Claims (7)

1. A manufacturing method for producing gift boxes is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1: selection of gift materials: selecting paper products, plastic products and bamboo and wood products, wherein the thickness of the paper products and the plastic products is 4-6 mm in most cases, and the thickness of the bamboo and wood products is 1-3 mm in most cases;
s2: plate making and printing: making a plate on the surface original manuscript of the paper product, the plastic product and the bamboo or wood product in the step S1, drawing on the surface of the paper product, the plastic product and the bamboo or wood product by using a photographing, drawing, line and continuous adjustment method, and printing along the original manuscript in a relief printing, lithographic printing, printing plate and porous printing mode;
s3: surface processing: a water roller of the offset press supplies wetting liquid to the printing plate, so that the blank part of the material in the step S2 absorbs water, polyethylene is coated, a surface film is pasted, wax is coated, foil pressing and embossing are carried out, a water film resisting ink infiltration is formed, then ink is supplied to the printing plate by an ink roller, the printing ink is adhered to the image-text part, and drying and curing are carried out, so that a precursor plate is formed;
s4: and (3) die cutting plate making: the gift box pattern is uploaded to a numerical control machine, an ink jet port of the numerical control machine prints a crease line and a broken line saw seam of the gift box pattern on a plywood to finish transferring the gift box pattern to the plywood to form a beer bottom and a beer surface, the plywood with the crease line is a beer surface, when the back surface is die-cut by a beer bottom beer machine, a wire saw is used for sawing the seam along a tangent line and a broken line, then a die-cutting and broken seam knife line is embedded into the plywood to manufacture a die-cutting plate, a front driving plate in the step S3 is overlapped with the beer surface of the plywood, and a knife die presses a front driving plate along the wire saw along the tangent line and the broken line saw seam;
s5: preparing a box: folding the paper box by a box making machine line along a tangent line and a broken line saw seam, performing line pressing and glue brushing processes on the broken line saw seam before folding, folding the paper box into a gift box shape, and opening the paper box into the gift box shape when in use;
s6: mounting paper: inserting an auxiliary block which is completely unfolded into the gift box, uniformly coating glue on the outer surface of the gift box, bending four edges of the gift box downwards at an angle of 90 degrees, taking out the auxiliary block, drying the surface of the gift box while rotating, and scraping the four edges in the gift box by using a bamboo scraping ruler after drying is finished so as to enable the four edges to be fully bonded; then sheathing the auxiliary blocks, using the gift boxes to wipe from inside to outside to ensure the cleanness of the inside and the outside, placing a vacuum packaging machine, packaging a plurality of whole boxes and exhausting air.
2. A method of manufacturing a gift box of claim 1 wherein in step S1, the paper product is made of white grey board, white board and double coated white cardboard, and the plastic material is compounded with or without solvent, dry compounded and extruded into three panels.
3. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S2, the original is maintained in its original form during the entire printing process, the image information is transferred to the printing plate, the surface of the printing plate is divided into an inked image portion and a non-inked blank portion, and the ink adhered to the image portion is transferred to the gift box material of step S1 under pressure during printing.

A method of manufacturing a gift box of claim 1 wherein in step S3, the text portion is adhered with ink during a printing process, and the original color is reproduced by overprinting with yellow, magenta, cyan, and black inks, or a specific color is prepared by using yellow, magenta, cyan inks or a spot color ink is supplied from the inks.

A manufacturing method for producing gift boxes according to claim 1, wherein in step S4, the sawing machine is a wire saw moving up and down, holes are drilled at the connection of the two box cores to facilitate the wire saw to be penetrated, and the wire saw is sawed along the cutting line and the folding line, and the thickness of the wire saw is adapted to the thickness of the die cutting line and the folding line to separate the adjacent box cores.
6. A method of manufacturing gift boxes in accordance with claim 1, wherein in step S4, the cutting lines are cut, rounded or bent at various angles according to the shape of the box by a guillotine, a wire bending machine or a punching machine.
7. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S5, the boxboard is pressed into a flatting machine with 20MPa for 5 minutes, and the box is flatly pressed.
