In the invention, the garbage passing through the primary treatment device 3 can enter a garbage can for storage and then be transported away; it is also possible to design so that the waste passed through the preliminary treatment device 3 is temporarily piled up easily and then the temporarily piled waste is transported away by a waste transport vehicle. It is clear that how the waste that has passed through the preliminary treatment device 3 is stored and transported can be specifically designed according to the needs, which can be achieved by the person skilled in the art without any inventive effort.
As an alternative design, the present invention may be designed such that one of the plurality of trash channels is a trash channel for receiving and conveying the used paper trash exclusively, that is, a category, i.e., used paper trash, is added to the trash classification of this embodiment, and is classified from used paper trash included in recyclable trash, and the used paper trash includes cardboard, books, milk and beverage packing boxes, medicine boxes, paper cups, and the like. The preliminary treatment apparatus 3 includes an automatic crushing apparatus 31, a fermentation tank 32, and an automatic compressing apparatus 33.
As shown in fig. 3, the automatic pulverizing apparatus 31 pulverizes wet garbage, and then lets the pulverized wet garbage enter the fermentation tank 32.
In the present embodiment, the fermentation tank 32 is funnel-shaped and may be designed to have a fermentation monitoring device 3201, an automatic water filling device 3202, an automatic flushing device 3203, and an automatic draining device 3204. The fermentation tank 32 and the sewer can be controlled by a valve. The fermentation monitoring device 3201 automatically monitors the fermentation degree of the waste and crushed slag in the fermentation tank 32, and the automatic discharging device 3204 determines whether to open a valve to discharge the fermented waste and crushed slag to a sewer according to the monitoring condition of the fermentation monitoring device 3201. The automatic water injection device 3202 automatically injects water into the fermentation tank 32 according to the fermentation requirement, and generally, some water is required to be added for fermentation of the crushed wet garbage, and some fermentation reagents may be required to be added to help the fermentation to be rapid and effective. The automatic flushing device 3203 automatically flushes and cleans the fermentation tank 32 according to the use condition of the fermentation tank 32 and assists in discharging the garbage and crushed slag after fermentation.
The bottom of the funnel of the fermentation tank 32 is communicated with a sewer, and the wet garbage is discharged into the sewer after the crushed wet garbage is fermented. Of course, in the present invention, it is possible to design not only the automatic grinding device 31 in the preliminary treatment device 3 to grind only wet garbage but also other kinds of garbage to be ground, and the automatic grinding device 31 may be one or two or more. The garbage crushing device can adopt the equipment in the prior art, which is mature equipment.
It should be noted that, since the fermentation tank 32 is a part of the preliminary treatment apparatus 3 in the present invention, it is generally necessary to seal the fermentation tank to prevent odor from diffusing into the air, and it is necessary to prevent gas such as methane from causing a risk, which is a problem that a person skilled in the art should pay attention to when designing the fermentation tank.
As shown in fig. 4, the automatic compressing device 33 compacts or compacts the non-fermented garbage received in the plurality of sorted garbage passage 2, respectively, so that it is convenient to store and transport. In this embodiment, the refuse container 34 may be compacted or briquetted and stored as shown. In this embodiment, the remote port 6 is provided to the device's grandmaster 5. In addition, the present embodiment is also provided with a preliminary reception classification controller 16. The console 5 and the preliminary reception classification controller 16 constitute a chip control device.
Through the remote port 6, the operation of the automatic household garbage disposal device can be remotely monitored, and the chip control device can be remotely and intelligently upgraded. The invention can be designed to remotely monitor the operation of the automatic household garbage disposal device through a central integrated system and remotely and intelligently upgrade the chip control device.
