Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The inventor finds that in the audio and video conference in the prior art, if someone exits abnormally, the person needs to log in the conference interface again and enter the conference by inviting of others or inputting a conference number and the like if the person wants to enter the conference again. The technical problems of low operation efficiency, easy error and inconvenient use by users are also solved.
In order to solve the above problems, in the embodiment of the present invention, the conference system in the present invention keeps the record of the person for the abnormal exit, and as soon as he logs in the conference system, he provides an entry for re-entering the "XXX conference" in his interface, and after the user exits abnormally, he can enter the XXX conference smoothly only by clicking once, which greatly provides convenience for the user. And the moderator in the conference needs to manually click to select who and who invites the abnormal exit if the abnormal exit is invited again. The invention is that the system monitors that the user actively invites the user to enter the system as soon as the user logs in the system without the operation of a host. Therefore, the completion of the whole conference is efficiently and accurately continued, the efficiency of logging out again due to abnormal exit is improved, the operation is simple and convenient, the implementation is simple, and the reliability is high; providing convenience for the user.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a method for processing an abnormal exit and re-entry of an audio and video conference according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes the following steps:
and step S1, presetting an interface menu of an operation entrance for guiding the audio and video conference to enter again after the audio and video conference exits abnormally.
In the embodiment of the invention, an interface menu of an operation entry for guiding the user to re-enter after the audio and video conference abnormally exits is preset and is used for automatically guiding the user who abnormally exits the audio and video conference to re-enter the corresponding audio and video conference.
Step S2, establishing a corresponding relation between an interface menu of an operation entrance for guiding re-entry and a threshold-free entry instruction for entering a corresponding audio and video conference;
in the embodiment of the invention, the interface menu of the operation entrance for guiding the reentry needs to establish a corresponding relation with the threshold-free entry instruction for entering the corresponding audio/video conference, and the interface menu of the operation entrance for guiding the reentry is used for linking the entry of the corresponding audio/video conference before the abnormal exit by adopting a threshold-free mode (for example, a verification-free mode).
And step S3, the audio and video conference is started, each user terminal participating in the audio and video conference receives conference-in verification, and enters the corresponding audio and video conference after the verification is controlled.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the audio and video conference is started, each user terminal participating in the audio and video conference is controlled to accept conference-in verification, and when the verification passes the control, the corresponding audio and video conference is entered.
Step S4, when a user quits abnormally in the audio and video conference process, the system controls to keep the log-in record for the user who quits abnormally;
in the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal exit in the step of abnormal exit of the user is an artificial active requirement in the audio and video conference process, and the abnormal exit is caused by an uncontrollable factor.
In the invention, when a user abnormally exits in the audio and video conference process, the system controls the log-in record of the user which abnormally exits to be reserved, for example, when the user abnormally exits in the audio and video conference process, the log-in record of the user which abnormally exits to be reserved by the system control comprises the following steps: ID account information data of abnormal quitting, and information such as which ID audio and video conference room to participate in the conference before the abnormal quitting. Facilitating later redirection of access.
The audio-video conference (audio/video conference) in the present invention includes, but is not limited to, an audio conference and/or a video conference.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, whether conference members normally quit or not is detected in the audio and video conference process;
when the conference is normally quitted, controlling the conference members to quit the appointed audio and video conference;
when abnormal exit of the conference members is detected in the process of the audio and video conference, namely abnormal exit of the users is detected, whether the appointed conference before the conference members exit is detected again; when the audio and video conference is still in progress, pushing an operation prompt of a currently appointed conference entrance to the conference member; and the conference members enter the appointed audio-video conference through the inlet pushed by the system.
And step S5, when the user who abnormally quits logs in again, controlling an interface menu of the operation entry which is re-entered through the guide according to the log-in record reserved for the user who abnormally quits, receiving a one-key operation instruction of the user, and re-entering the corresponding audio and video conference.
In the invention, when the user who abnormally exits logs in again, the interface menu of the operation entry which is re-entered by the guide is controlled according to the log-in record reserved for the user who abnormally exits, the one-key operation instruction of the user is received, and the corresponding audio and video conference is re-entered. Therefore, the invention can realize re-entry by one key when the audio and video conference exits abnormally, avoids repeating various invitation verification operations when the conference just enters, and provides great convenience for users.
In a further embodiment, the method for processing the audio and video conference abnormal exit reentry further includes the following steps:
when a host in the audio and video conference needs to invite the abnormal quitting personnel again, the system monitors that a user who abnormally quits logs in, and automatically and actively invites the abnormal quitting personnel; and the user who abnormally exits receives the automatic active invitation entering instruction of the system, and automatically reenters the corresponding audio and video conference.
In a further embodiment, the step of re-entering the corresponding entry audio video conference further includes, after the step of re-entering the corresponding entry audio video conference: when the corresponding audio and video conference entering process is re-entered, if the conference is detected to be finished, the newly entered user conference is finished without re-entering.
In a further embodiment, the method for processing the audio and video conference abnormal exit reentry further includes the following steps:
and in the process of the audio and video conference, if the user quits or is actively quitted by a conference host, the request of entering the conference again is not initiated.
Fig. 2 shows a specific application embodiment, and a specific embodiment of the method for processing the abnormal exit and re-entry of the audio and video conference, shown in fig. 2, includes:
step 10, XXXX meeting (one audio and video meeting); and entering step 11;
step 11, detecting whether the conference member normally exits, if so, entering step 14, otherwise, entering step 12;
step 12, detecting whether the XXXX conference is still in progress, if not, entering step 14, and if so, entering step 13;
step 13, the conference system pushes a current conference entrance, the conference members in the first situation enter the XXXX conference through the current conference entrance pushed by the conference system, the step 10 is returned, and the conference members in the second situation B choose not to enter the conference entering step 14;
step 14, the conference members quit the XXX conference;
and 15, ending.
The present invention is specifically illustrated, for example, as in a video conference, conference members are a, B, C, D, E, F, etc. When B exits the conference abnormally, the conference system of the embodiment of the method of the present invention waits for him to log in the conference system all the time, and once the conference system logs in, the user sends the entry of the conference that he currently exits, and the user can enter the conference again only by clicking the interface menu of the operation entry that guides the re-entry. If the conference is finished at the time of login, the conference is informed to be finished without re-entering. The conference host at this time does not need any operation. An abnormal exit here refers to an involuntary voluntary request for his exit, but an uncontrolled factor results in an exit. And if the conference host quits for the conference host or the conference host actively quits, the conference host does not initiate the request to enter the conference again.
Therefore, the method for enabling the conference member to enter the conference again after exiting abnormally under the audio/video conference can achieve automatic guiding and re-entering after the finished audio/video product exits abnormally, avoid the primary verification procedure, and is simple and convenient to operate, easy to achieve and high in reliability.
