Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments. The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a conference access method, which is applied to a server and comprises the following steps: receiving a conference access request sent by a first terminal, wherein the conference access request comprises biological information of a participant required to participate, which is acquired by the first terminal; judging whether a target biological information exists in the biological information of the participants who have established the conference, wherein the target biological information is matched with the biological information of the participants who request to participate; and if the judgment result shows that the conference exists, accessing the first terminal to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located. The method enables the user to access the conference under any condition, and the user can quickly join the conference without depending on MCU conference number, terminal IP or administrator. The following describes implementation details of the conference access method of the present embodiment in detail, and the following is only provided for facilitating understanding of the implementation details and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment.
The embodiment can be used in various scenes, for example, the embodiment can be used in a conference, a server establishes a conference room, and each user accesses the conference through the method; or the late participants can access the conference midway in the conference. As shown in fig. 1, the conference access method in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 101, a list of participants of the conference is created.
Specifically, when the server creates the conference information, the conference information needs to include a participant list for subsequently checking whether the requesting user is a participant, and the server can add the participant to a preset conference control list. Further, the meeting information may also include meeting time, meeting subject, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
And 102, receiving a conference access request sent by the first terminal, wherein the conference access request comprises the biological information of the participants acquired by the first terminal.
Specifically, a user sends a conference access request to a server through a first terminal, the access request information carries biological information of the user requesting participation, which is acquired by the first terminal, and the biological information may be face identification information of the user, voice identification information, fingerprint identification information or other user-specific identification information. The first terminal may also send an access request first, and the server notifies the first terminal to collect the biological information of the currently requested participant according to the access request of the first terminal, and then receives the collected biological information sent by the first terminal, which is not limited in the present invention.
It should be noted that, the first terminal may collect the biological information of the user through a camera, a microphone or a fingerprint collecting component, or may collect the biological information of the user through an external camera device, a microphone or a fingerprint collecting device. In addition, the first terminal may be provided with an interface for turning on or off access, for example, a GUI interface or a WEB interface is provided with a switch for turning on or off access, and after the user turns on the access switch, the first terminal starts to collect the biological information of the user and stops collecting the biological information after the access switch is turned off.
And 103, screening the biological information of the participants who have established the conference from a pre-established biological information base according to the participant list.
Specifically, the server is provided with a biological information base, and the server stores user information and biological information of all target users in the biological information base in the server in advance, wherein the user information and the biological information of the target users can be collected and sent to the server through different conference terminals. The "created conference" refers to all conferences created by the server at the current time, and may correspond to a virtual conference room, a participant list, a conference subject, and the like. And screening out the biological information of all the participants corresponding to the created conference from the biological information base.
And 104, judging whether target biological information exists in the biological information of the participants who have created the conference, wherein the target biological information is matched with the biological information of the participants who request to participate. If the judgment result is yes, entering step 105; if the determination result is that the data is not present, the process proceeds to step 106.
Specifically, the server compares the acquired biological information of the participant with the screened biological information of the participants one by one, and determines whether one of the screened biological information of the participants is identical to the biological information of the current participant. The specific comparison method can carry out identification and comparison through image identification, sound wave identification or other corresponding identification algorithms. If the comparison result shows that all the screened biological information is not matched with the biological information of the request participant, the request participant is considered not to be in the participant list, and the participant is rejected, and the corresponding step 106 can be entered; otherwise step 105 is entered.
In another example, the biological information of the participants can be directly input into the server in advance by the server every time the meeting is created in advance. During auditing, the biological information of the requesting user is directly and sequentially compared with the prestored biological information of the participants who have established the conference, and if the comparison result is identical with the biological information of the requesting user, the step 105 is executed; if not, 106 is entered.
And 105, accessing the first terminal to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located.
Specifically, the meeting in which the participant is located is the meeting in which the participant is currently requesting to join. And if the comparison result shows that one piece of target biological information is matched with the biological information of the participant requested to participate, confirming the meeting where the participant corresponding to the matched target biological information is located.
And 106, rejecting the access of the first terminal, and sending a notice that the access of the unknown user is requested to a preset person.
