Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑钢结构墙体,属于工业建筑技术领域,包括钢架和墙体,所述钢架的数量至少为四个,所述墙体的数量至少为两个,所述钢架的上表面设置有凸起,所述墙体的下表面开设有凹槽,所述凸起嵌合于凹槽内,所述钢架的两端均开设有螺孔a,且两个钢架相对一端的连接处设置有连接片,所述连接片上设置有两个螺栓a;利用凸起与凹槽的嵌合,从而便于墙体与钢架之间的安装,无需使用多余部件,节省原材料,安装更加快捷,缩短工期,同时利用螺栓a和连接片之间的连接固定,从而实现对两个钢架之间的连接,用插杆同时插入两个钢架之间的插孔,加强对钢架连接处的连接固定,提高连接效果,使其连接强度更高,抗震效果更好。

技术领域
本发明属于工业建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种建筑钢结构墙体。
背景技术
钢结构是由钢制材料组成的结构,是主要的建筑结构类型之一,结构主要由型钢和钢板等制成的梁钢、钢柱、钢桁架等构件组成,并采用硅烷化、纯锰磷化、水洗烘干、镀锌等除锈防锈工艺,各构件或部件之间通常采用焊缝、螺栓或铆钉连接,因其自重较轻,且施工简便,广泛应用于大型厂房、场馆、超高层等领域。
目前,现有的建筑墙体一般采用混凝土浇筑,建筑施工工期较长,且强度有限,抗震效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑钢结构墙体,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建筑钢结构墙体,包括钢架和墙体,所述钢架的数量至少为四个,所述墙体的数量至少为两个,所述钢架的上表面设置有凸起,所述墙体的下表面开设有凹槽,所述凸起嵌合于凹槽内,所述钢架的两端均开设有螺孔a,且两个钢架相对一端的连接处设置有连接片,所述连接片上设置有两个螺栓a,且两个螺栓a分别螺纹连接在两个钢架上开设的螺孔a内,所述钢架两端的外侧均开设有插孔和螺孔b,且两个钢架上对应的插孔处分别与插杆的两端插接,所述插杆的两端处均固定连接有固定片,且固定片上设置有螺栓b,所述螺栓b螺纹连接在螺孔b内。
采用上述方案,通过设置凸起、凹槽、螺孔a、螺栓a、连接片、插孔、螺孔b、插杆、固定片和螺栓b,利用凸起与凹槽的嵌合,从而便于墙体与钢架之间的安装,无需使用多余部件,节省原材料,安装更加快捷,缩短工期,同时利用螺栓a和连接片之间的连接固定,从而实现对两个钢架之间的连接,用插杆同时插入两个钢架之间的插孔,加强对钢架连接处的连接固定,提高连接效果,使其连接强度更高,抗震效果更好,通过设置螺栓b、U型槽、螺孔c、工字钢、安装孔和螺栓c,将工字钢置于两个墙体之间U型槽的连接处,再利用螺栓c与螺孔c的配合,从而实现对两个墙体之间的无缝连接,提高墙体连接稳固性,增强使用性能,通过设置隔音层,在墙体内设置有两个隔音层,从而对墙体内外部的声源进行隔绝,提高墙体的隔音效果。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述墙体的两侧均开设有两个U型槽,且U型槽内均开设有两个螺孔c。
采用上述方案,通过U型槽的开设,从而便于工字钢的插入,同时螺孔c的开设便于螺栓b的连接。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述建筑钢结构墙体还包括工字钢,所述工字钢的数量至少为两个。
采用上述方案,利用工字钢插入两个墙体之间的U型槽内,提高对两个墙体之间的加强连接固定,实现对两个墙体之间的无缝连接,提高墙体连接稳固性,增强使用性能。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述工字钢的上表面和下表面均开设有四个安装孔,且安装孔内设置有螺栓c,所述螺栓c螺纹连接在螺孔c内。
采用上述方案,安装孔的开设便于螺栓c的插入,通过螺栓c便于对工字钢进行固定。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述工字钢的厚度与U型槽的深度一致。
采用上述方案,使得工字钢可以完整贴合于U型槽内,降低工字钢安装后与墙体之间的裂缝,在提高墙体连接稳固性的同时能最大限度的实现无缝连接。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述凹槽的两端为开口式结构。
采用上述方案,在对墙体进行装配时,可以从一侧将墙体向钢架上插入,提高墙体的安装效率。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述墙体内设有两个隔音层,且两个隔音层的材质均具体为隔音棉。
采用上述方案,在墙体内设置有两个隔音层,从而对墙体内外部的声源进行隔绝,提高墙体的隔音效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该建筑钢结构墙体通过设置凸起、凹槽、螺孔a、螺栓a、连接片、插孔、螺孔b、插杆、固定片和螺栓b,利用凸起与凹槽的嵌合,从而便于墙体与钢架之间的安装,无需使用多余部件,节省原材料,安装更加快捷,缩短工期,同时利用螺栓a和连接片之间的连接固定,从而实现对两个钢架之间的连接,用插杆同时插入两个钢架之间的插孔,加强对钢架连接处的连接固定,提高连接效果,使其连接强度更高,抗震效果更好;
该建筑钢结构墙体通过设置螺栓b、U型槽、螺孔c、工字钢、安装孔和螺栓c,将工字钢置于两个墙体之间U型槽的连接处,再利用螺栓c与螺孔c的配合,从而实现对两个墙体之间的无缝连接,提高墙体连接稳固性,增强使用性能;
