A modular building wall is shown in figure 1 and is formed by assembling a plurality of composite building wall modules I.
As shown in fig. 2, a cement mortar surface layer 1, a bonding reinforcing layer 2, a first heat-insulating layer 3, a first glass fiber reinforced composite board 6, a second heat-insulating layer 7 and a second glass fiber reinforced composite board (i.e., a veneer) 8 are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. Functional pipe network is embedded in the second heat preservation layer 7, and the functional pipe network comprises a water supply pipe 9, a drain pipe 10 and a wire pipe 11. Wherein, the fine reinforced composite board of second glass 8, according to the attached decorative board in demand surface, functional accessories such as embedding lamps and lanterns, socket. The cement mortar surface layer 1 is coated with cement mortar and quartz sand, is waterproof and sun-proof, and is firm and durable. The bonding reinforced layer 2 adopts a steel wire mesh and non-woven fabric combined environment-friendly adhesive, is firm and durable, and effectively links the cement mortar surface layer 1 and the first heat preservation layer 3. The first glass fiber reinforced composite board 6 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 4, and the first heat preservation layer 3 is fixed on the first glass fiber reinforced composite board 6 through the reinforcing ribs 4. And meanwhile, the connection of the cement mortar surface layer 1 and the first heat preservation layer 3 is strengthened and linked through the reinforcing ribs 4 and the anchor bolts 5. The water supply pipe 9 and the water discharge pipe 10 are generally embedded in only one composite building wall module at the lower part of the modular building wall in order to prevent water leakage during assembly.
The connection of two composite material building wall modules is shown in fig. 3-4, and is formed by connecting light steel connecting pieces 12 with dovetail grooves 14 in a matched mode through fastening bolts 13. The light steel connecting piece 12 is of an F-shaped structure, and the two parallel side plates are used for fixing the first glass fiber reinforced composite board 6 and the second glass fiber reinforced composite board 8 through bolts respectively. The bottom plate of the side plate which is connected with two parallels stretches into the first heat preservation layer 3, and the fastening bolt is positioned on the bottom plate of the first heat preservation layer 3. The hidden light steel structure is connected with the fastening bolts to link a plurality of wallboards into a wall body, so that the firm and attractive effect is achieved. The cement mortar surface course 1 can be integrated by adopting the same materials during assembly, so that the cement mortar surface courses 1 of different modules form a whole, and the attractive effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, a light steel fastener 15 is installed at the upper end of a composite building wall module on the upper part of the modular building wall, and the light steel fastener 15 is composed of a long plate and four parallel short plates, wherein two short plates are positioned at one end of the long plate to form a first groove structure; the other two short plates are positioned at the other end of the long plate to form a second groove structure; the opening widths of the first groove structure and the second groove structure are respectively equal to the thicknesses of the first glass fiber reinforced composite board 6 and the second glass fiber reinforced composite board 8, and the first glass fiber reinforced composite board 6 is inserted into the first groove structure and is fastened by bolts; the second glass fiber reinforced composite board 8 is inserted into the second groove structure and is fastened by bolts. The long plate is provided with a connecting bolt connected with a beam component at the top of the building.
Module building wall lower extreme structure, as shown in fig. 6, the light steel fastener of bottom installation of module building wall lower part combined material building wall module, the light steel fastener of bottom is the same with the light steel fastener in top for with building bottom crossbeam bolted connection.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. A composite material building wall module is characterized by sequentially comprising a cement mortar surface layer, a bonding reinforced layer, a first heat-insulating layer, a first glass fiber reinforced composite board, a second heat-insulating layer and a second glass fiber reinforced composite board from one side to the other side;
the bonding reinforcing layer is used for bonding the cement mortar surface layer and the first heat preservation layer;
the first glass fiber reinforced composite board is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and the first heat-insulating layer is connected with the first glass fiber reinforced composite board through the reinforcing ribs;
the first glass fiber reinforced composite board is connected with the second glass fiber reinforced composite board through at least four light steel connecting pieces, one side of the composite building wall module is provided with at least one light steel connecting piece, the light steel connecting piece is of an F-shaped structure and comprises two parallel side plates and a bottom plate, one side of each side plate is connected with the bottom plate, one side plate is connected with the first glass fiber reinforced composite board, the other side plate is connected with the second glass fiber reinforced composite board, and the two light steel connecting pieces are arranged to be connected in a matched mode through the bottom plate; the bottom plate extends into the first heat-insulating layer; the bottom plate positioned in the first heat preservation layer is provided with a bolt through hole;
the functional pipe network is embedded in the second heat preservation layer and comprises: a water supply pipe, a water discharge pipe and an electric wire pipe;
the attached decorative board in glass fiber reinforced composite board surface of second imbeds the function accessory, and the function accessory includes: lamps and lanterns, socket.
2. The composite building wall module according to claim 1, wherein at least one connecting fastener is installed at one side of the composite building wall module, the connecting fastener comprises four parallel short plates and a long plate, one side of the short plate is connected with the long plate, the first short plate and the second short plate are respectively in surface contact with two surfaces of the first glass fiber reinforced composite plate, the third short plate and the fourth short plate are respectively in surface contact with two surfaces of the second glass fiber reinforced composite plate, and the long plate is configured to be in fit connection with the building beam component.
3. The composite building wall module according to claim 2, wherein the first stub plate, the second stub plate and the first glass fiber reinforced composite plate are provided with bolt through holes, and the first stub plate, the second stub plate and the first glass fiber reinforced composite plate are connected by bolts; the third short plate, the fourth short plate and the second glass fiber reinforced composite board are all provided with bolt through holes, and the third short plate, the fourth short plate and the second glass fiber reinforced composite board are connected through bolts.
4. The composite building wall module of claim 1, wherein the bottom plate of one of the light steel connecting members is provided with a dovetail groove, and the bottom plate of the other of the light steel connecting members is provided with a protrusion engaged with the dovetail groove.
5. The composite building wall module of claim 1, wherein the bottom plate of the light steel connector is provided with bolt through holes.
6. The composite building wall module of claim 1, wherein the adhesive reinforcement layer and the first insulating layer are connected by anchor bolts.
7. The composite building wall module of claim 1, wherein the first fiberglass reinforced composite board and the second insulating layer are connected by an anchor bolt.
8. The composite building wall module of claim 1 wherein the side plates are bolted to the fiberglass reinforced composite board.
9. A modular building wall formed by assembling a plurality of modular building wall modules of composite material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A method for preparing a modular building wall, which is characterized in that a plurality of composite building wall modules according to any one of claims 1 to 8 are provided, and bottom plates of light steel connecting pieces of every two composite building wall modules are matched and connected until all the composite building wall modules are assembled into a wall body.
11. Use of a composite building wall module according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in the construction of temporary buildings.