Specifically, if the comparison result indicates that all the screened biological information is not matched with the biological information of the participant requesting participation, the current participant requesting participation does not have participation conditions, or the current participant requesting participation is one of the participants but information is not recorded in the system, or the current participant requesting participation temporarily increases. At this time, the conference manager can be informed of the fact that an unknown user requests access, and the manager can confirm whether the current user needs to be directly pulled to enter the conference or not according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic view of an interaction principle of a server and a terminal corresponding to the conference access method in this embodiment, a user inputs an instruction to open or close access at the terminal through a GUI or a Web interface, and a service center module of the terminal controls an acquisition module to acquire biological information of a requesting user according to the received instruction. The acquisition module is a camera, a microphone or a fingerprint recognizer and the like which are arranged on or externally connected with the terminal. The biological information of the target user acquired by the acquisition module can also be uploaded to a control center (MCU) of the server through the service center module, and a biological information base is arranged in the server and used for storing the biological information which is input in advance.
In the embodiment, the server determines whether the terminal used by the user is allowed to access the corresponding conference by judging whether the biological information of the participant matched with the biological information of the participant who requests to participate exists in the biological information of the participant who creates the conference. The method enables the user to access the conference under any condition, and the user can quickly join the conference without depending on MCU conference number, terminal IP or administrator.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a conference access method. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: the conference access method in the second embodiment is applied to a server to access a terminal in a conference proceeding phase. As shown in fig. 3, the conference has begun and participant A, B, C, D is already in the conference, at which point participant E arrives late to join the conference while the conference is in progress. As shown in fig. 4, the conference access method in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 201, a list of participants of the conference is created.
Specifically, the server creates conference information, the conference information needs to include a participant list for subsequently checking whether the requesting user is a participant, and the server can add the participant to a preset conference control list. Further, the meeting information may also include meeting time, meeting subject, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
Step 202, receiving a conference access request sent by the first terminal in a conference proceeding stage, wherein the conference access request comprises biological information of a participant requested and collected by the first terminal.
And step 203, screening the biological information of the participants who have established the conference from a pre-established biological information base according to the participant list.
And step 204, judging whether a target biological information exists in the biological information of the participant who has created the conference, wherein the target biological information is matched with the biological information of the participant who requests to participate. If the determination result is yes, go to step 205; if the determination result is that the data is not present, the process proceeds to step 206.
And step 205, accessing the first terminal to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located.
And step 206, rejecting the first terminal to access, and sending a notice that the unknown user requests to access to a preset person.
Steps 201, 203, 204, 205, and 206 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101, 103, 104, 105, and 106 in the first embodiment, and are not repeated here, and differences will be described below.
Step 202, receiving a conference access request sent by the first terminal in a conference proceeding stage.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a user can join a conference in two ways, one is the prior art: before the conference is started, the server directly pulls the terminal with the IP pre-stored in the conference control list into the conference, and the user accesses the conference through the corresponding terminal. The other is the terminal which is accessed to the user through the biological information identification mode disclosed by the invention. However, when receiving a conference access request sent by the first terminal in a conference proceeding stage, the server preferentially selects whether to join the terminal requesting for participating in the conference by a method of biological information identification. In the conference proceeding stage, the server does not actively pull in the terminal to be participated, the terminal needs to be pulled in by an administrator to access the conference, and if frequent late participators join in midway, the administrator and other participators are affected. Therefore, when a conference access request sent by the terminal is received in a conference proceeding stage, the server can automatically switch into the method for verifying the biological information. And in other stages, the server can randomly select a verification mode to judge whether the terminal is accessed to the conference.
In the embodiment, in the process of meeting, the server determines whether the terminal used by the user is allowed to access the corresponding meeting by judging whether the biological information of the meeting participants matched with the biological information of the meeting participants is present in the biological information of the meeting participants who establish the meeting. The method enables the user to rapidly join the conference without depending on the MCU conference number, the terminal IP or the administrator when the user accesses the conference in the conference process, thereby reducing the workload of the conference administrator.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a conference access method. The third embodiment is substantially the same as the second embodiment, and mainly differs in that: in this embodiment, when there is a target biological information matching with the biological information of the requesting participant in the biological information of the participant who has created the conference, it is further determined whether the requesting user has accessed the conference through another terminal, and when the requesting participant has not accessed the conference through another terminal, the first terminal is accessed to the conference. The same user is prevented from accessing the conference through a plurality of terminals simultaneously, and network resources are prevented from being occupied. As shown in fig. 5, the conference access method in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 301, creating a participant list of the conference;
step 302, receiving a conference access request sent by a first terminal in a conference progress stage, wherein the conference access request comprises biological information of a participant required to participate acquired by the first terminal;
and step 303, screening the biological information of the participants who have established the conference from a pre-established biological information base according to the participant list.
