Claims (10)
1. A high-adaptability wet-mixed mortar additive is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-15 parts of thickening agent, 5-8 parts of air entraining agent, 10-15 parts of water reducing agent, 10-12 parts of water-retaining agent, 10-15 parts of retarder, 8-12 parts of anti-cracking agent, 4-6 parts of foam stabilizer and 70-100 parts of water.
2. The highly adaptable wet mix mortar additive according to claim 1, characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13 parts of thickening agent, 7 parts of air entraining agent, 15 parts of water reducing agent, 12 parts of water-retaining agent, 11 parts of retarder, 9 parts of anti-cracking agent, 5 parts of foam stabilizer and 75 parts of water.
3. The highly adaptable wet mix mortar additive according to claim 1, characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of thickening agent, 8 parts of air entraining agent, 15 parts of water reducing agent, 10 parts of water retaining agent, 13 parts of retarder, 10 parts of anti-cracking agent, 4 parts of foam stabilizer and 80 parts of water.

The highly adaptable wet mix mortar additive according to claim 1, characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of thickening agent, 5 parts of air entraining agent, 13 parts of water reducing agent, 12 parts of water retaining agent, 15 parts of retarder, 13 parts of anti-cracking agent, 6 parts of foam stabilizer and 90 parts of water.
5. The highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the thickening agent is maltose, sodium alginate or polyacrylamide, and the air entraining agent is a mixture of sodium abietate, triterpenoid saponin and sodium lauryl sulfate.
6. The highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, an aliphatic water reducing agent or a naphthalene high-efficiency water reducing agent, the water retaining agent is a composition of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and welan gum, and the dosage of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is 5-15% of that of the welan gum.
7. The highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the retarder is any two or more of sodium citrate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium gluconate and white sugar.
8. The highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the anti-cracking agent is one or a mixture of more of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium alginate and redispersible latex powder.
9. The highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the foam stabilizer is fatty acyl diethanolamine.
10. A process for preparing a highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive, comprising the highly adaptable wet-mixed mortar additive of any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio;
s2: heating 70-80% water to 30 deg.C under stirring, adding water reducing agent, adding water retaining agent, stirring at constant temperature of 30 deg.C for 10-15min, and mixing;
s3: controlling the temperature of the mixed solution in the step S2 to 40-50 ℃, and then sequentially adding the thickening agent, the air entraining agent, the retarder, the anti-cracking agent and the foam stabilizer, stirring for 20-30min, and uniformly mixing;
s4: and (5) controlling the temperature of the mixed solution in the step S3 to be 60-70 ℃, adding the rest 20-30% of water, stirring for 10-15min, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the wet-mixed mortar additive with high adaptability.
