Claims (10)
1. A squeezer with an adjustable compression ratio comprises a rack, a pushing screw rod arranged on the rack, a filter screen cover and a rotation driving mechanism for driving the pushing screw rod to rotate; along the moving direction of the material, the shaft diameter of the pushing screw is gradually increased or/and the screw pitch is gradually reduced, wherein one end with smaller shaft diameter or/and larger screw pitch is a feeding end, the other end is a discharging end, a feeding guide piece is arranged at the feeding end, and a discharging guide piece is arranged at the discharging end; a transition cylinder is arranged in front of the feeding end of the pushing screw, the filter screen is sleeved on the pushing screw, one end of the filter screen is arranged on the transition cylinder, the other end of the filter screen axially extends along one side of the discharging end, and a juice outlet guide piece is correspondingly arranged below the filter screen; its characterized in that still includes juice adjusting part, and this juice adjusting part includes driving piece and sharp guiding mechanism, sharp guiding mechanism's direction is axial direction, sharp guiding mechanism's fixed guide sets up in the frame, the driving piece sets up on sharp guiding mechanism's removal guide, screen panel, ejection of compact guide and juice guide all are connected with the driving piece, and at the removal in-process of driving piece, screen panel, ejection of compact guide and juice guide remove along with the driving piece simultaneously.
2. The presser according to claim 1, wherein the end of said pusher screw near the feed end is connected to the power take-off of said rotary drive mechanism, and said juice outlet adjustment assembly is disposed outside one of the ends of said pusher screw.

The machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said linear guide means are constituted by a screw-driven mechanism, the screw of which constitutes said fixed guide and the screw nut of which constitutes said mobile guide; the end part of the filter screen cover is connected with the driving part.

The machine according to claim 3, characterized in that said screw is hollow; the end part of the discharge end of the material pushing screw rod is provided with a connecting rod which extends forwards, and the connecting rod penetrates through the screw rod and then is connected with a bearing seat on the rack in a matching manner.

Press with adjustable compression ratio according to claim 4, characterized in that said driving member comprises two opposite connecting rings and a plurality of connecting columns arranged between the two connecting rings; one connecting ring is connected with the end part of the filter screen cover, the other connecting ring is arranged on the screw rod, and the connecting rod, the screw rod and the material pushing screw rod are all positioned among the connecting columns; the screw rod nuts are two and are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting ring on the screw rod.
6. The adjustable press compression ratio of claim 5, wherein the top of said juice guide is connected to the bottom of said screen cover; and two sides of the top of the discharging guide piece are connected with the two connecting rings of the driving piece.

The presser with the adjustable compression ratio according to claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a bottom frame and a support frame, the support frame is arranged on the top of the bottom frame, one end of the support frame is rotatably connected to the bottom frame, and the other end of the support frame is freely supported on the bottom frame; the bottom frame is provided with an auxiliary discharging mechanism for driving the free end of the supporting frame to move upwards; the material pushing screw rod is arranged on the support frame, and the feeding end of the material pushing screw rod is arranged at the free end of the support frame.
8. The machine according to claim 1, wherein said feeding guide is disposed above the feeding end of the pusher screw, and the opening of said feeding guide is gradually enlarged from bottom to top.
9. The adjustable compression ratio press of claim 8, wherein the transition cylinder is connected to the front side of the feed guide, the transition cylinder and the feed guide being of unitary construction.
10. Press with adjustable compression ratio according to claim 1, characterised in that the outlet of the juice guide is arranged progressively converging.
