The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a data processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the method may be a server, and the method includes:
101. detecting whether a participant exits from a current multi-person online video connection scene, if so, executing a step 102;
102. determining a first target participant exiting the multi-person online video connection scene;
103. determining whether the mode of the first target participant exiting the multi-person online video connection scene is abnormal exit or not based on historical information, if so, executing a step 104;
104. and sending invitation information to first equipment corresponding to the first target participant so that the first target participant reenters the multi-person online video connection scene based on the invitation information.
Specifically, the method may be applied to the field of home services, and the multi-user online video connection scene may be a multi-user online video interview scene, specifically, the multi-user online video connection scene includes a plurality of participants, and the plurality of participants may include a first service party initiating an interview, a second service party being interviewed, and a served party. The first service party may be a broker party, the second service party may be at least one of a cleaner, a nurse party and a month-to-law party, and the served party may be a user party with a service requirement.
It should be noted that, the participant may refer to a terminal device used by the participant, and the participant may use the terminal device to join the multi-user online video connection scene through an application related to a home service.
In the foregoing 101, the "detecting whether there is a participant exiting from the current multi-person online video connection scene" may specifically include:
acquiring a plurality of identity information corresponding to a plurality of participants who are in a video connection state in a current multi-person online video connection scene or can receive communication data in the current multi-person online video connection scene, wherein one participant corresponds to one identity information; the identity information in the application can be account information of an application program corresponding to a multi-user online video connection scene for a participant to log in, or identification information associated with the account information.
Acquiring room information corresponding to the multi-person online video connection scene, wherein the room information comprises a plurality of identity information corresponding to all participants in request information for initiating the video when a video initiator initiates the video;
and when the identity information corresponding to the multiple participants in the video connection state or capable of receiving the communication data in the current multi-participant online video connection scene is inconsistent with the identity information of all the participants, determining that the participants exit from the current multi-participant online video connection scene.
In some optional embodiments in the application, in the foregoing 101, "detecting whether there is a participant exiting from a current multi-person online video connection scene", may further include:
acquiring the number of participants who are in a video connection state in a multi-user online video connection scene or can receive communication data in the current multi-user online video connection scene;
acquiring the number of participants corresponding to all participant information included in request information for initiating the video when a video initiator initiates the video corresponding to the multi-person online video connection scene;
and if the number of the participants in the video connection state or capable of receiving the communication data in the current multi-participant online video connection scene is not consistent with the number of the participants corresponding to all the participant information, determining that the participants exit from the current multi-participant online video connection scene.
Further, in step 102, determining the first target participant who exits the multi-person online video connection scene includes:
1021. acquiring room information corresponding to the multi-person online video connection scene, and after the first target participant exits the multi-person online video connection scene, acquiring the information of the rest participants in the multi-person online video connection scene;
1022. determining the first target participant using the room information and the remaining participant information.
As described above, the room information includes a plurality of identity information of all participants included in the request information for initiating the video when the video initiator initiates the video; the remaining participant information includes identity information corresponding to each participant in the remaining participants, except the exited participant, among all the participants included in the request information.
Further, the history information in 103 may be log information stored in the server, and the log information may include various information, such as: the method comprises the steps that identity information of a video initiator of a multi-user online video connection scene, when the video initiator initiates a video, a plurality of identity information of all participants, video initiation time and preset duration of the multi-user online video connection scene are included in request information of the initiated video, before the multi-user online video connection scene is not ended according to an ending request initiated by the video initiator, quit request information initiated by a quit party who quits the multi-user online video connection scene, quit time and the like are applied.
Accordingly, in step 103, determining whether the manner in which the first target participant exits from the multi-user online video connection scene is abnormal exit based on the history information includes:
1031. if the historical information comprises exit request information sent by the first target participant before exiting the multi-person online video connection scene, determining that the mode of the first target participant exiting the multi-person online video connection scene is not abnormal exit;
1032. and if the historical information does not include exit request information sent by the first target participant before exiting the multi-person online video connection scene, determining that the mode of the first target participant exiting the multi-person online video connection scene is abnormal exit.