And step 304, judging whether a target biological information exists in the biological information of the participant who has created the conference, wherein the target biological information is matched with the biological information of the participant who requests to participate. If the judgment result is yes, go to step 306; if the determination result is that the data is not present, the process proceeds to step 305.
And 305, rejecting the access of the first terminal, and sending a notice that the access of the unknown user is requested to a preset person.
Step 306, confirming whether the participant has accessed the conference through the second terminal. If the participant is not requested to access the conference through the second terminal, step 307 is entered; if the participant has been requested to access the conference via the second terminal, step 308 is entered.
And 307, accessing the first terminal to a conference of the target biological information corresponding to the participant.
Step 308, confirming whether the conference connection with the second terminal is disconnected to the first terminal; if the determination result is that the device is not disconnected, step 309 is entered; if the result of the verification is off, the process proceeds to step 310.
Step 309, the first terminal is rejected to access.
And 310, disconnecting the conference connection with the second terminal, and accessing the first terminal to the conference of the participant corresponding to the target biological information.
Steps 301 to 305 in this embodiment are similar to steps 201 to 205 in the second embodiment, and are not repeated herein, and the differences will be described below.
Step 306, confirming whether the participant has accessed the conference through the second terminal. If the participant is not requested to access the conference through the second terminal, step 307 is entered; if the participant has been requested to access the conference via the second terminal, step 308 is entered.
Specifically, the application scenario of the present embodiment is also during the conference, and is different from the second embodiment in that the present embodiment considers that a conference terminal needs to be replaced by a participant to access the conference during the conference. As shown in fig. 6, participants A, B, C, D are all in the conference, and participant a needs to change a conference terminal to enter the conference. For example, the original microphone or sound of the conference terminal is abnormal, etc. At this time, if the checked biological information of the requesting user matches the biological information of the participant, it is necessary to further confirm whether the participant corresponding to the biological information has accessed the conference through another terminal.
And 307, accessing the first terminal to a conference of the target biological information corresponding to the participant.
Specifically, if the requesting user does not access the conference through other terminals, the user may be directly allowed to access the conference through the current conference terminal.
In step 308 to step 310, specifically, when it is confirmed that the requesting user has accessed the conference through the second terminal, the server may send a confirmation message to the first terminal to confirm whether to disconnect the second terminal, and the terminal may then confirm to the user. If the user confirms to disconnect the second terminal, disconnecting the second terminal and re-accessing the conference through the first terminal; and if the user confirms not to disconnect the second terminal, the user continues to access the conference through the second terminal. Furthermore, when the feedback that whether the first terminal disconnects the second terminal is not received all the time within a specific time, the first terminal can be directly refused to access, so that the user can continue to access the conference apparatus through the second terminal, and misoperation of the user is avoided.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, it is determined whether the participant has accessed in the conference, and in practical applications, it may also be determined whether the participant has accessed any conference, and if the participant has accessed in any conference, it may also be determined whether to access again according to practical situations, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the conference process, the server determines whether the terminal currently used by the user is allowed to access the corresponding conference or not according to the current conference state of the user by judging whether the biological information of the conference participants matched with the biological information of the conference participants is present in the biological information of the conference participants who have established the conference. The method enables users to access the conference under any condition, can quickly join the conference without depending on MCU conference numbers, terminal IP or administrators, and avoids the situation that the same user accesses the conference through a plurality of terminals simultaneously and occupies network resources.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a conference access method, which is applied to a conference terminal, and includes: collecting biological information of a person requesting access; sending a conference access request containing biological information of a request access person to a server, so that the server judges whether target biological information exists in the biological information of the conference participants who have established the conference, wherein the target biological information is matched with the biological information of the request conference participants; and when the judgment result shows that the conference exists, the terminal is accessed to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located. As shown in fig. 7, the conference access method in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 401, collecting the biological information of the access person.
Specifically, the biometric information may be user-specific identification information such as face identification information, voice identification information, or fingerprint identification information of the user. The terminal can collect the biological information of the user through a camera, a microphone or a fingerprint collecting component, and can also collect the biological information of the user through an external camera device, a microphone or a fingerprint collecting device. In addition, the terminal may be provided with a corresponding interface for turning on or off access, for example, a switch for turning on or off access is set in a GUI interface or a WEB interface, and after the user turns on the access switch, the terminal starts to collect the user biological information and stops collecting the user biological information after the user biological information is turned off.