How to classify the garbage is instructed by a primary receiving classification controller, and before implementation, images and classification methods of various garbage are input into the primary receiving classification controller; the camera sensor transmits the shot garbage image back to the primary receiving classification controller, the primary receiving classification controller receives the image transmitted by the camera sensor to classify and send an instruction, and the mechanical arm captures the garbage according to the instruction sent by the primary receiving classification controller and sends the garbage to each channel
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the chip control device automatically controls the operation of the automatic household garbage disposal device.
For the primary classification receiving device, the chip control device controls the operation of the primary classification receiving device, the image pickup sensing device transmits shot garbage images back to the chip control device, the chip control device receives the images transmitted by the chip control device, the images are classified and send out instructions, and the mechanical arm moves garbage according to the instructions sent by the chip control device and distributes the garbage to each channel. And through the remote port, the master control station receives the remote garbage classification and processing mode and sends the information to each primary receiving classification controller. Therefore, automatic and real-time primary receiving and processing of the garbage can be realized.
Fig. 9 is a general view of a second embodiment of the automatic garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention, fig. 10 is another general view of the second embodiment of the automatic garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention, fig. 9 is a general view in which a preliminary treatment apparatus shows an automatic pulverizing apparatus and a fermentation tank, and fig. 9 is a general view in which a preliminary treatment apparatus shows an automatic compressing apparatus and a garbage container.
Compared with the first embodiment, the automatic domestic waste treatment device of the second embodiment is used in a bungalow, a roadside, a park, an open area and the like, is a compact single device, only needs to be provided with one primary receiving and sorting device 1 and one primary treatment device 3, and the length 2 of a sorting waste passage can be very short. In addition, the protective sheet 17 and the exhaust port 7 may not be designed. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the solar power generation apparatus 8 may be provided so that it is not necessary to individually wire power to the single equipment, thereby facilitating the use of the equipment. Fig. 9 and 10 each schematically show the solar power generation device 8 disposed on top of the preliminary classification reception device 16.
Fig. 11 is a schematic view illustrating a third embodiment of the automatic household garbage disposal apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the automatic household garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention includes a preliminary classification receiving apparatus 1, a classification garbage passage 2, a preliminary disposal apparatus 3, and a chip control apparatus. In contrast to the first embodiment, the third embodiment employs a six-axis robot. The six-axis robot is a mature technology and therefore the solution shown in this embodiment of the invention is easy to design.
The preliminary sorting receiving apparatus 1 includes a receiving table 11, an image pickup sensor apparatus 12, and a robot 13.
The sorted refuse can be moved directly to the corresponding sorting refuse chute 2 by the manipulator 13, or a conveyor can be provided in the preliminary sorting receptacle 1, and the manipulator 13 moves the refuse from the receiving station 11 to the conveyor, which is then conveyed to the sorting refuse chute 2 by the conveyor. The conveyor may be a conveyor belt. The conveyor may also be a conveyor structure capable of conveying the sorted waste in different directions, for example, a conveyor device capable of multi-directional transmission combined by a plurality of small conveyor mechanisms, which conveys the sorted waste to the corresponding sorting waste passage 2 according to different directions.
The sorting refuse chute 2 comprises a plurality of refuse chutes, each of which receives one type of refuse among the sorted refuse and conveys the received refuse to the preliminary treatment device 3.
In the present embodiment, with the purpose of achieving convenient and effective automatic garbage disposal, the household garbage is first classified into two major categories of wet garbage and non-fermented garbage, and the garbage classification at least includes four categories, i.e., wet garbage, recoverable garbage, unrecoverable garbage and harmful garbage, and the recoverable garbage, unrecoverable garbage and harmful garbage are collectively referred to as non-fermented garbage, and the four categories of garbage correspond to different classification garbage channels 21, 22, 23 and 24, i.e., the four categories of garbage are respectively moved into the recoverable garbage channel 21, the unrecoverable garbage channel 22, the harmful garbage channel 23 and the wet garbage channel 24. The wet garbage is crushed in the primary treatment device 3 and is fermented in the fermentation tank 32 and then discharged into a sewer, and in addition, the primary treatment device 3 compacts and even packs the non-fermented garbage.