The method for determining whether the first target participant exits the multi-user online video connection scene is abnormal exit is not limited to the method described in this application, and specifically, the abnormal exit may include that the first target participant exits the multi-user online video connection scene by disconnecting the video connection due to poor network conditions, or that the first target participant exits the multi-user online video connection scene due to power failure of a device corresponding to the first target participant, and the like.
It should be noted that the quit request information refers in particular to quit request information corresponding to the situation that the first target participant quits the multi-user online video connection scene last time. That is, if the first target participant exits from the multi-user online video connection scene based on the exit request information, the first target participant exits normally; and when the first target participant does not exit the multi-user online video connection scene based on the exit request information, the first target participant exits abnormally.
For example, after the first device corresponding to the first target participant receives the invitation information, the first device may display an entry button, which is suspended in an application interface corresponding to the multi-user online video connection scene and enables the first target participant to re-enter the multi-user online video connection scene, based on the invitation information, and the first target participant may directly enter the multi-user online video connection scene based on the entry button. Wherein, the prompt message corresponding to the entry button may be a text message, such as: "please click to reconnect video".
Correspondingly, after receiving the request information triggered by the first target participant based on the operation of the entrance button, the server can directly allow the first target participant to enter the multi-person online video connection scene without informing the video initiator of agreeing that the first target participant reenters the multi-person online video connection scene.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, after detecting that the first target participant reenters the multi-user online video connection scene, the server may send a prompt message to the client device corresponding to the video initiator, where the prompt message may include: the video initiator determines whether the first target participant misses the important information according to the prompt information so as to determine whether to state important contents missed during disconnection of the first target participant to participants corresponding to the second target participant.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the method further comprises: when detecting that a participant exits from the current multi-person online video connection scene, starting a step of recognizing the voice in the multi-person online video connection scene; and saving the corresponding recognition result. When the situation that the first target participant reenters the multi-user online video connection scene is detected, the recognition of the voice in the multi-user online video connection scene is stopped, and the voice recognition result of the first target participant between the disconnection moment and the video reconnection moment is sent to the first equipment corresponding to the first target participant or displayed on the video display interface corresponding to the first target participant, so that the first target participant obtains the communication information of the rest participants in the missed multi-user online video connection scene, and the time waste caused by the fact that the rest participants reestate the missed information of the first target participant due to the abnormal exit of the first target participant is avoided. The speech recognition technology can refer to the prior art, which is not described herein any more, and the speech recognition result can be text information.
Further, the method further comprises: detecting whether the first target participant is online,
if yes, triggering a step of sending invitation information to first equipment corresponding to the first target participant;
if not, sending notification information to second equipment corresponding to the first target participant to notify the first target participant to log in an application program corresponding to the multi-person online video connection scene and reenter the multi-person online video connection scene.
And the first target participant online represents that the first target participant is in a login state for the application program corresponding to the multi-person online video connection scene. The first device may be a device on which the first target participant is currently logged into the application.
The second device may be the same as or different from the first device, and specifically, the second device may also be a device used by an application program corresponding to a multi-user online video connection scene in which identity information corresponding to the first target participant has been logged in, and the number of the second devices may be one or more, which is not limited in this application.
When the first target participant clicks the notification information on the second device side, the first target participant can directly and automatically enter the multi-user online video connection scene after logging in the application program corresponding to the multi-user online video connection scene. On the server side, after the server detects that the first target participant enters the multi-user online video connection scene based on the notification information clicked on the second device side, the video initiator is no longer required to confirm whether the first target participant is allowed to re-enter the multi-user online video connection scene, and the first target participant is directly allowed to enter the multi-user online video connection scene.
Further, the method further comprises: detecting whether re-access request information sent by first equipment corresponding to the first target party is received within a first preset time period;
and if so, triggering a step of sending invitation information to the first equipment corresponding to the first target participant. That is, after the first preset time period is exceeded, since the first target participant exits for too long, whether the first target participant is allowed to enter the multi-user online video connection scene may be determined according to whether the video initiator agrees that the first target participant enters the multi-user online video connection scene.
