The invention provides a production process of an oversized packing box, which comprises the following steps: step one, water-resistant treatment of a paperboard: putting the double-layer corrugated board into an impregnating solution for dipping wax, taking out the double-layer corrugated board, putting the double-layer corrugated board into a hot drying chamber for drying, removing the dipping wax paper from the hot drying chamber, cooling the dipping wax paper at room temperature to solidify the wax liquid, wherein the impregnating solution is prepared by sequentially adding 3:2:5 of paraffin, chloroprene rubber and deionized water into a reaction kettle, heating the mixture to 150-, the dampproofing and waterproofing nature of multiplicable packing carton, carry out the waxing to double-deck corrugated container board and handle, can make the waterproof nature of packing carton strong, can not be excessive because of the packing carton wearing and tearing, and lose the waterproof nature of packing carton, through chloroprene rubber, the heat-resisting of multiplicable packing carton, fire resistance, the life of packing carton has been improved, adopt double-deck corrugated paper, the compressive strength of multiplicable super large packing carton, make the difficult crushing of super large packing carton, deionized water can make paraffin, chloroprene rubber is being heated evenly fusing the in-process, because paraffin is insoluble in water, before the flooding liquid uses, need filter deionized water, step two, plate-making printing: adopt lithographic printing to single powder paper printing, single powder paper is single face coated paper again, and a paper is one side smooth, and one side is dumb, and only the plain noodles can be printed, can realize the printing to various colours, through single powder paper, can make on the super large packing carton print various beautiful patterns and characters, step three, surface machining: the surface of the single powder paper is coated with polyethylene coating, the single powder paper and the double-layer corrugated paper are adhered together by using starch adhesive, the starch adhesive takes starch as a raw material, has sticky substances, two separated materials can be connected together by means of the sticky properties of the starch adhesive, the polyethylene is thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerizing ethylene, the polyethylene is odorless and nontoxic, has a wax-like hand feeling, has excellent low-temperature resistance, good chemical stability, can resist corrosion of most of acid and alkali, is insoluble in common solvents at normal temperature, has small water absorption and excellent electrical insulation, can realize protection of character patterns on the single powder paper, and can further enhance the strength of a packaging box due to the advantages of high bonding strength, large hardness of a paperboard, no moisture absorption, no corrosion and the like: transferring the paper box pattern to a plywood, sawing the seam along a tangent line and a broken line by using a fretsaw, embedding a die cutting and seam folding knife line into the plywood to manufacture a die cutting plate, completing paperboard indentation by using a die cutting and creasing machine, rolling and cutting the knife line by using machinery such as a guillotine machine, a wire bending machine, a punching machine and the like according to the shape of a box, bending the knife line into a circle or bending the knife line into various angles, wherein the height of a transverse cutting knife line is 23.8mm, the thickness of the transverse cutting knife line is 0.7mm, the die cutting lines embedded in the die cutting plate are required to be consistent in height, after the knife line is embedded, foam rubber sheets are adhered to two sides so that the paperboard can be popped out from the die cutting plate, and the die cutting and creasing machine uses a flat pressing type creasing machine, can automatically feed, die cut and collect paper, and the indentation speed is 1800 and 3600 pieces/hour, and the fifth step is used for manufacturing the box: folding the paperboard into a carton shape by using a carton making machine, folding the paperboard by using the carton making machine, pressing lines and brushing glue on the carton to make the carton into a shape of a box, and carrying out step six and film coating: the packaging box is coated by using the paper box coating machine, articles are placed in the oversized packaging box for coating, the oversized packaging box is coated, the packaging box can be further protected, and the oversized packaging box is prevented from being soaked by water.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. The production process of the oversized packing box is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, paperboard water-resistant treatment: putting the double-layer corrugated board into the dipping solution for waxing, taking out the double-layer corrugated board, putting the double-layer corrugated board into a hot drying chamber for drying, removing wax-dipped paper from the hot drying chamber, and cooling at room temperature to solidify wax liquid;
s2, plate making and printing: printing the single powder paper by adopting a lithographic printing method;
s3, surface processing: coating polyethylene paint on the surface of the single-powder paper, and sticking the single-powder paper and the double-layer corrugated paper together by using a starch adhesive;
s4, die cutting and indentation: transferring the pattern of the paper box to the plywood, sawing the seam along a tangent line and a broken line by using a wire saw, embedding a die cutting and seam folding cutting line into the plywood to manufacture a die cutting plate, and finishing the indentation of the paper board by using a die cutting indenting machine;
s5, box making: folding the paperboard into a carton shape by using a carton making machine;
s6, coating: and (5) coating the packaging box by using a paper box coating machine.
2. The production process of the oversized packing box as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the impregnation liquid is prepared by sequentially adding paraffin, chloroprene rubber and deionized water in a ratio of 3:2:5 into a reaction kettle and heating to 150-.
3. The process for manufacturing oversized packing box according to claim 2, wherein in the step S1, the double-layer corrugated paper is continuously fed into the dipping solution with 90-100 ℃ by the automatic paper feeder, and the dipping time is 10-15S.
4. The process for producing oversized packing box as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step S1, the excess wax liquid on the double-layer corrugated paper taken out from the impregnation liquid is removed and slowly moved on the conveyor belt of the baking chamber at 110-130 ℃ to allow the wax liquid to penetrate into the inside of the paper board.
5. The process for producing oversized packing boxes according to claim 4, wherein in the step S2, the single-side coated paper is also called single-side coated paper, and the paper is glossy, one side is dull, only the glossy side can be printed, and printing of various colors can be realized.
6. The process for producing a oversized packing box as claimed in claim 5, wherein in step S3, the starch adhesive is starch with adhesive property, and two separate materials can be connected together by the adhesive property.
7. The process for producing oversized packing boxes according to claim 6, wherein in the step S4, the cutter lines are cut off, rounded or bent at various angles according to the shape of the box by a machine such as a guillotine machine, a wire bending machine, a punching machine and the like.
8. The process for producing oversized packing boxes according to claim 7, wherein in the step S4, the height of the crosscut knife line is 23.8mm, the thickness is 0.7mm, the die-cut lines embedded in the die-cut plate must be consistent in height, and after the knife line is embedded, foam rubber sheets are attached to two sides of the knife line so that the cardboard can be ejected from the die-cut plate.
9. The process of claim 8, wherein in step S4, the die cutting and creasing machine uses a flat-pressing creasing machine capable of automatically feeding, die cutting and collecting paper at an creasing speed of 1800 and 3600 sheets/hour.
10. The process of claim 9, wherein in step S5, the carton making machine folds the cardboard, presses the cardboard, and applies glue to the cardboard to make the cardboard into a box shape.
