The video conference control provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows an architecture diagram of a video conference system according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the video conference system includes a server 11, a management center 12 and a plurality of participant terminals 13, wherein the server 11 may be a service port, the participant terminals 13 may be understood as terminals accessing a video conference, the participant terminals 13 may include a host terminal 13a, a third party conference room 13b or other participant terminals 13, the management center 12 may be communicatively connected to the server 11, the server 11 may be communicatively connected to each of the participant terminals 13, and the host terminal 13a may be communicatively connected to the management center 12.
The video conference control method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a video conference control device, where the video conference control device may be a server 11 in a video conference system, may also be a management center 12, and may also be a conference terminal (or called a conference terminal), and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a video conference control method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the video conference control method includes the steps of:
step 201: acquiring first voice information;
step 202: under the condition that the first voice information is identified to comprise user identity information, judging whether a first conference terminal matched with the user identity information exists in the conference terminals or not;
step 203: acquiring second voice information under the condition that the first participant terminal is determined to exist;
step 204: identifying whether the second voice information is voice information matched with a user corresponding to the first participant terminal or not, and whether the second voice information comprises positive feedback information or not;
step 205: and controlling a first screen of the participant terminal to display the video stream acquired by the first participant terminal under the condition that the second voice information is recognized to be voice information matched with the user corresponding to the first participant terminal and comprises positive feedback information.
In step 201, the video conference control apparatus obtains first voice information, where the first voice information may be voice information matched with a user corresponding to any participant terminal, or may also be voice information matched with a user corresponding to a specific participant terminal, where the specific participant terminal may be, for example, a host terminal, a first participant terminal accessing a video conference, a participant terminal selected by the participant terminals accessing the video conference, or the like.
The video conference control device may perform voice Recognition on the acquired voice information, and specifically, the video conference control device may perform voice Recognition (ASR) on the voice information by using a Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology. Therefore, after acquiring the first voice information, the video conference control device can perform voice recognition on the first voice information.
During the video conference, the video conference control device can continuously acquire and recognize whether any voice information comprises the user identity information, and can also selectively acquire and recognize whether the voice information comprises the user identity information. Considering that the amount of voice information generated during a video conference is generally large, if any voice information is continuously acquired and recognized, the data amount is large, and therefore, the video conference control apparatus can selectively acquire and recognize voice information to reduce the data amount of voice recognition.
In step 202, if the video conference control apparatus recognizes that the first voice information includes the user identity information, it may determine whether there is a first participant terminal matching the user identity information among the participant terminals. In some embodiments, whether a first participant terminal matched with the user identity information exists in the participant terminals may be determined according to a mapping relationship between the participant terminals and the user identity information, which is established in advance. For example, when the terminal accesses a video conference, the user may be required to fill in user identity information, so as to establish a mapping relationship between the participating terminal and the user identity information according to the user identity information filled in by the user. The user identification information may be, for example, information such as a real name, a nickname, or a job title.
The specific implementation of step 202 may be: and pre-establishing a mapping relation between the participant terminal and the user identity information to form a mapping table, wherein the participant terminal identification and the corresponding user identity information are stored in the mapping table. And under the condition that the first voice information is identified to comprise user identity information (called first user identity information), matching the first user identity information with the user identity information stored in the mapping table, and if second user identity information matched with the first user identity information is stored in the mapping table, determining a first conference terminal matched with the first user identity information according to a conference terminal identifier corresponding to the second user identity information.
It should be noted that the matching degree between the first user identity information and the user identity information stored in the mapping table only needs to satisfy a preset matching degree threshold, and complete matching is not required.
As an example, assuming that the first voice information is "please answer a certain nail next", the video conference control device performs voice recognition on the first voice information to recognize that the first voice information includes user identity information "a certain nail", then matches the "a certain nail" with the user identity information stored in the mapping table, finds that the user identity information "a certain nail" is stored in the mapping table, and determines that the first participant terminal c matching the "a certain nail" exists in the participant terminals if the participant terminal identifier corresponding to the user identity information "a certain nail" is "participant terminal c".