Further, the method further comprises:
acquiring target identity information corresponding to the first target participant;
and if the target identity information is first preset identity information, triggering a step of sending invitation information to first equipment corresponding to the first target participant.
Specifically, the first preset identity information may be identity information corresponding to the second service party.
Further, if the target identity information is second preset identity information, the method further includes:
controlling to close the multi-person online video connection scene;
and triggering the step of sending invitation information to the first equipment corresponding to the first target party.
Specifically, the second preset identity information is identity information corresponding to the first service party, that is, identity information corresponding to the video initiator. That is to say, when the first target participant is the video initiator, the multi-user online video connection scene is directly closed, and at this time, the video room corresponding to the multi-user online video connection scene is dispersed. Specifically, the invitation information sent by the server to the device corresponding to the video initiator may be prompt information for prompting the video initiator to re-initiate the video. After the server detects that the video initiator exits abnormally and closes the multi-user online video connection scene, further sending invitation information to the equipment corresponding to the video initiator after a second preset time period, and directly re-creates a multi-person online video connection scene after receiving a request for re-initiating the video by the video initiator based on the invitation information, allows the video initiator to enter a new multi-person online video connection scene, and determining the information of the previous remaining participants except the video initiator based on the video initiation request information corresponding to the scene of online video connection of a plurality of people when the previous video initiator stored in the log information exits abnormally, and sending invitation information to the equipment corresponding to the information of the remaining participants, and enabling the remaining participants corresponding to the remaining participant information to directly enter the multi-person online video connection scene again based on the invitation information.
In some optional embodiments, the method further comprises:
s1, obtaining shielding request information sent by a second target participant in the multi-person online video connection scene, wherein the shielding request information comprises identity information corresponding to the second target participant and identity information of a to-be-shielded party;
s2, verifying the identity information corresponding to the second target party, and if the identity information passes the verification, executing the step S3;
and S3, controlling to prohibit the equipment corresponding to the identity information of the to-be-shielded party, and receiving the communication data information in the multi-person online video connection scene.
Further, the shielding request information may further include a type of the shielding information, for example, an audio type or a video type, and when the type of the shielding information is the audio type, the server only controls to prohibit the device corresponding to the identity information of the party to be shielded from receiving the audio information in the multi-user online video connection scene. And when the type of the shielding information is video, the server controls the equipment corresponding to the identity information of the to-be-shielded party to be forbidden, and receives the video picture information and the audio information in the multi-person online video connection scene. The method and the system can avoid that the first service party and the served party do not want to be heard by the aunt and are heard by the second service party before the video interview is finished, thereby saving the time for kicking the second service party out of a multi-user online video connection scene and manually inviting the second service party to enter the waste again.
Further, the method further comprises:
s4, obtaining the shielding release request information sent by the second target participant;
and S5, controlling the equipment corresponding to the identity information of the party to be shielded to receive the communication data information in the multi-person online video connection scene.
The method comprises the steps of detecting whether a participant exits from a current multi-person online video connection scene or not, and if yes, determining a first target participant exiting from the multi-person online video connection scene; determining whether the mode of the first target participant exiting the multi-person online video connection scene is abnormal exit or not based on historical information, if so, sending invitation information to first equipment corresponding to the first target participant so that the first target participant reenters the multi-person online video connection scene based on the invitation information, and after detecting that the first target participant exits the multi-person online video connection scene abnormally, automatically sending the invitation information to the first equipment corresponding to the first target participant so that the first target participant directly reenters the multi-person online video connection scene based on the invitation information. Compared with the scheme that the video initiator restarts invitation to the first target participant at the client side of the video initiator in the prior art, or the first target participant reappears at the client side of the video initiator, and the first target participant is allowed to reenter the multi-user online video connection scene after the video initiator confirms the agreement at the client side of the video initiator, the reconnection time is saved, and the video reconnection efficiency of the abnormal exit party is improved.
