement combination is a combination of white cement and ash cement, and the mass ratio P of the cement combination is 1: (0.5-3).
As a further improvement of the invention, the preparation method of the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres comprises the following steps: heating methyl methacrylate aqueous solution to reaction temperature, adding an initiator and a cross-linking agent, adding a coupling agent after a first time period of cross-linking reaction, adding carbon fiber and basalt fiber after a second time period of reaction, homogenizing after a third time period of reaction, and discharging to obtain the composite material.
As a further improvement of the invention, the reaction temperature is 70-85 ℃, the first time period is 3-5h, the second time period is 0.5-1h, and the third time period is 1-3 h.
As a further improvement of the invention, the homogenization condition is 10000-15000r/min for 5-10 min.
As a further improvement of the invention, the initiator is selected from one or more of diisopropyl peroxydicarbonate, dicyclohexyl peroxydicarbonate, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, cyclohexanone peroxide, di-tert-butyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, cumene hydroperoxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, benzoyl peroxide and lauroyl peroxide, the cross-linking agent is one or more selected from dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide, di-tert-butyl peroxide, dicumyl hydroperoxide and 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di-tert-butyl hexane peroxide, the coupling agent is selected from one or a mixture of A-150, A-151, A-171, A-172, A-1100, A-187, A-174, A-1891, A-189 and A-1120.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar, which comprises the following steps:
s1, according to the mass ratio P of white cement to ash cement, the amount of the white cement and the amount of the ash cement are adjusted to obtain a cement combination;
s2, uniformly mixing the jade powder, the microcrystalline cellulose and the water-soluble polyurethane, treating at the temperature of 100 ℃ for 1-3h, adding water, and mixing the mixture according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1: (1.5-2) after mixing, continuously adding the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres, uniformly stirring, sending into a flour mill, grinding, and sieving with a 200-mesh and 300-mesh sieve to obtain a mixed material;
s3, placing the cement combination in a mixer, stirring at the stirring speed of 100-300r/min, adding the mixed material and the water reducing agent while stirring, adding water according to the solid-to-liquid ratio (4-7) g/mL after the addition is finished, uniformly mixing, aging at room temperature for 0.5-1h, and uniformly stirring.
The invention further provides a use method of the environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar, which comprises the following steps:
s1, manufacturing a color board, wherein a plurality of areas N1-Nm of wall cement mortar are arranged on the color board, and the mass ratio P1-Pm, P1 and P2 … … Pm in the wall cement mortar coated in the area to the ash cement is written below each area and belongs to { 1: (0.5-3) };
s2, selecting a proper mass ratio P of white cement to ash cement by comparing the color plates, blending cement combination, and further preparing to obtain wall cement mortar;
and S3, uniformly coating the wall cement mortar on the wall surface, and waiting for curing.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the mass ratio of white cement to grey cement in the cement composition is adjusted, so that the color of the wall cement mortar is adjusted, the effect color chart of a plurality of groups of cement compositions is obtained, the colorimetric card is manufactured, when the cement composition is used, only blocks which are similar or identical to the external color on the colorimetric card are compared, so that a proper cement composition is obtained, and the prepared cement mortar is free from color difference with the external color after being smeared;
the preparation process is simple, the conditions such as solid-liquid ratio, treatment temperature and time of materials, stirring speed and the like are controlled in the preparation process, so that the materials are physically blended, the quality is improved, the jade powder is fully dispersed in pores formed by cement, and the surface of the mortar is glittering and beautiful after the mortar is used for treating indoor wall surfaces, and the mortar has a better heat preservation and insulation effect;
according to the invention, water-soluble polyurethane, microcrystalline cellulose and the like are added as auxiliary materials, so that the wall cement mortar has good water solubility, no VOC (volatile organic compound) is released from the prepared wall cement mortar, and the wall cement mortar is more environment-friendly, and has the effects of heat preservation, water resistance, solubilization and the like, so that the wall cement mortar is more delicate;
the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres added in the invention are PMMA microspheres which can be uniformly dispersed in water, basalt and carbon fibers are connected on the microspheres through a coupling agent, so that the enhancement effect of the material is realized, and the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres are added into wall cement mortar, so that the anti-cracking, anti-permeability and anti-impact effects of the mortar can be improved;
the raw material components are adjusted and treated, so that the prepared product has better heat preservation, heat insulation and waterproof effects, good mechanical property and enhanced bonding property, the defect of poor bonding property of the traditional mortar is overcome, the performance of jade powder is improved, the performance of cement mortar prepared by mixing the raw material components is better, and the prepared plate has better crack resistance, permeability resistance and impact strength, higher bonding property and wide application prospect.
Example 3
The raw materials comprise: 110kg of jade powder, 25kg of water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres, 7kg of microcrystalline cellulose, 50kg of waterborne polyurethane and 2kg of water reducing agent are added into each 1 cubic meter of cement composition, and the mass ratio P of white cement to gray cement in the cement composition is selected to be 1:3 according to the external color.
The preparation method of the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres comprises the following steps: heating 10g/L methyl methacrylate aqueous solution to 78 ℃, adding 0.1 wt% dicyclohexyl peroxydicarbonate and 0.1 wt% dicumyl peroxide, carrying out a crosslinking reaction for 4 hours, adding 1 wt% of coupling agent A-1120, reacting for 0.5 hour, adding 2.5 wt% of carbon fiber and 3 wt% of basalt fiber, reacting for 45 minutes, homogenizing for 7 minutes at 12500r/min, and discharging to obtain the product.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar comprises the following steps:
s1, according to the mass ratio P of white cement to ash cement of 1:3, adjusting the amount of the white cement to the amount of the ash cement to obtain a cement combination;
s2, uniformly mixing jade powder, microcrystalline cellulose and water-soluble polyurethane, treating at 105 ℃ for 2 hours, adding water, and mixing the mixture according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1: after mixing at 1.7g/mL, continuously adding the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres, uniformly stirring, sending into a flour mill, grinding, and sieving with a 200-fold 300-mesh sieve to obtain a mixed material;
and S3, placing the cement combination into a mixer, stirring at a stirring speed of 200r/min, adding the mixed material and the sodium lignosulfonate water reducing agent while stirring, adding water according to a solid-liquid ratio of 5g/mL after the addition is finished, uniformly mixing, aging at room temperature for 45min, and uniformly stirring.