In step 203 and step 204, if there is a first participant terminal matching the user identity information in the participant terminals, the video conference control apparatus may continue to acquire and recognize whether the second voice information is the voice information matching the user corresponding to the first participant terminal, and whether the second voice information includes positive feedback information.
Here, the second voice information may be any voice information subsequent to the first voice information. The video conference control device may continuously acquire and recognize any voice information subsequent to the first voice information, or may selectively acquire and recognize voice information subsequent to the first voice information. Considering that the amount of voice information generated during a video conference is generally large, the data amount is large if any voice information is continuously acquired and recognized, and therefore, the video conference control apparatus can selectively acquire and recognize voice information subsequent to the first voice information to reduce the data amount of voice recognition.
The term "positive feedback information" may be understood as feedback information that makes a positive or positive indication, for example feedback information such as "i prepared", "may", "good", "OK", "not problem" etc. may be considered as positive feedback information. In contrast, the "negative feedback information" is feedback information that is represented in a reverse direction or in a negative direction or in a non-forward direction, and feedback information such as "i'm is not ready", "he is not present", "not possible", "needed for a while", and the like may be regarded as negative feedback information.
As an example, assuming that the first voice information is "please ask zhangyi answer next", and there is a first participant terminal c matching zhangyi among the participant terminals, the video conference control device continues to acquire the second voice information, and recognizes the second voice information to determine whether the second voice information is the voice information matching the user corresponding to the participant terminal c, and whether the second voice information includes positive feedback information. If the second voice information is "good, i.e. prepared" sent by the participant terminal c, it indicates that the second voice information is the voice information of the participant terminal c and includes positive feedback information. Assuming that the second voice message is "he is not present" from participant terminal b, it indicates that the second voice message is not the voice message of participant terminal c and does not include positive feedback information. If the second voice message is "i am not ready yet, please speak first" sent by the participant terminal c, it means that the second voice message is the voice message of the participant terminal c, but does not include the positive feedback message.
In step 205, under the condition that the second voice information is recognized as the voice information matched with the user corresponding to the first participant terminal and the second voice information includes the positive feedback information, the video conference control device may control the first screen of the participant terminal to display the video stream acquired by the first participant terminal, so that the video conference control device realizes the automatic adjustment of the first screen display content. Under the condition, because the first participant terminal makes positive feedback representation, the next speaker can be reasonably predicted to be the user of the first participant terminal, and therefore, under the condition, the first screen display of the video stream acquired by the first participant terminal is performed, the first screen display content of the video conference is reasonably, flexibly and conveniently adjusted, and the communication effect of the video conference can be improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the term "first screen" may be understood as a canvas that a participant sees by default after the participant terminal accesses the video conference, and may also be referred to as "first screen".
In some embodiments, the video conference control device is a server in the video conference system, the first participant terminal may send the collected video stream to the server, and then the server sends the video stream collected by the first participant terminal to each participant terminal, so that the first screen of each participant terminal displays the video stream collected by the first participant terminal.
As an example, a first participating terminal transmits a video stream acquired by the first participating terminal to a server in real time according to an RTP protocol, meanwhile, other participating terminals may also transmit the respective acquired video streams to the server in real time, the server decodes and splices the received video streams to canvases corresponding to the video streams, wherein the video stream acquired by the first participating terminal is spliced to the canvas corresponding to a first screen to form a stream, and the stream is finally distributed to the participating terminals.
Correspondingly, under the condition that the second voice information is identified to be unmatched voice information of the user corresponding to the first participant terminal or the second voice information does not include positive feedback information, the video conference control device does not display the video stream collected by the first participant terminal on the first screen, and the video stream first screen display of the participant terminal with the original first screen display can be continuously maintained. Under the condition, because the first participant terminal does not make positive feedback representation, the next speaker can be reasonably predicted not to be the user of the first participant terminal, therefore, under the condition, the video stream acquired by the first participant terminal is not displayed on the first screen, the first screen display content of the video conference can be prevented from being frequently and pointlessly adjusted, and the communication effect of the video conference can be improved.
In some embodiments, when it is recognized that the second voice information includes the user identity information, the above steps may be repeated with the second voice information as the first voice information.