该建筑钢结构墙体通过设置隔音层,在墙体内设置有两个隔音层,从而对墙体内外部的声源进行隔绝,提高墙体的隔音效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的保护范围。实施例中的条件可以根据具体条件做进一步的调整,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明的方法简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种建筑钢结构墙体,包括钢架1和墙体2,钢架1的数量至少为四个,墙体2的数量至少为两个,墙体2的两侧均开设有两个U型槽13,且U型槽13内均开设有两个螺孔c14(见图1和图4);通过U型槽13的开设,从而便于工字钢15的插入,同时螺孔c14的开设便于螺栓b12的连接。
钢架1的上表面设置有凸起3,墙体2的下表面开设有凹槽4,凹槽4的两端为开口式结构(见图4);在对墙体2进行装配时,可以从一侧将墙体2向钢架1上插入,提高墙体2的安装效率。
凸起3嵌合于凹槽4内,钢架1的两端均开设有螺孔a5,且两个钢架1相对一端的连接处设置有连接片7,连接片7上设置有两个螺栓a6,且两个螺栓a6分别螺纹连接在两个钢架1上开设的螺孔a5内,钢架1两端的外侧均开设有插孔8和螺孔b9,且两个钢架1上对应的插孔8处分别与插杆10的两端插接,插杆10的两端处均固定连接有固定片11,且固定片11上设置有螺栓b12,螺栓b12螺纹连接在螺孔b9内。
建筑钢结构墙体还包括工字钢15,工字钢15的数量至少为两个(见图1和图5);利用工字钢15插入两个墙体2之间的U型槽13内,提高对两个墙体2之间的加强连接固定,实现对两个墙体2之间的无缝连接,提高墙体2连接稳固性,增强使用性能。
工字钢15的上表面和下表面均开设有四个安装孔16,且安装孔16内设置有螺栓c17,螺栓c17螺纹连接在螺孔c14内(见图1和图5);安装孔16的开设便于螺栓c17的插入,通过螺栓c17便于对工字钢15进行固定。
工字钢15的厚度与U型槽13的深度一致(见图1和图5);使得工字钢15可以完整贴合于U型槽13内,降低工字钢15安装后与墙体2之间的裂缝,在提高墙体2连接稳固性的同时能最大限度的实现无缝连接。
墙体2内设有两个隔音层18,且两个隔音层18的材质均具体为隔音棉(见图8);在墙体2内设置有两个隔音层18,从而对墙体2内外部的声源进行隔绝,提高墙体2的隔音效果。
在使用时,先将两个钢架1的一端连接,将螺栓a6拧进螺孔a5内,利用连接片7实现对两个钢架1的初步连接,在将插杆10插入两个钢架1一端的插孔8,插杆10插入完毕后,使用螺栓b12并将其拧进螺孔b9内,从而对插杆10进行固定,避免插杆10脱离插孔8,利用插杆10加强对钢架1连接处的连接固定,提高连接效果,使其连接强度更高,抗震效果更好,再利用凸起3与凹槽4的嵌合,从而将墙体2从钢架1的一侧推入两排钢架1内,实现墙体2与钢架1之间的安装,无需使用多余部件,节省原材料,安装更加快捷,缩短工期,同时在两个墙体2连接时,将工字钢15置于两个墙体2之间U型槽13的连接处,再利用螺栓c17与螺孔c14的配合,从而实现对两个墙体2之间的无缝连接,提高墙体2连接稳固性,增强使用性能,通过设置隔音层18,在墙体2内设置有两个隔音层18,从而对墙体2内外部的声源进行隔绝,提高墙体2的隔音效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种建筑钢结构墙体,包括钢架(1)和墙体(2),其特征在于,所述钢架(1)的数量至少为四个,所述墙体(2)的数量至少为两个,所述钢架(1)的上表面设置有凸起(3),所述墙体(2)的下表面开设有凹槽(4),所述凸起(3)嵌合于凹槽(4)内,所述钢架(1)的两端均开设有螺孔a(5),且两个钢架(1)相对一端的连接处设置有连接片(7),所述连接片(7)上设置有两个螺栓a(6),且两个螺栓a(6)分别螺纹连接在两个钢架(1)上开设的螺孔a(5)内,所述钢架(1)两端的外侧均开设有插孔(8)和螺孔b(9),且两个钢架(1)上对应的插孔(8)处分别与插杆(10)的两端插接,所述插杆(10)的两端处均固定连接有固定片(11),且固定片(11)上设置有螺栓b(12),所述螺栓b(12)螺纹连接在螺孔b(9)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑钢结构墙体,其特征在于:所述墙体(2)的两侧均开设有两个U型槽(13),且U型槽(13)内均开设有两个螺孔c(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑钢结构墙体,其特征在于:所述建筑钢结构墙体还包括工字钢(15),所述工字钢(15)的数量至少为两个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的建筑钢结构墙体,其特征在于:所述工字钢(15)的上表面和下表面均开设有四个安装孔(16),且安装孔(16)内设置有螺栓c(17),所述螺栓c(17)螺纹连接在螺孔c(14)内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的建筑钢结构墙体,其特征在于:所述工字钢(15)的厚度与U型槽(13)的深度一致。
6.根据权利要求1所述的建筑钢结构墙体,其特征在于:所述凹槽(4)的两端为开口式结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的建筑钢结构墙体,其特征在于:所述墙体(2)内设有两个隔音层(18),且两个隔音层(18)的材质均具体为隔音棉。
