The detection principle is as follows: the laser displacement sensor 5 in the Y-axis direction mainly obtains the height of the welded fins and the copper sheets and the numerical height positions of the fins of the first point and the last point of the copper tube touched by laser, the heights of the fins on two sides are consistent, the detected heights are also consistent, if the heights of the two detected points are different, the height is unqualified, the laser displacement sensor 5 in the X-axis direction mainly obtains the height of the radiating fins and the numerical heights of the first point and the last point of the radiating fins, and the mode of judging the bending degree of the fan is as follows: determining the bending degree of the copper pipe by using the data of the position of the first point of the copper pipe acquired by the two laser displacement sensors 5 and the size of the included angle between the line connected with the high point position and the horizontal straight line by taking the first point position detected by the Y axis as a standard; and comparing the highest point of the welding of the fin and the copper pipe with the data of detecting the high point of the radiating fin by comparing the height data of the last point, and determining whether the relative height between the two points is in a corresponding range, thereby determining the height and the curvature of the fin and the radiating fin of the fan.
According to the method, the welding height of the fins and the copper sheets and the height of the radiating fins are detected by the two laser displacement sensors 5, so that the automation of the whole process is realized, the labor cost is reduced, the detection efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the method also has the function of automatically sorting qualified and unqualified products; the relative height between the fins and the radiating fins can also be detected, the position of the first point and the position of the last point are obtained through the laser displacement sensor 5, the two points are compared, the inclination is determined, and then the relative height between the fins and the radiating fins is determined through the comparison of the last position.