As an example, assuming that the second voice message is "i am not ready yet, please say royal second party" that is sent by the participant terminal c, the video conference control device may recognize that the second voice message includes the user identity information "royal second party", so that the second voice message may be taken as the first voice message, and the above steps may be repeated. To avoid repetition, this is not described in detail.
In addition, it should be noted that "i do not yet prepare and ask wangzaoyi to speak first" in the above example may be split into two voice messages according to the speech pause, so that the second voice message is "i do not yet prepare", and "ask wangzaoyi to speak first" is taken as a new first voice message.
According to the embodiment of the application, the automatic adjustment of the first screen display content can be realized by identifying the voice information, the efficiency of adjusting the first screen display content is improved, and therefore the communication effect of the video conference can be improved.
In some embodiments, before said obtaining the first speech information, the method further comprises:
collecting audio information of the participant terminal;
according to the audio information, establishing a mapping relation between the participant terminal and the voiceprint characteristics;
the recognizing whether the second voice message is the voice message matched with the user corresponding to the first participant terminal includes:
and identifying whether the second voice information is the voice information matched with the user corresponding to the first participant terminal or not according to a mapping relation between the pre-established participant terminal and the voiceprint characteristics.
In the embodiment, when the video conference starts, each participating terminal can provide own audio information when accessing the video conference, so that the video conference control device can collect the audio information of each participating terminal and establish the mapping relation between the participating terminals and the voiceprint characteristics according to the audio information. Therefore, the video conference control device can correctly judge the source of the voice information according to the voiceprint characteristics of the voice information, and therefore the video conference control device is beneficial to identifying whether the second voice information is matched with the user corresponding to the first participant terminal in the subsequent steps.
In one case, it is assumed that a participant (first participant for short) at a first participant terminal leaves the field halfway, and when another participant terminal (e.g., host terminal) invites the first participant to speak, other people may substitute the first participant to answer when the first participant leaves the field, at this time, although the video conference control device obtains the voice information from the first participant terminal, it may be accurately determined according to the voiceprint characteristics of the voice information that the voice information is not matched with the originally collected voiceprint characteristics of the first participant terminal, and then the voice information may be considered not to be the voice information matched with the user corresponding to the first participant terminal, so that the first participant terminal may be prevented from being used as a first screen display terminal.
According to the embodiment, the accuracy of voice recognition can be improved by establishing the mapping relation between the participant terminal and the voiceprint characteristics, so that the accuracy of automatic adjustment of the first screen display content can be improved.
In some embodiments, the obtaining the first voice information includes:
acquiring first voice information of which the voice length is less than or equal to a first threshold;
the acquiring of the second voice information includes:
and acquiring second voice information with the voice length smaller than or equal to the first threshold.
In video conferencing, for scenes involving the confirmation, replacement or adjustment of a speaker, a form of communication of brief conversations of multiple parties (including both parties) is generally adopted. Therefore, in order to reduce the data amount of voice recognition, it is possible to acquire and recognize voice information having a voice length less than or equal to a first threshold (e.g., a voice length less than or equal to 10 words) without acquiring and recognizing voice information having a voice length greater than the first threshold.
In some embodiments, the obtaining the first voice information includes:
and acquiring first voice information of a second participant terminal, wherein the second participant terminal is a terminal for initiating a video conference.
In a video conference, a terminal initiating the video conference is generally designated as a host terminal, a user using the host terminal is generally a conference host, and the conference host generally regulates and controls the flow and the speaking sequence of the whole video conference. Therefore, in order to further reduce the data amount of voice recognition, the first voice information of the host terminal (i.e., the second participant terminal) can be acquired and recognized without acquiring and recognizing the voice information of the other participant terminals.
Furthermore, whether the first voice information is the voice information matched with the user corresponding to the second participant terminal or not can be identified according to the mapping relation between the pre-established participant terminal and the voiceprint characteristics, so that the accuracy of voice identification can be improved, and the accuracy of automatic adjustment of the first screen display content can be improved.
In some embodiments, when a video conference starts, a video stream acquired by a host terminal can be displayed on a first screen by default, and other participant terminals are sequenced according to the sequence of accessing the video conference to obtain a participant sequence list.
