the automatic knotting and binding device comprises a power locomotive, a cutter device, a belt lifting device, a belt hooking device, a belt drawing assembly device, a conveying device and an automatic knotting and binding device, wherein the cutter device, the belt lifting device, the belt drawing assembly device, the conveying device and the automatic knotting and binding device are sequentially connected, and the cutter device, the belt lifting device, the belt drawing assembly device, the conveying device and the automatic knotting and binding device are all installed on the power locomotive.
The cutter device includes: the main arm 13, the auxiliary arm 14, the frame front beam 15, the main arm rotating support frame 16, the auxiliary arm rotating support frame 17, the cutter motor 18, the cutter depth limiting wheel 19, the cutter blade 20, the main arm rotating cylinder 21 and the cutter oil pump 22 are supported.
The support main arm 13 includes: the first unit support main arm and the second unit support main arm are respectively connected with two sides of the frame front beam 15 through a main arm rotating support frame 16, and are arranged in bilateral symmetry relative to the power locomotive 53; the first unit supporting main arm and the second unit supporting main arm have the same structure and shape. The draw tape assembly device comprises: the upper belt drawing machine support 29, the lower belt drawing machine support 30, the lower belt drawing roller 32, the upper belt drawing roller 31, the bearing seat 33 of the belt drawing roller, the belt drawing roller spring 34, the motor 35 of the belt drawing machine, the chain wheel 36 of the belt drawing roller, the lifting cylinder 37 of the belt drawing machine, the gears 38 of the upper and lower belt drawing rollers, the harrow roller 41 and the rotary support 39 of the belt drawing device.
The belt extractor rotating support 39 is provided on the frame front rail 15. The belt drawing assembly device is connected with a power locomotive 53 through an assembly rotating support frame 39 and can move up and down under the action of a belt drawing machine lifting oil cylinder 37; the upper bracket 29 of the belt drawing machine comprises: a first unit upper belt extractor support 29 and a second unit upper belt extractor support 29; the first unit and the second unit have the same structure and appearance; the first unit and the second unit are respectively and bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the upper side of the drawing belt assembly device. The lower bracket 30 of the belt drawing machine comprises: a first unit belt drawing lower bracket and a second unit belt drawing lower bracket; the first unit belt drawing machine lower bracket and the second unit belt drawing machine lower bracket have the same structure and appearance; the lower support of the first unit belt drawing machine and the lower support of the second unit belt drawing machine are respectively arranged at the lower side of the belt drawing assembly in bilateral symmetry; the upper suction belt roller 31 includes: a first unit upper belt drawing roller and a second unit upper belt drawing roller; the take-up lower roller 32 includes: a first unit lower belt drawing roller and a second unit lower belt drawing roller; the structure and the appearance of the upper drawing roller of the first unit and the lower drawing roller of the first unit and the structure and the appearance of the upper drawing roller of the second unit and the lower drawing roller of the second unit are the same; the first unit belt drawing upper roller and the first unit belt drawing lower roller are vertically arranged between the first unit belt drawing machine upper bracket and the first unit belt drawing lower bracket; the second unit belt drawing upper roller and the second unit belt drawing lower roller are vertically arranged between the second unit belt drawing machine upper bracket and the second unit belt drawing machine lower bracket; the belt drawing roller bearing blocks 33 at the two ends of the belt drawing upper roller 31 are arranged in sliding grooves at the lower sides of the front end and the rear end of the upper bracket 29 of the belt drawing machine; the belt drawing bearing seats 33 at the two ends of the belt drawing lower roller 32 are arranged at the upper sides of the front and rear ends of the belt drawing lower bracket 30; the belt drawing roller spring 34 is arranged between an upper bracket and a bearing seat in a sliding groove of the upper bracket 29 of the belt drawing machine; the upper scraping plate is arranged on the upper side of the upper drawing belt roller 31, and the lower scraping plate is arranged on the lower side of the lower drawing belt roller 32; the upper scraping plate and the lower scraping plate can prevent the drip irrigation belt from winding the belt drawing roller. The harrow material machine includes: a harrow roller 41, a harrow machine bearing seat 42, a harrow machine driving wheel 43 and harrow teeth 44. The rake receiver bearing seat 42 is arranged at the inner side of the front ends of the first unit belt drawing machine upper bracket 29 and the second unit belt drawing machine upper bracket 29; the rake teeth 44 are arranged on the rake roller 41; the motor 25 of the belt hooking machine is connected with a power transmission device 28; the power transmission device 28 is connected with the harrow material machine driving wheel 43; the raking teeth 44 are rotated by the raking drive wheel 43 to feed the withdrawn drip tape into the conveyor hopper 49. Upper and lower take-up roller gears 38 are provided at the rear ends of the upper and lower take-up rollers of the first unit and the second unit, respectively.
