Abstract
A method, device and equipment for managing participants of a network conference are disclosed. In an embodiment of the present application, a method for managing participants in a web conference includes: determining absent personnel of the current network conference; continuously acquiring the position information of the absent personnel through WIFI positioning; determining the time of the absent person reaching a conference room based on the location information of the absent person; pushing the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to user equipment, so that the user equipment displays the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference. According to the embodiment of the application, the time of the participants can be greatly saved, and the efficiency of the network conference is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer networks, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a device for managing participants in a web conference.
Background
With the development of network technology, especially the influence of recent epidemic situation in the present year, the application of network conference is also becoming wider and wider. The network conference system is a multimedia conference platform taking a network as a medium, a user can break through the limitation of time and region and realize a face-to-face communication effect through the Internet, and the system can adopt an advanced audio and video coding and decoding technology to ensure clear voice and video effects; the powerful data sharing function provides the users with rich conference auxiliary functions such as electronic whiteboard, webpage synchronization, program sharing, lecture synchronization, file transmission and the like.
However, in the application of the network conference, especially in the application of enterprises, the situation that personnel are absent often occurs, and in this situation, a large amount of time of participants is wasted through waiting or offline communication verification, so that the efficiency of the network conference is reduced, thereby greatly reducing the user experience and bringing adverse effects to the operation of the enterprises.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features thereof in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
The embodiment of the application can be realized through a network conference platform. In some examples, the web conference platform includes a server and a client. On the server side, various processes such as reservation of a network conference, data transmission in progress of the network conference, conference room allocation and the like are realized through a network conference processing system installed on a server or a cluster thereof. At the client, web conference related human-machine interaction is achieved through web conference applications installed on user devices (e.g., cell phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, fixed terminals).
The embodiments of the present application may be applied in any applicable application scenario, such as in an enterprise, financial institution or other similar scenario. Taking an enterprise as an example, in the enterprise, people can access a local area network WIFI hotspot in the enterprise by using user equipment (such as a mobile phone, a portable computer, a tablet computer, a desktop computer and the like) with a WIFI function, and can log in a network conference platform after verifying identity or authority, so that automatic management of participants of the network conference is realized through the embodiment of the application. It should be noted that the above-described exemplary system architecture is only an example, and is not intended to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an exemplary method of attendee management for a web conference in an embodiment of the present application. An exemplary method for managing participants of a web conference in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by a server of a web conference platform, as shown in fig. 1, and the method may include the following steps S110 to S140:
step S110, determining absent personnel of the current web conference.
In some embodiments, step S110 may include: identifying attendees, and comparing the list of invitees to the current web conference with the identified attendees to determine absent people for the current web conference.
In some examples, the attendees may be identified in a variety of ways. In some examples, before the meeting begins, information about participants who have logged into the web conference system through clients may be obtained, i.e., those who have participated in. In some examples, each participant entering the conference room is face-identified by a device such as a video conference camera to obtain information about the participant before the conference begins.
In some examples, the application to non-meeting participants, i.e., absent persons, may be found from a list of invitees to the current web conference and identified attendees acquired during the conference reservation process. For example, the identified ID of the attendee is compared with the ID in the inviter list one by one, so that the ID existing in the inviter list but not listed in the attendee is found, and the ID is the ID of the absent person.

In some examples, step S120 may include: the server side can periodically receive WIFI signal intensity information transmitted by user equipment of the absent personnel, and the position of the absent personnel is determined according to the WIFI signal intensity information. Specifically, the network conference application installed on the user equipment of the absent person periodically transmits WIFI signal strength information to the background server according to a security policy (for example, the security policy is set during the conference), and the background server can determine the location of the user equipment in the company, that is, the location of the absent person in the company through the WIFI signal strength information.

In some examples, step S130 may include: step a1, determining the position change condition of the absent personnel by utilizing the position information of the absent personnel within a preset time period, and judging whether the absent personnel is driving to a meeting room or not based on the position change condition of the absent personnel; and a step a2 of determining the current distance from the absent personnel to the conference room based on the current position of the absent personnel when the absent personnel is determined to be in the conference room, and estimating the time of the absent personnel reaching the conference room by using the current distance from the absent personnel to the conference room.
In some examples, step S130 may further include: and a step a3, if the absent person is determined not to be in a meeting room, initiating a voice call to the user equipment of the absent person, and determining whether the absent person still needs to be in contact with and the time of reaching the meeting room through the voice call. Therefore, whether the absent personnel is involved in the conference or not and the conference time can be further confirmed in a mode that the server automatically initiates the voice call, manual operation is not needed, misjudgment caused by position positioning can be effectively avoided, and the voice call system is more efficient and accurate.
In some examples, in the event that it is determined that an absent person is not driving to the meeting room, the absent person may also be considered an absent person that cannot participate, and no subsequent processing may be performed.
For example, in step a1, the server may query the WIFI positioning location of the user device of the absent person, identify whether the absent person is in the office building, and if so, obtain the location change condition of the absent person in a predetermined time period (for example, within 1 minute) through the location information of the absent person in the office building, and determine whether the absent person is traveling to the conference room or has arrived near the conference room. If it has been determined that the meeting attendees have come from the company office and are approaching the conference room or have arrived in the vicinity of the conference room, step a2 may be continued, then the distance between the current location of the absent person and the conference room is calculated, the average speed of the absent person is calculated from the location information of the absent person for a predetermined period of time (e.g., within 1 minute), and the time for the absent person to arrive at the conference room may be estimated from the distance between the current location of the absent person and the conference room and the average speed thereof.