In some embodiments, in the case that a conference topic (which may be simply referred to as "topic") is set in advance, the video conference control apparatus may also generate a user order list in advance according to the conference topic order by acquiring a document related to the conference topic in advance, identifying and extracting key information (such as conference topic information and speaker information of each conference topic) in the topic document, and displaying the user order list at the participant terminal when the video conference starts.
As an example, suppose that there are three conference issues in the video conference, and the three conference issues sequentially include: a first topic, a second topic, and a third topic, wherein the speaker of the first topic is X, the speaker of the second topic is Y, and the speaker of the third topic is Z, then a user order list can be generated according to the conference topic order: x, Y and Z.
In some embodiments, in addition to implementing automatic adjustment of the first screen display content by recognizing voice recognition, the video conference control device may also implement automatic adjustment of the first screen display content in combination with a display sequence of conference topics, or in combination with a user sequence list.
Specifically, when the video conference control device detects that the video conference enters a certain conference topic (such as a first conference topic), the first conference terminal matched with the user identity information corresponding to the first conference topic can be automatically used as the first screen display terminal.
According to the embodiment, the automatic adjustment of the first screen display content is realized by combining the display sequence of the conference subjects, and the first screen display content of the video conference can be adjusted reasonably, flexibly and conveniently, so that the communication effect of the video conference can be improved.
In some embodiments, after the controlling of the first screen of the participant terminal displays the video stream captured by the first participant terminal, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the user sequence corresponding to the user identity information is detected not to meet a preset sequence, adjusting a user sequence list, wherein the user sequence list is a list generated by sequentially arranging the user identity information corresponding to each conference topic according to the display sequence of the preset topics;
and updating the user sequence list displayed by the participating terminal according to the adjusted user sequence list.
As an example, assuming that the user identity information corresponding to the first participant terminal is Z, and assuming that Z speaks before Y after X, the video conference control device may detect that the sequence corresponding to Z does not satisfy the preset sequence, so that the video conference control device may adjust the user sequence list to: x, Z and Y, and controlling the participating terminal to display the adjusted user sequence list.
According to the embodiment, the user sequence list displayed by the participant terminal is updated, so that participants can know the progress condition of the video conference in real time, and the communication effect of the video conference can be further improved.
In some embodiments, after the controlling of the first screen of the participant terminal displays the video stream captured by the first participant terminal, the method further comprises:
determining the type of a new issue according to the new issue information under the condition that the new issue information is detected;
under the condition that the type of the newly added subjects is the same as that of the preset subjects, adding the newly added subject information as next subject information into a subject sequence list;
adding the newly added issue information as the last issue information to the order list of the issues when the type of the newly added issue is different from the type of the preset issue;
and controlling the conference participating terminal to display the adjusted subject sequence list.
During the video conference, the video conference control device may monitor whether new topic information is detected. For example, if the participating terminal sends a document, such as a Word document, a picture, an Excel document, etc., the video conference control apparatus may identify whether the document contains new topic information. For another example, the video conference control apparatus may recognize whether the speech information includes new topic information.
In the case where new topic information is detected, the video conference apparatus may identify the current topic based on the current audio information, assuming that the conference contains a total of 5 topics, identifying that topic 3 is currently ongoing. Then, after detecting the newly added topic information, the video conference apparatus may add the newly added topic information to the topic information corresponding to the topic 3 by default, or may add the newly added topic information to the last topic information by default.
In this embodiment, the video conference apparatus may determine the type of the newly added subject according to the newly added subject information, determine the adding position of the newly added subject information in the subject sequence list, and control each participating terminal to display the adjusted subject sequence list.
Specifically, under the condition that the type of the newly added topic is the same as the type of the preset topic, adding the newly added topic information as next topic information into the topic sequence list; and in the case that the type of the newly added issue is not the same as the type of the preset issue, adding the newly added issue information as the last issue information to the order list of the issues.
For example, assuming that the type of the preset issue is a technical type and the type of the newly added issue is determined to be a non-technical type, such as the newly added issue information related to the group travel is detected during the explanation of issue 3, the type of the newly added issue is different from the type of the preset issue.
