Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicinal preparations, in particular to a Chinese medicinal extract for preventing alopecia, preventing white hair and moistening hair.
Background
The clinical common alopecia comprises alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia, wherein the alopecia areata is also called round alopecia, the traditional Chinese medicine is called oily wind and ghost shaving head, the alopecia is a sudden alopecia, the alopecia is flaky in a light person, the alopecia is completely alopecia or general alopecia in a heavy person, and the pathogenesis is considered to be related to autoimmune condition, heredity and mental factors. Seborrheic alopecia is commonly seen in young and strong males, is a common disease and frequently encountered disease in dermatology, is mainly manifested as progressive alopecia in the forehead and top of the head, has complex causes, and is generally considered to be related to genetic susceptibility and metabolic abnormality of androgen local to scalp hair follicles.
At present, western medicines have no specific treatment method for alopecia, but Chinese traditional medicine has unique understanding and methods for pathogenesis and treatment of alopecia, and obtains better curative effect in practice. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: alopecia is related to the liver, kidney, spleen and qi and blood in the five internal organs of the human body. The hair is rich in blood, and the hair is not nourished without sufficient blood; the liver stores blood and mainly disperses qi, qi movement is not smooth when liver qi fails to disperse qi, skin can not be nourished by blood along with qi, and pores are relaxed and fall; kidneys govern bones, which are in the hair; the spleen governs transportation and transformation, and transports food essence upwards to the heart and lung to transform it into vital material such as qi and blood. Therefore, any change in their function can lead to hair loss. Therefore, the therapeutic principle of traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: the yin and yang of the human body are balanced by regulating various body organs such as the liver, the kidney, the spleen and the like on the whole, and the function of treating the alopecia is played on the whole by fully utilizing the four-qi and five-flavor, the efficacy indication and the compatibility principle of the traditional Chinese medicine.
The applicant of the present invention has found in the actual research process that the above technical solutions have the problem of rationality of prescription formulation, for example, if the prescription composition ratio such as "bupleurum root is used to replace starwort root, or poria cocos is replaced with grifola" can produce the same or similar therapeutic effect, and the applicant has made a great deal of research aiming at the above technical solutions and found that the prescription disclosed by the applicant has irrational.
Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above problems.

By adopting the technical scheme, in the research process of the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the conventional extraction methods such as alcohol extraction, percolation, immersion, water extraction and the like are respectively explored for different medicines, the parameter range of semi-bionic extraction in the technical scheme is occasionally and creatively explored, and the technical effect is particularly outstanding. The semi-bionic method is a new medicine extraction technology in modern pharmacy, has the characteristics of conforming to the process of transporting medicines through gastrointestinal tracts, being suitable for industrial production and embodying the comprehensive component action of the traditional Chinese medicine, and is not equal to the 'acid-base method' in a pure chemical viewpoint. The most central technical point of the method is that the active mixture of the medicines which are suitable for the gastrointestinal absorption of the human body is extracted, which is in accordance with the guiding idea of the traditional Chinese medicine that the curative effect is exerted integrally and uniformly.
More preferably, in step S5, the fine powder is mixed and pulverized to have a particle size of less than 75 μm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the mixed fine powder is continuously subjected to superfine grinding, so that after the main extract acts on a human body, the active substances of the main extract are more easily distributed and absorbed by the human body, and the main extract can quickly take effect.
Further preferably, the anti-hair-loss, anti-white hair and hair-moistening traditional Chinese medicine extract can be prepared into any acceptable dosage form of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
More preferably, the dosage form is powder, pill or capsule.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) through multiple experimental researches, the 13 medicinal materials are simplified, matched and mutually matched, so that the yin-yang balance of a body of a patient with the disease is conditioned together, and the effects of growing hair, blackening hair and moistening hair are exerted integrally;
(2) based on a formula system of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the invention also provides a semi-bionic extraction method, a proper parameter range is determined through repeated exploration, and the application effect is more prominent, so that the obtained product not only can be used for compounding the process of transporting the medicine through the gastrointestinal tract, but also is suitable for industrial production, and has controllable quality;
(3) the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared by the invention is subjected to final crushing treatment, so that the particle size of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is controlled to be less than 75 micrometers, and after the main extract acts on a human body, effective substances of the main extract are more easily distributed and absorbed by the human body and can quickly take effect.

Wherein the common adjuvants are starch and lactose, and the capsule is gelatin capsule.
450 typical alopecia patients were selected as test subjects, and the patients were aged between 30-55 years and the disease course was 1-5 years, and were randomly divided into 9 groups of 50 patients. Each group of patients orally took the capsules prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 2, respectively, 2 times a day, 3 capsules at a time, and the effect was observed after 3 months of continuous administration.
The test results are divided into four grades:
the skin injury is healed to have new hair growth or final hair growth, the distribution density, the hair thickness and the color are similar to those of normal hair, and the beautifying effect is achieved.
The effect is that the area covered by the terminal hair is more than 1/2 bald hair areas, and more of the terminal hair becomes terminal hair, which is seen to be sparse, long and firm.
Effective is that new hair growth is more than 10 percent, and includes the growth of thin, short and pale vellus hairs, but the growth is slow, the vellus hairs are not completely recovered, and the vellus hairs are not grown finally.
The ineffectiveness is no or only a small amount of vellus hair growth or continued alopecia after 1-2 treatment courses.
The total clinical effective rate is calculated by the sum of cure, obvious effect and effective cases, and the test results are shown in Table 2.
As can be seen from the test data in Table 2, the number and color of hairs of most patients in examples 1-7 are significantly improved after taking the capsule for three months, and the total effective rate is more than 86%, while the effective rate is only 40% in comparative example 1 and 56% in comparative example 2. The test result shows that the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared by the technical scheme of the invention has outstanding effect on treating alopecia, and the curative effect is far greater than that of common medicines sold on the market.
