本发明涉及猕猴桃去核技术领域,尤其涉及一种猕猴桃加工用的高效去核装置。
背景技术
猕猴桃的质地柔软,口感酸甜。味道被描述为草莓、香蕉、菠萝三者的混合。猕猴桃除含有猕猴桃碱、蛋白水解酶、单宁果胶和糖类等有机物,以及钙、钾、硒、锌、锗等微量元素和人体所需17种氨基酸外,还含有丰富的维生素C、葡萄酸、果糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、脂肪。
经检索,中国专利申请号为CN201810902203.8的专利,公开了一种便于分离西瓜籽的西瓜榨汁机,包括底座,所述底座的顶壁上安装有机体,所述机体的上端螺纹连接有盖子,所述机体的内壁上滑动连接有过滤罩,所述过滤罩的底壁上开设有多个通孔,所述过滤罩的内底壁上转动连接有安装座,所述安装座的顶端安装有螺纹杆。上述专利中的一种便于分离西瓜籽的西瓜榨汁机存在以下不足:整体结构通过榨汁的方式来提取西瓜籽,而由于西瓜籽的分布问题,过多的西瓜瓤会被过滤出来,导致提取西瓜籽的效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种猕猴桃加工用的高效去核装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种猕猴桃加工用的高效去核装置,包括外筒,所述外筒顶部圆周内壁可有螺纹,且外筒顶部外壁通过螺纹固定有卡盘,所述卡盘圆周外壁可有固定螺纹,卡盘底部圆周外壁焊接卡环,所述外筒靠近螺纹下方的圆周内壁焊接有固定环,固定环顶部外壁开有卡槽,卡槽与卡环相适配,固定环圆周外壁焊接有内筒,所述内筒圆周内壁焊接有导料筒,导料筒圆周内壁通过两个固定块固定有安装筒,安装筒的顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有马达,马达的输出轴通过螺纹固定有转轴,转轴圆周外壁设置有去籽机组。
优选地:所述外筒和内筒底部圆周外壁均焊接有环形切刀。
进一步地:所述卡盘顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有抽吸泵,且卡盘底部圆周内壁开有等距离分布的导料孔。
在前述方案的基础上:所述卡盘底部圆心内壁焊接有卡座,抽吸泵顶部外壁通过螺纹固定有存放盒。
在前述方案中更佳的方案是:所述抽吸泵的输入端通过导管与导料孔相连接,抽吸泵的输出端通过导管与存放盒底部相连接。

作为本发明的一种优选的:所述安装块焊接于转轴底端外壁上,两个搅拌杆相对一侧外壁分别通过螺纹固定于安装块的两侧外壁上。
同时,两个所述导孔分别开于两个搅拌杆一端上,钢线圈的圆周外壁焊接于靠近搅拌杆下方的内筒圆周内壁上。
作为本发明的一种更优的方案:所述过滤网焊接于转轴顶端圆周外壁上。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过设置有抽吸泵、卡盘、导料孔和存放盒,当去籽机组将带有籽的猕猴桃肉捣碎后,通过启动抽吸泵,通过导料孔将导料筒下方的果肉和籽进行过滤抽吸,析出的籽通过导管进入存方盒中,从而提高了猕猴桃籽提取的效率。
2.通过设置有吸盘和支撑杆,可有效提高猕猴桃去籽工作的稳定性。
3.通过设置有搅拌杆、铰刀、安装块、导孔和钢线圈,强化了猕猴桃肉和猕猴桃籽分离的效率,同时通过设置有过滤网,提高了猕猴桃籽的提取质量。
4.通过设置有环形切刀,有效促进了无籽的猕猴桃肉置于外筒内,有籽的猕猴桃肉置于内筒内,从而避免了果肉过多,在析出猕猴桃籽时堵塞导料筒的问题。

为了促进对猕猴桃籽进行抽吸过滤;如图1和图3所示,所述卡盘8顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有抽吸泵7,且卡盘8底部圆周内壁开有等距离分布的导料孔18,卡盘8底部圆心内壁焊接有卡座19,抽吸泵7顶部外壁通过螺纹固定有存放盒6,抽吸泵7的输入端通过导管与导料孔18相连接,抽吸泵7的输出端通过导管与存放盒6底部相连接;当去籽机组将带有籽的猕猴桃肉捣碎后,通过启动抽吸泵7,通过导料孔18将导料筒11下方的果肉和籽进行过滤抽吸,析出的籽通过导管进入存方盒6中,从而提高了猕猴桃籽提取的效率。
为了促进整体装置工作的稳定性;如图1所示,所述抽吸泵7的两侧外壁均通过螺栓固定有固定座5,且两个固定座5底部外壁均焊接有支撑杆2,两个支撑杆2底端外壁均焊接有吸盘1;通过吸盘1和支撑杆2可有效提高猕猴桃去籽工作的稳定性。
为了提高猕猴桃籽去籽的质量;如图2和图4所示,所述去籽机组包括过滤网14、搅拌杆21、铰刀22、安装块23、导孔24和钢线圈25,且铰刀22焊接于转轴15的圆周外壁上,安装块23焊接于转轴15底端外壁上,两个搅拌杆21相对一侧外壁分别通过螺纹固定于安装块23的两侧外壁上,两个导孔24分别开于两个搅拌杆21一端上,钢线圈25的圆周外壁焊接于靠近搅拌杆21下方的内筒16圆周内壁上,过滤网14焊接于转轴15顶端圆周外壁上;带有籽的猕猴桃肉被钢线圈25分切后,此时转轴15带动搅拌杆21和铰刀22旋转,强化了猕猴桃肉和猕猴桃籽分离的效率,而过滤网14促进了对猕猴桃籽的过滤,从而提高了猕猴桃籽的提取质量。
本实施例在使用时,通过吸盘1和支撑杆2将整体装置进行固定,紧接着,将猕猴桃置于外筒3底部,并通过按压的方式,使得外筒3和内筒16底端的环形切刀17对猕猴桃进行分切,紧接着,无籽的猕猴桃肉置于外筒3内,而有籽的猕猴桃肉置于内筒16内,此时,通过启动马达10带动转轴15旋转,转轴15旋转,带有籽的猕猴桃肉被钢线圈25分切后,此时转轴15带动搅拌杆21和铰刀22旋转,强化了猕猴桃肉和猕猴桃籽分离的效率,而过滤网14促进了对猕猴桃籽的过滤,从而提高了猕猴桃籽的提取质量;当去籽机组将带有籽的猕猴桃肉捣碎后,通过启动抽吸泵7,通过导料孔18将导料筒11下方的果肉和籽进行过滤抽吸,析出的籽通过导管进入存方盒6中,从而提高了猕猴桃籽提取的效率。
