A method, device and equipment for managing participants of a network conference are disclosed. In an embodiment of the present application, a method for managing participants in a web conference includes: determining absent personnel of the current network conference; continuously acquiring the position information of the absent personnel through WIFI positioning; determining the time of the absent person reaching a conference room based on the location information of the absent person; pushing the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to user equipment, so that the user equipment displays the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference. In addition to the methods and apparatus described above, embodiments of the present disclosure may also be a computer program product comprising computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the method of attendee management of a web conference according to various embodiments of the present application described in the method section above in the present specification.
The computer program product may write program code for performing the operations of embodiments of the present application in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C++ or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device, partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server.
Furthermore, embodiments of the present disclosure may also be a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps in the attendee management method of a network meeting according to various embodiments of the present application described in the method section above in the present specification.
The computer readable storage medium may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. The readable storage medium may include, for example, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, random Access Memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), optical fiber, portable compact disk read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered in the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (8)

1. A method for managing participants of a network conference includes:
determining absent personnel of the current network conference;
continuously acquiring the position information of the absent personnel through WIFI positioning;
determining the time of the absent person reaching a conference room based on the location information of the absent person;
pushing the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to user equipment so that the user equipment can display the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
further comprises:
determining temporary participants and pushing information of the temporary participants to a user so that the user equipment displays the information of the temporary participants to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
wherein, confirm the interim meeting personnel includes: determining temporary participants by recognizing voice keywords in the current network conference and acquiring information of the temporary participants;
after receiving the invitation request from the user equipment, initiating a voice call to a corresponding temporary participant, and acquiring feedback of the temporary participant through the voice call;
and pushing the voice call confirmation result to the user equipment so that the user equipment can display the feedback of the temporary meeting participants to the meeting host through a terminal interface of the network meeting.
2. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 1 wherein said determining absent personnel for the current web conference includes: identifying attendees, and comparing the list of invitees to the current web conference with the identified attendees to determine absent people for the current web conference.
3. The method for managing participants of a web conference according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising, after determining absent persons of a current web conference: and determining the absent personnel which cannot be referred according to the current attendance record or the connection condition of the wireless access point of the local area network, and eliminating the absent personnel which cannot be referred from the determined absent personnel.
4. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 1 wherein continuously acquiring location information of the absent person via WIFI positioning includes:
and periodically receiving WIFI signal intensity information transmitted by user equipment of the absent personnel, and determining the position of the absent personnel according to the WIFI signal intensity information.
5. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 1 wherein determining the time for the absent person to reach the conference room based on the location information of the absent person includes:
determining the position change condition of the absent personnel by utilizing the position information of the absent personnel within a preset time period, and judging whether the absent personnel is driving to a meeting room or not based on the position change condition of the absent personnel;
and when the absent person is determined to be in the meeting room, determining the current distance from the absent person to the meeting room based on the current position of the absent person, and estimating the time of the absent person to the meeting room by using the current distance from the absent person to the meeting room.
6. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 5 wherein determining the time for the absent person to reach the conference room based on the location information of the absent person includes:
and when the absent person is not in the meeting room, initiating a voice call to the user equipment of the absent person, and determining whether the absent person still needs to be involved and the time of the absent person reaching the meeting room through the voice call.
7. A participant management device for a web conference comprising:
an absent person determining unit configured to determine an absent person of the current network conference;
the positioning unit is configured to continuously acquire the position information of the absent personnel through WIFI positioning;
a reference determination unit configured to determine a time when the absent person arrives at a conference room based on the position information of the absent person;
the pushing unit is configured to push the time when the absent person arrives at the conference room to the user equipment, so that the user equipment displays the time when the absent person arrives at the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
the temporary meeting personnel determining unit further includes:
determining temporary participants and pushing information of the temporary participants to a user so that the user equipment displays the information of the temporary participants to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
wherein, confirm the interim meeting personnel includes: determining temporary participants by recognizing voice keywords in the current network conference and acquiring information of the temporary participants;
after receiving the invitation request from the user equipment, initiating a voice call to a corresponding temporary participant, and acquiring feedback of the temporary participant through the voice call;
and pushing the voice call confirmation result to the user equipment so that the user equipment can display the feedback of the temporary meeting participants to the meeting host through a terminal interface of the network meeting.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