The conveying device comprises: a large conveying frame 52, a driving roller 45, a driven roller 46, a carrier roller 47, a conveyor feed hopper 49, a conveyor discharge port 50, a conveyor belt 48 and a conveyor motor 51. One end of the large conveying frame 52 is connected with a conveyor feed hopper 49, the other end of the large conveying frame is connected with a conveyor discharge hole 50, the driving roller 45 and the driven roller 46 are connected through a conveying belt 48, and a antiskid plate is arranged on the conveying belt 48. The driving roller 45 is connected with the conveyor motor 51 through a chain, the feeding hopper 49 is arranged at the lower side of the belt drawing assembly device, and the discharging hole 50 is arranged at the upper side of the bundling machine feeding hopper 59.
The driving roller 45 is arranged near the feeding hopper 49, the driven roller 46 is arranged near the discharging hole 50, and the driven roller 46 can move to adjust the tightness of the conveying belt 48.
The automatic knotting and binding device includes: the automatic knotting device comprises a feeding hopper device 59, a raking device 60, a track groove 61, a supporting pulley 62, an eccentric connecting rod 63, an eccentric disc 64, a bundling machine main shaft 67, a crank 68, a bundling machine connecting rod 69, a bundling machine piston 70, a reversing gear box 71, an overload transmission device 72, a pressure box 66 and an automatic knotting device 65; the four groups of supporting pulleys 62 are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the supporting frames of the feeding hopper device 59; the two groups of track grooves 61 are symmetrically fixed on the front side and the rear side of the feeding hopper device 59 respectively; the supporting pulley 62 is connected with the track groove 61; the eccentric disc 64 is arranged at the outer side of the shaft of the raking device 60, and one end of the eccentric connecting rod 63 is connected with the feeding hopper device 59; the other end is connected with the eccentric shaft of the eccentric disc 64; the rake 60 is powered by a baler main shaft 67. The baler piston 70 is arranged in the pressure box 66, and one end of the baler connecting rod 69 is connected with the piston 70; the other end is connected with the eccentric shaft of the crank 68; one end of the bundling machine main shaft 67 is connected with the center of the crank 68; the other end is connected with a reversing gear box 71 through a power overload device 72; the automatic knotting device 65 is arranged on the upper side of the pressure box 66, and the power of the automatic knotting device is provided by the raking device 60.
The power locomotive includes: a frame 53, a cab 58, a gearbox 56, an engine 55, running wheels 54 and steering wheels 57; the engine 55 is connected with the gearbox 56, two groups of travelling wheels 54 are connected through the gearbox 56 by a shaft, and the steering wheel 57 is connected with a steering wheel in the cab 58.
The cutter device, the belt lifting device, the belt breaker device, the belt drawing assembly device, the conveying device and the automatic knotting and bundling device are all arranged on the frame.
A bundling and recycling method of self-propelled drip irrigation belts comprises the following steps:
firstly, cutting a drip irrigation belt in a field into small sections with the length of 15-20 meters by using a cutter device;
step two, the drip irrigation belt is scooped up by a belt lifting machine device;
step three, the drip irrigation belt is sent into a belt drawing assembly device through a belt hooking device, and then the drip irrigation belt is drawn back by the belt drawing assembly device and sent into a conveyor device.
And step four, conveying the drip irrigation belt into an automatic bundling machine device through a conveyor device to complete automatic bundling and bundle discharging.