The preliminary treatment apparatus 3 includes an automatic crushing apparatus 31, a fermentation tank 32, and an automatic compressing apparatus 33.
The automatic crushing device 31 crushes the wet garbage, then the crushed wet garbage enters the fermentation tank 32, the fermentation tank 32 is communicated with a sewer, and the wet garbage is discharged into the sewer after the crushed wet garbage is fermented. Of course, in the present invention, it is possible to design not only the automatic grinding device 31 in the preliminary treatment device 3 to grind only wet garbage but also other kinds of garbage to be ground, and the automatic grinding device 31 may be one or two or more. The garbage crushing device can adopt the equipment in the prior art, which is mature equipment.
The automatic compression device 33 compacts or compacts the non-fermented garbage received by the plurality of classified garbage chutes 2, respectively, so that it is convenient to store and transport. For example, the refuse container 34 may be first compacted or briquetted and stored as shown.

It should be noted that, since the fermentation tank 32 is a part of the preliminary treatment apparatus 3 in the present invention, it is generally necessary to seal the fermentation tank to prevent odor from diffusing into the air, and it is necessary to prevent gas such as methane from causing a risk, which is a problem that a person skilled in the art should pay attention to when designing the fermentation tank.
Further, in the connection structure between the fermentation tank 32 and the garbage crushing apparatus, it is necessary to design a structure for preventing gas and odor from escaping from the fermentation tank 32 through the connection part between the fermentation tank 32 and the garbage crushing apparatus. The structure for sealing against gas escape can be designed by the prior art, for example, by automatic valves, water-tight elbows, etc.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural view showing an example of the preliminary sorting receiving apparatus 1 of the automatic garbage disposer of the present invention.
Since the automatic household garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention is used for disposing garbage, a closed housing for closing the structures of the receiving station 11 and the like to close the disposal of the garbage can be designed for the preliminary sorting receptacle 1 if necessary, and has an opening for facilitating the laying of the garbage on the receiving station 11 when the opening is open, and for sealing the receiving station 11 when the opening is closed.
The image sensor device 12 and the robot 13 may be provided in the closed casing or may be provided in the closed casing.

The automatic domestic garbage disposal device of the present invention can be used in public areas (such as roadside), single-story houses, buildings, etc., and when being installed on roads and single-story houses, for example, the automatic domestic garbage disposal device has a compact structure, and the classification garbage passage 2 can be short, but when being used in buildings, the automatic domestic garbage disposal device has a bulky structure, and the classification garbage passage 2 needs to be long. In addition, the size of the automatic household garbage treatment device can be specifically designed according to needs, and simply, the size can be large or small, so that the design purpose is met.
Fig. 14 is a general view illustrating an automatic garbage disposal apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
In this fourth embodiment, one preliminary classification receiving device 1 is provided at each floor, one preliminary treatment device 3 is provided at the bottom of the building, and the classification refuse chute 2 connects the preliminary classification receiving device 1 and the preliminary treatment device 3, and conveys the received refuse from the preliminary classification receiving device 1 to the preliminary treatment device 3. Compared with the third embodiment, the automatic household garbage disposal apparatus has a large structure, the sorting garbage pathway 2 needs to be long, and a plurality of preliminary sorting receiving apparatuses 1 are required.