In the embodiment, under the condition that newly added subject information is detected, the newly added subject information is added into the subject sequence list, so that on one hand, participants can know the progress condition and the subject adjustment condition of the video conference in real time, the communication effect of the video conference can be further improved, and on the other hand, the participants are prevented from forgetting the newly added subject in the conference process. In addition, the adding position of the newly added topic information in the topic sequence list is determined by determining the type of the newly added topic, so that the topic sequence list can better meet the agenda requirement of the video conference.
In some embodiments, after the determining whether there is a first participant terminal matching the user identity information among the participant terminals, the method further includes:
under the condition that all the participating terminals are not matched with the user identity information, sending a video conference request to a target terminal corresponding to the user identity information;
and under the condition that the target terminal is detected to be accessed into the video conference, controlling the first screen of the participating terminal to display the video stream acquired by the target terminal.
In one case, there is no first participant terminal matching the user identity information in the participant terminals, that is, the participant corresponding to the user identity information has not accessed the video conference.
In this case, the video conference control apparatus may send a video conference request to the target terminal corresponding to the user identity information, where the video conference request may carry a video conference ID and may also carry user identity information corresponding to the host terminal.
The video conference control device can take the target terminal as a first screen display terminal under the condition that the video conference control device detects that the target terminal is accessed into the video conference, namely, the first screen display of the participating terminal is controlled to display the video stream collected by the target terminal.
In the embodiment, the target terminal is accessed into the video conference and can be regarded as making positive feedback representation for the target terminal, so that the next speaker can be reasonably predicted to be the user of the target terminal, therefore, under the condition, the video stream collected by the target terminal is displayed on the first screen, the first screen display content of the video conference is reasonably, flexibly and conveniently adjusted, and the communication effect of the video conference can be improved.
In summary, the embodiment of the application can realize automatic adjustment of the first screen display content by identifying the voice information, so that the efficiency of adjusting the first screen display content is improved, and the communication effect of the video conference can be improved.
The embodiment of the application further provides a technical scheme for adjusting the first screen display content through the host terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the content adjustment permission of the first screen display can be configured for the host terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, the video conference control method may include the steps of:
step 301: and other participant terminals send a first screen display request to the host terminal.
For example, if the participant at the first participant terminal is speaking and has a demand for the first screen presentation, the participant at the first participant terminal may send a request for the first screen presentation to the host terminal by voice.
Step 302: and the host terminal acquires the first screen display requests of other participant terminals and inputs the first screen setting confirmation operation according to the first screen display requests.
Specifically, after the host terminal acquires the first screen display request of other participant terminals, a host of the host terminal can input a first screen setting confirmation operation at the host terminal, for example, the host can click user member information corresponding to the participant terminal needing the first screen display in a user member list, after the background program identifies the click operation, the host can send a message (including the ID of the participant terminal) to the management center, and request that the video stream of the participant terminal corresponding to the ID is displayed on the first screen.
Step 303: the management center sends a first screen display request to the server.
Specifically, after receiving a message sent by a host terminal, the management center can check whether the message has the host terminal authority according to a preset rule, and after the check is passed, the management center can inquire whether the participant terminal is in the video conference according to the ID. If the participant terminal has exited the video conference, the management center may reply "the participant terminal has left" to the host terminal. If the participating terminal is in the video conference, the management center can send a message (including the ID of the participating terminal) to the server, and the server is required to display the video stream of the participating terminal on the first screen.
Step 304: and the server controls the video stream collected by the participant terminal to be displayed on the first screen.
Specifically, the server determines the corresponding participant terminal according to the ID, and sends the video stream of the participant terminal to the first screen of the participant terminal (including the participant terminal itself).
In addition, the video stream of any participant terminal can be displayed in any canvas, such as a second screen canvas and a third screen canvas, without being limited to only adjusting the first screen display content. The specific implementation process may be: firstly, a certain canvas in a plurality of canvases can be selected, then a certain user member in a user member list is clicked, and the video stream of the conference participating terminal corresponding to the user member can be displayed in the canvas.
In the process of displaying the video stream, the embodiment of the application can also automatically remove non-key information, and when the privacy content is detected to exist in the displayed video stream, the privacy content can be automatically shielded, or the privacy content can be shielded in a mode of voice, instruction and the like.
