the yarn for weaving the yarn of the yarn-dyed spiral terry towel fabric comprises a pile warp, a ground warp and a weft, wherein the pile warp and the ground warp are respectively interwoven with the weft to form a finished product of the yarn-dyed towel fabric with spiral terry loops.
The wool warps are plied by adopting two 18.2tex single yarns with different colors, the single yarn twist is 86-90 twist/10 cm, and the plied twist is 55-65 twist/10 cm; the length of the spiral loop is 1.24-1.4 cm.
The ground warp adopts 29.2tex 2 plied yarns, the ground warp density is 105 minus 120/10 cm, the weft yarn adopts 36.4tex single yarns, and the weft density is 175 minus 190/10 cm.
A method of making a yarn-dyed spiral towel comprising the steps of:
s1, carrying out yarn-dyed towel weaving, and interweaving the warp and the ground warps for weaving the towel fabric with the weft respectively to form towel fabric grey cloth with spiral terry;
s2, carding and softening the towel fabric grey cloth in the step S1;
s3, washing the softened towel fabric blank in the step S2 with water to obtain a finished towel fabric.
The step S2 specifically includes: the method comprises the following steps of carding elliptical looped piles on the front surface and the back surface of a towel fabric grey cloth by utilizing the action of a hairbrush, wherein the rotating speed of the hairbrush is 40-50 m/min, and the cloth feeding speed is 30-35 m/min, so that each looped pile is in an independent closed, straight and vertical state; and then, carrying out softening treatment by an overflow machine to enable two adjacent terry loops to generate friction force mutually, and simultaneously enabling each terry loop to independently take a spiral shape under the action of water flow.
The ultralow bath ratio of the towel of the overflow machine is lower than 1: 6.
when each loop works in running water, the ratio of the weight of the running water to the weight of the towel fabric grey cloth is more than 3:1
The invention has the advantages that: compared with the traditional towel, the towel has strong appearance stereoscopic impression, and meanwhile, the looped pile structure is in a closed state, so that the towel is not easy to depilate and scrape in the using process.