In the invention, when the automatic household garbage disposal device is used for a building, at least one primary classification receiving device 1 can be arranged on each floor or each multi-floor, for example, at least one primary classification receiving device 1 can be arranged on each floor or each two-floor, and at least one primary disposal device 3 is arranged on the floor, namely, one or more than one primary disposal device 3 can be arranged. Similarly to the fourth embodiment, the sorting refuse chute 2 is also connected to the preliminary sorting receiving means 1 and the preliminary processing means 3. Generally, for the convenience of conveying the waste, a preliminary sorting receptacle 1 is connected to a preliminary treatment device 3 in a substantially vertical direction through a sorting passage 2, but it is also possible to use an angled sorting passage 2 as long as the conveying of the waste is achieved. When the invention is applied to a building, the number and the connection mode of the primary classification receiving devices 1, the classification garbage channels 2 and the primary treatment devices 3 can adopt diversified modes, and are not limited to the one-to-one connection mode in the fourth embodiment, for example, each floor can also adopt one, two, three or more primary classification receiving devices 1, and can be connected to one, two or more primary treatment devices 3 through the same and different classification garbage channels 2, as long as the garbage treatment of the building meets the automatic classification receiving of the invention and then is respectively conveyed to the primary classification receiving devices 1 through the channels for treatment.
The building is a main residential house of a city, the automatic household garbage treatment device has great advantages when being applied to the building, the garbage treatment is very convenient and fast, the labor is saved, and the problem of how to conveniently and fast treat the household garbage in a densely populated area is solved.
The invention creates a brand-new automatic household garbage treatment device with a new concept, basically does not need manual classification of household garbage, can effectively and quickly treat the household garbage, and reduces the workload of garbage treatment.
The above description of the embodiment of the automatic garbage disposer of the present invention is intended to explain the spirit of the present invention. the preliminary classification receiving device comprises a receiving station, a camera sensing device and a manipulator, wherein the receiving station is used for receiving placed garbage, the camera sensing device is used for shooting images of the garbage placed on the receiving station to determine classification of the garbage, the manipulator is matched with the camera sensing device to classify the received garbage into a garbage classification channel, the manipulator and the camera sensing device classify the garbage into wet garbage and non-fermented garbage except the wet garbage, and further classify the non-fermented garbage, and the wet garbage comprises fluid, kitchen waste organic matters and potted landscape plant branches and trunks;
the classified garbage channel comprises a plurality of garbage channels, each of the garbage channels respectively receives one type of garbage in the classified garbage and conveys the received garbage to the primary treatment device;
the preliminary treatment device comprises an automatic crushing device, a fermentation tank and an automatic compression device, wherein,
the automatic smashing device smashes wet garbage, then the smashed wet garbage enters the fermentation tank, the fermentation tank is communicated with a sewer, and the smashed wet garbage is discharged into the sewer after being fermented; and is
The automatic compression device respectively compacts or compacts the non-fermented garbage received by the classification garbage channels so as to be stored in a garbage can or a garbage transport vehicle; and is

The automatic garbage disposal apparatus of claim 3, wherein the arm of the robot arm comprises a horizontally extendable and retractable cylindrical telescopic part and a vertically extendable and retractable cylindrical telescopic part connected to each other, the horizontally extendable and retractable cylindrical telescopic part being connected to a bottom of the robot arm, and the vertically extendable and retractable cylindrical telescopic part being connected to the hand grip of the robot arm.
6. The automatic garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the preliminary classification receiving means further comprises a protective sheet disposed between the robot arm and the classification garbage passage to protect the robot arm from the garbage falling down in the classification garbage passage.

The automated garbage disposal apparatus of claim 1, wherein said robot arm comprises a cleaning sheet, which is a wiper blade having a certain elasticity and hardness, and is also mounted to an arm end of said robot arm, and a grip of said robot arm is retractable with respect to said arm end to facilitate said cleaning sheet to clean said receiving station.
8. The automatic garbage disposal apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fermentation tank has a funnel shape, and the fermented garbage fragments are discharged to the sewer at the bottom of the funnel.

The automatic domestic waste treatment apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein the automatic domestic waste treatment apparatus is provided in a building, at least one preliminary classified receiving apparatus is provided at each floor or each plurality of floors, at least one preliminary treatment apparatus is provided at the floor, and the classified waste pathway connects the preliminary classified receiving apparatus and the preliminary treatment apparatus.