Step 402, sending a conference access request containing biological information of a person requesting access to a server, so that the server can judge whether target biological information exists in the biological information of a participant who has established a conference, wherein the target biological information is matched with the biological information of the person requesting the conference; and when the judgment result shows that the conference exists, the terminal is accessed to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located.
Specifically, a user sends a conference access request to a server through a terminal, and the request information carries biological information of the user requesting participation, which is acquired by the terminal. The server compares the acquired biological information of the participant with the biological information of the participants who have established the conference one by one, and judges whether the biological information of one participant is matched with the biological information of the current participant. The specific comparison method can carry out identification and comparison through image identification, sound wave identification or other corresponding identification algorithms.
In one example, a biological information base is provided in the server, and the server stores user information and biological information of all target users in the biological information base in the server in advance, wherein the user information and the biological information of the target users can be collected and sent to the server through different conference terminals. The "created conference" refers to all conferences created by the server at the current time, and corresponds to a virtual conference room, a participant list, a conference subject and the like. The server screens out the biological information of all the participants corresponding to the established conference from the biological information base, and then compares the acquired biological information of the participants requesting the conference with the biological information of the screened participants one by one to see whether the biological information of one screened participant is identical with the biological information of the current participant requesting the conference. The specific comparison method can carry out identification and comparison through image identification, sound wave identification or other corresponding identification algorithms. And when the comparison result shows that the conference exists, the first terminal is accessed to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located.
In another example, the biological information of the participants can be directly input into the server in advance by the server every time the meeting is created in advance. And during auditing, the biological information of the requesting user is directly and sequentially compared with the pre-stored biological information of the created participants, and whether the biological information of the participants is matched with the biological information of the requesting user or not is confirmed.
Further, the conference access method in this embodiment may be applied to access by a terminal in a conference proceeding phase; receiving a conference access request sent by a first terminal, specifically: and receiving a conference access request sent by the first terminal in a conference proceeding stage. In the conference proceeding stage, a user can rapidly join the conference without depending on the MCU conference number, the terminal IP and an administrator, and the situation that the participation of the administrator is disturbed by drawing the conference by the administrator is avoided.
Further, if the judgment result shows that the biological information matched with the biological information of the currently requested participant exists, the method for accessing the first terminal to the conference where the participant corresponding to the target biological information is located comprises the following steps: and if the judgment result is that the conference is existed, determining whether the participant is accessed to the conference through the second terminal, and accessing the first terminal to the conference where the target biological information corresponds to the participant when the participant is not accessed to the conference through the second terminal. When the participant is requested to access the conference through the second terminal, whether the conference connection with the second terminal is disconnected or not is confirmed to the first terminal; if the result of the confirmation is that the conference is disconnected, disconnecting the conference connection with the second terminal, and accessing the first terminal to the conference where the target biological information corresponds to the participant; and if the confirmation result is that the first terminal is not disconnected, the first terminal is refused to access. The method and the system avoid the situation that the same user is accessed into the conference through a plurality of terminals at the same time, occupy network resources and avoid the misconnection of participants.
Further, if the judgment result shows that no biological information which is matched with the biological information of the currently requested attendee exists, sending a notification of the access request of the unknown user to the preset person. And the administrator is reminded to pay attention to the fact that an unknown user requests to access, and the situation that the participant who does not input information cannot access is avoided.
In one example, before receiving the conference access request sent by the first terminal, the method further includes: creating a participant list of the conference; before determining whether there is a target biological information in the biological information of the conference participants who have created the conference, the method further comprises the following steps: and screening the biological information of the participants who have established the conference from a pre-established biological information base according to the participant list. The biological information of the participants can be screened from the pre-stored information base, and the biological information does not need to be recorded every time a conference is established, so that the time is saved and the convenience is realized.
In the embodiment, the terminal judges whether the biological information of the participant who has created the conference is matched with the biological information of the participant who requests to join through the server, and confirms whether the terminal used by the user is allowed to be accessed. The method enables the user to access the conference under any condition, and the user can quickly join the conference without depending on MCU conference number, terminal IP or administrator.
