Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a space modularized house, which aims to improve the technical problems of low construction efficiency, poor sealing performance and poor practicability of the modularized house in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a space modularization house, which comprises a plurality of prefabricated house bodies and prefabricated roofs, wherein two adjacent prefabricated house bodies are detachably connected, each prefabricated house body comprises a wallboard and a bottom plate, the bottom plates are vertically connected with the wallboard, the bottom plates are arranged at the lower ends of the wallboards, the wallboards are detachably connected with the bottom plates, the prefabricated roofs are arranged at the upper ends of the wallboards, and the prefabricated roofs are detachably connected with the wallboards.
Preferably, the lower ends of the wallboards are connected with the side surfaces of the bottom plate through fastening devices, and two adjacent wallboards are detachably connected.
Preferably, the wallboard is provided with an integrated window and an integrated door, elastic positioning pins are arranged around the integrated window and the integrated door, the wallboard is provided with positioning grooves, and the elastic positioning pins and the positioning grooves are clamped and arranged to fix the integrated window and the integrated door on the wallboard of the prefabricated house body respectively.
Preferably, the space modularization house further comprises a house supporting frame, wherein the house supporting frame is arranged at one end of the bottom plate, which is away from the wallboard, and the house supporting frame is arranged around the bottom plate.
Preferably, the house supporting frame is made of H-shaped steel materials.
Preferably, two adjacent wallboards are respectively provided with a protruding part and a groove part, and the protruding part is assembled with the groove part so as to realize detachable connection of the two adjacent wallboards.
Preferably, threaded holes are formed in the groove portion and the protruding portion, and a screw device is sequentially inserted into the threaded holes in the groove portion and the protruding portion, so that the screw device is detachably connected with the groove portion and the protruding portion respectively.
Preferably, the wallboard comprises an inner wallboard, a heat-insulating layer and a metal embossing decorative outer wallboard which are integrated by bamboo and wood fibers and sequentially arranged, wherein the heat-insulating layer of each two adjacent wallboards is respectively provided with a protruding part and a groove part, a water pipe and/or a line pipe are arranged in the heat-insulating layer, and the water pipe and/or the line pipe are integrated into a bundle through a pipeline embedded box.

The present invention provides a space-modular house 100.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in an embodiment of the invention, a space modular house 100 includes a plurality of prefabricated house bodies 1 and prefabricated roofs 2, wherein two adjacent prefabricated house bodies 1 are detachably connected, the prefabricated house bodies 1 include wall boards 10 and bottom boards 20, the bottom boards 20 are vertically connected with the wall boards 10, the bottom boards 10 are arranged at the lower ends of the wall boards 20, the wall boards 10 are detachably connected with the bottom boards 20, the prefabricated roofs 2 are arranged at the upper ends of the wall boards 10, and the prefabricated roofs 2 are detachably connected with the wall boards 20.
According to the invention, the structure of the house is prefabricated into space for modularization, and the bottom plate, the wallboard and the roof are all finished in factory decoration, and when the prefabricated house is specifically installed, the prefabricated roof 2 is hoisted after the prefabricated house body 1 is spliced, so that the prefabricated house is simple to install, decoration is not needed, the house construction speed is high, no construction waste is generated, and the tightness and the practicability of the modularized house are improved.
Specifically, the prefabricated house body 1 and the prefabricated roof 2 are manufactured by adopting autoclaved lightweight concrete, the wallboard 20 of the prefabricated house body 1 is vertically arranged, the bottom plate is vertically connected with the wallboard, the bottom plate 20 of the prefabricated house body 1 is arranged at the lower end of the wallboard 10 and is vertically arranged with the wallboard 10, wherein the autoclaved lightweight concrete is one of high-performance autoclaved aerated concrete, is an air-porous concrete forming board which is formed by taking fly ash or silica sand, cement, lime and the like as main raw materials and through high-pressure steam curing, contains treated reinforcing steel bars for reinforcement, can be used as wall materials and also can be used as a panel, and is a novel building material with excellent performance. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, in this embodiment, the standard lightweight concrete wall may have dimensions of 600 mm wide, 150 mm thick, 6000 mm long, 600 mm wide, 200mm thick, 6000 mm long, and other dimensions, as long as the porous concrete molding board is formed by curing with high pressure steam.
When the prefabricated house is specifically installed, the prefabricated house 1 is fixedly arranged at a house installation point, the prefabricated house 1 is spliced, then the prefabricated roof 2 is hoisted to the prefabricated house 1, and the prefabricated roof 2 and the prefabricated house 1 are fastened.

Further, the wallboard 10 is provided with an integrated window 112 and an integrated door 111, elastic positioning pins are respectively arranged around the integrated window 112 and the integrated door 111, the wallboard 10 is provided with positioning grooves, and the elastic positioning pins and the positioning grooves are respectively clamped and arranged to fix the integrated window 112 and the integrated door 111 on the wallboard 10 of the prefabricated house body 1. Referring again to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the space modularization house 100 further includes a house supporting frame 30, the house supporting frame 30 is disposed at one end of the bottom board 20 facing away from the wall board 10, and the house supporting frame 30 is disposed around the bottom board 20. The house bracket 30 supports the prefabricated house body 1, so that the house can be dampproof and fixed, and the usability of the space modular house 100 is greatly improved.
Further, the house supporting frame 30 is made of an H-shaped steel material, and it is understood that in this embodiment, the H-shaped steel is disposed on a surface of the bottom plate 20 facing away from the prefabricated roof 2, where the H-shaped steel material is horizontally disposed around the bottom plate 20, and the drainage channel is disposed on the H-shaped steel material. In other embodiments, the house bracket 30 may also be a prefabricated cement bracket or a prefabricated cement support post that is looped around the floor 20.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in another embodiment, the wall panels 20 of two adjacent prefabricated house bodies 1 are respectively provided with a protruding portion 113 and a recessed portion 114, and the protruding portion 113 is assembled with the recessed portion 1114 to realize detachable connection of the two adjacent wall panels 20. It may be appreciated that, in other embodiments, two adjacent prefabricated house bodies 1 are clamped and connected through the groove portion 114 and the protruding portion 113, and a reinforcing rib is further arranged at the connection position of the groove portion 114 and the protruding portion 113, so that the prefabricated house bodies 1 are connected more tightly, the rigidity strength of the space modular house 100 is improved, and the safety and privacy of the space modular house 100 are improved.
Preferably, the groove 114 and the protrusion 113 are respectively provided with a threaded hole 115, and a screw device is sequentially inserted into the threaded holes 115 of the groove 114 and the protrusion 113, so as to detachably connect the screw device with the groove 114 and the protrusion 113, respectively. The connection of two adjacent prefabricated houses 2 is further reinforced by the screw fastening means, increasing the compression resistance of the modular house 100.

S2, installing and leveling the ground screw and the supporting frame;
s3, hoisting the wallboards on site, inserting and connecting the groove parts and the protruding parts of two adjacent wallboards, and fusing the connecting openings of the pipeline embedded wire boxes for connecting the water pipes and/or the wire pipes;
S4, hoisting the prefabricated roof and fixing the prefabricated roof.
The modularized house installation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the modularized house is simple to install, no construction waste exists, the house construction speed is high, and the tightness and the practicability of the modularized house are improved.