In step a1, if it is determined that the absent person is not currently working in the company or is working in the company but is not approaching the conference room, step a3 may be continued, where a network voice call request is initiated to the user equipment of the absent person, after the network voice call request is initiated, whether the absent person is involved, whether the absent person arrives at the conference room and the time of arriving at the conference room are queried in an automatic voice manner, after receiving the voice feedback of the absent person, the voice reply is automatically recognized to obtain a reply text of the absent person, so that the reply file is provided to the user equipment for display.
And step S140, pushing the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to user equipment so that the user equipment displays the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of the network conference. In this manner, the conference moderator can directly learn about the absence of people through the web conference client interface and choose whether to start a conference or not, and so forth.
In practical application, a temporary participant is often required to be added in the network conference process, and in this case, a large amount of time of participants is wasted through waiting or off-line communication verification, so that the efficiency of the network conference is reduced, the user experience is greatly reduced, and bad influence is brought to enterprise operation. In order to further solve the technical problem, as shown in fig. 1, the method for managing participants in the web conference according to the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps:
step S150, determining temporary participants and pushing information of the temporary participants to a user, so that the user can display the information of the temporary participants to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference.
In some embodiments, the process of determining temporary participants may include: and determining the temporary participants by identifying the voice keywords in the current network conference and acquiring the information of the temporary participants. Here, the voice keyword may be customized configured in advance by a system administrator. The readable storage medium may include, for example, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, random Access Memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), optical fiber, portable compact disk read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered in the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (8)
1. A method for managing participants of a network conference includes:
determining absent personnel of the current network conference;
continuously acquiring the position information of the absent personnel through WIFI positioning;
determining the time of the absent person reaching a conference room based on the location information of the absent person;
pushing the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to user equipment so that the user equipment can display the time of the absent person reaching the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
further comprises:
determining temporary participants and pushing information of the temporary participants to a user so that the user equipment displays the information of the temporary participants to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
wherein, confirm the interim meeting personnel includes: determining temporary participants by recognizing voice keywords in the current network conference and acquiring information of the temporary participants;
after receiving the invitation request from the user equipment, initiating a voice call to a corresponding temporary participant, and acquiring feedback of the temporary participant through the voice call;
and pushing the voice call confirmation result to the user equipment so that the user equipment can display the feedback of the temporary meeting participants to the meeting host through a terminal interface of the network meeting.
2. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 1 wherein said determining absent personnel for the current web conference includes: identifying attendees, and comparing the list of invitees to the current web conference with the identified attendees to determine absent people for the current web conference.
3. The method for managing participants of a web conference according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising, after determining absent persons of a current web conference: and determining the absent personnel which cannot be referred according to the current attendance record or the connection condition of the wireless access point of the local area network, and eliminating the absent personnel which cannot be referred from the determined absent personnel.
4. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 1 wherein continuously acquiring location information of the absent person via WIFI positioning includes:
and periodically receiving WIFI signal intensity information transmitted by user equipment of the absent personnel, and determining the position of the absent personnel according to the WIFI signal intensity information.
5. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 1 wherein determining the time for the absent person to reach the conference room based on the location information of the absent person includes:
determining the position change condition of the absent personnel by utilizing the position information of the absent personnel within a preset time period, and judging whether the absent personnel is driving to a meeting room or not based on the position change condition of the absent personnel;
and when the absent person is determined to be in the meeting room, determining the current distance from the absent person to the meeting room based on the current position of the absent person, and estimating the time of the absent person to the meeting room by using the current distance from the absent person to the meeting room.
6. The method for managing participants in a web conference of claim 5 wherein determining the time for the absent person to reach the conference room based on the location information of the absent person includes:
and when the absent person is not in the meeting room, initiating a voice call to the user equipment of the absent person, and determining whether the absent person still needs to be involved and the time of the absent person reaching the meeting room through the voice call.
7. A participant management device for a web conference comprising:
an absent person determining unit configured to determine an absent person of the current network conference;
the positioning unit is configured to continuously acquire the position information of the absent personnel through WIFI positioning;
a reference determination unit configured to determine a time when the absent person arrives at a conference room based on the position information of the absent person;
the pushing unit is configured to push the time when the absent person arrives at the conference room to the user equipment, so that the user equipment displays the time when the absent person arrives at the conference room to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
the temporary meeting personnel determining unit further includes:
determining temporary participants and pushing information of the temporary participants to a user so that the user equipment displays the information of the temporary participants to a conference host through a terminal interface of a network conference;
wherein, confirm the interim meeting personnel includes: determining temporary participants by recognizing voice keywords in the current network conference and acquiring information of the temporary participants;
after receiving the invitation request from the user equipment, initiating a voice call to a corresponding temporary participant, and acquiring feedback of the temporary participant through the voice call;
and pushing the voice call confirmation result to the user equipment so that the user equipment can display the feedback of the temporary meeting participants to the meeting host through a terminal interface of the network meeting.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