Comparative example 5
Common commercially available water-soluble monodisperse PMMA microspheres (purchased from Sienna Rexi Biotech Co., Ltd.) were used instead of the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres.
The raw materials comprise: 110kg of jade powder, 25kg of common commercially available water-soluble monodisperse PMMA microspheres, 7kg of microcrystalline cellulose, 50kg of waterborne polyurethane and 2kg of water reducing agent are added into each 1 cubic meter of cement composition, and the mass ratio P of white cement to gray cement in the cement composition is selected to be 1:3 according to the comparison of external colors.

and S3, placing the cement combination into a mixer, stirring at a stirring speed of 200r/min, adding the mixed material and the sodium lignosulfonate water reducing agent while stirring, adding water according to a solid-liquid ratio of 5g/mL after the addition is finished, uniformly mixing, aging at room temperature for 45min, and uniformly stirring.

Test example 1
The environment-friendly toning wall cement mortars prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 and commercially available general wall cement mortars (purchased from seventh project office of china limited) were subjected to conventional extrusion molding and natural curing for 20 days to obtain panels, which were subjected to performance tests, and the results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

The above table shows that the environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar prepared by the invention can effectively ensure that the heat preservation effect is excellent, and the prepared board has excellent performances, higher compressive strength, stable product quality and difficult deformation.
And (3) testing the crack resistance:
the test piece size is 610mm multiplied by 915mm multiplied by 19mm, the molded test piece is in the environment with the wind speed of 12-14m/h, the width and the length of the surface crack of the test piece are measured after 24h, and the result is shown in table 2.
And (3) testing the anti-permeability capacity:
after the age of the test piece reaches 28d, the test piece is loaded into an impervious tester, the water pressure is increased to 0.1MPa at the beginning, the pressure is increased by 0.1MPa every 8h until the pressure reaches 1.2MPa, then the test piece is split into two halves, the height of water permeating into the split surface is measured, and the result is shown in table 2.
And (3) testing the impact resistance:
the dimensions of the mortar test pieces are 120mm multiplied by 50mm multiplied by 10mm by adopting the GB/T15231.5-94 pendulum impact test method, and the results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the table above, the environment-friendly color-mixing wall cement mortar prepared by the invention has the VOC discharge of 0, is safe and environment-friendly, and has stronger crack resistance, permeability resistance and impact resistance.
Compared with the prior art, the mortar has the advantages that microcrystalline cellulose is not added in the comparative example 1, all performances of the mortar are obviously reduced, and the compatibility among all components is possibly poor, so that the mortar cannot have a good effect of improving the performance of the mortar;
compared with the prior art, the water-soluble polyurethane is not added in the comparative example 2, so that the heat insulation performance, the impermeability and partial mechanical properties of the material are reduced, and the addition of the water-soluble polyurethane has an obvious enhancement effect on the heat insulation performance, the impermeability and other performances of the material; the addition of the microcrystalline cellulose and the water-soluble polyurethane has a synergistic effect;
compared with the prior art, the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres are not added in the comparative example 3, so that the anti-permeability, anti-cracking and impact resistance are obviously reduced, compared with the comparative example 5, the common commercially available water-soluble monodisperse PMMA microspheres are adopted to replace the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres, and the effect is far inferior to that of the water-soluble enhanced PMMA microspheres;
