That is, for the embodiment including only one conference on-line device, it is not necessary to configure the operation trigger switch/button 25, and it is only necessary to directly and automatically capture the display image information on the electronic device after establishing the data connection with the conference host 1, and perform the transmission and sharing, which is simple and convenient. Preferably, however, the acquisition of the display image of the electronic device may also be performed by operating the trigger switch/key 25.
In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the conference online device 2 may further send the unique identification information about the electronic device, which is stored in the electronic device, at preset time intervals; and the conference host 1 can monitor the participation situation of the user corresponding to the unique identification information according to the received unique identification information, and when detecting that the unique identification information of some participant is not received within the absence time which is longer than the preset time, the conference host sends the conference record within the absence time to the communication address corresponding to the unique identification information.
For example, when the control module 24 determines that the connection port 21 is connected to the electronic device, the control module may obtain unique identification information pre-stored in the electronic device, where the unique identification information may serve as identification information of the electronic device to correspond to the identity of each participant. The unique identification information may be stored in a specific directory address of the electronic device, or may be stored in a corresponding storage module, and the control module 24 may pre-store information about the specific directory address, so as to directly query the corresponding unique identification information in the electronic device at the specific directory address, or directly read the unique identification information from the corresponding storage module.
Meanwhile, after acquiring the unique identification information corresponding to the electronic device, the control module 24 may send the unique identification information to the conference host 1 through the first communication module 22 according to a preset time interval, and the conference host 1 may determine the information of the participant according to the received unique identification information.
As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of the conference host in the present invention, the conference host 1 in this embodiment may include a data processing module 11 and a second communication module 12 that communicates with a first communication module 22.
A table of correspondence between the unique identification information and the identity information of the participant and their communication addresses may be stored in the data processing module 11. The second communication module 12 in this embodiment may receive the unique identification information sent by the first communication module 22 from the first communication module, and the data processing module 11 may know which attendees are in a meeting and which are not in a meeting or leaving in the middle of the meeting according to the received unique identification information. And when the data processing module 11 determines that the unique identification information corresponding to a participant is not received within the absence time greater than the preset time, the conference record within the absence time can be sent to the communication address stored in association with the unique identification through the second communication module 22. That is to say, when a participant leaves the conference midway, the conference host may send the conference content within the absence time to the communication address of the participant, so as to avoid that the participant cannot obtain the corresponding conference content.
Preferably, the conference host 1 may further recognize information of non-attendees, that is, information of all attendees may be pre-stored in the data processing module 11, and when the second communication module 12 receives the corresponding unique identification information, the attendees corresponding to the unique identification information may be checked in, and the non-checked attendees are non-attendees. For the part of non-participators, the data processing module 11 may send the conference content to the communication address corresponding to the non-participator in real time before the conference is ended or during the conference. Through the configuration, each participant can be ensured to acquire the participant content, the personnel leaving the meeting midway can be detected in real time, and the meeting content in the leaving time (absence time) is sent to the corresponding communication address. In this embodiment, the unique identification information may be information about a user ID, or may be a number of the electronic device, as long as the unique identification information can uniquely correspond to the electronic device and the user. In addition, the communication address may include a social account such as an email address, a mobile phone number, a micro signal, a QQ number, and the like.
In addition, the conference host 1 in the embodiment of the present invention may receive information of a display image sent by the conference online device according to a host request signal sent by the conference online device 2; specifically, the second communication module 12 in the conference host 1 may receive a host request signal sent by the first communication module 22, where the host request signal may include unique identification information of the electronic device and information requesting to replace a host, and the data processing module 11 may verify whether the unique identification information is correct according to the host request signal, and control the second communication module 12 to return confirmation information to the first communication module 22 when the unique identification information is verified to be correct, and wait for receiving display image information.
The conference system in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a projection device 4 connected to the conference host 1, and when the data processing module 11 in the conference host 1 receives the display image information sent by the conference online device 2 through the second communication module 12, the projection device 4 may be controlled to project the display image so as to share the display image with the participants. Meanwhile, the data processing module 11 may further send the received display image to each electronic device connected thereto through the second communication module 12, so as to display the corresponding display image on each electronic device of the participant, respectively. The participants can watch the conference content shared by the host through the projection equipment and can also watch the conference content through respective electronic equipment, and the conference system is more convenient.
The method for acquiring the information about the current conference event in the electronic equipment comprises the following steps: a meeting link for a meeting event stored within a connected electronic device is obtained.
Wherein the method for capturing the display image on the connected electronic equipment comprises at least one of the following modes:
triggering the electronic device to capture information of a display image thereof; and
automatically capturing a display image on the electronic device.
The conference online equipment is configured to obtain a conference link of the current conference event by searching outlook mails of connected electronic equipment.
The conference online equipment is further configured to execute the operation of capturing the display image on the connected electronic equipment according to at least one of the received first preset voice information and the first trigger information generated by the trigger switch.
The conferencing system also includes a projection device coupled to the conferencing host,
the conference host is further configured to project the information of the display image by using the projection device when receiving the information of the display image sent by the conference online device.
The conference host is further configured to receive information of a display image sent by the conference online equipment according to a host request signal sent by the conference online equipment;
and the conference online equipment generates the host request signal according to the received second preset voice information and second trigger information generated by the trigger switch.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention can automatically acquire an image displayed on a connected electronic device and send the image to a conference host for projection or sharing, thereby avoiding the problem of limited distance when a user is connected to the host by a wire; in addition, monitoring of the participants can be realized, and each participant can be guaranteed to control all conference information.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative devices, apparatus, and method steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the electronic device to which the data processing method described above is applied may refer to the corresponding description in the foregoing product embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.

Claims (8)

1. A conference online method, comprising the steps of:
establishing data connection with a conference host;
capturing a display image on the connected electronic device;
transmitting information on the captured display image to the conference host for sharing;
the method for establishing the data connection with the conference host comprises the following steps:
accessing an electronic device;
automatically acquiring information about a current conference event in the electronic equipment, wherein the information about the conference event at least comprises a link for joining a conference;
and triggering the link for joining the conference to automatically join the conference so as to establish data connection with the conference host.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting a moderator request signal to the conference host and capturing a display image on the connected electronic device are performed according to at least one of the received first preset voice information and first trigger information generated by a trigger switch.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring unique identification information stored in the connected electronic equipment;
sending the unique identification information according to a preset time interval;
and the conference host monitors the participation condition of the user corresponding to the unique identification information according to the unique identification information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein when the conference host does not receive the unique identification information within an absence time greater than a preset time, the conference host sends the conference record within the absence time to the communication address stored in association with the unique identification.
5. A conference system applying the conference online-based method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the conference system comprises a conference host and at least one conference online device connected with the conference host; wherein the conference online device is configured to capture a display image on an electronic device connected thereto after establishing a data connection with a conference host, and transmit information about the captured display image to the conference host;
the conference host is configured to receive the information of the display image and perform sharing of the information of the display image;
the conference online equipment is further configured to automatically acquire information about a current conference event in the electronic equipment, wherein the information about the conference event at least comprises a link for joining the conference, and the link for joining the conference is triggered to automatically join the conference, so that data connection with the conference host is established.
6. The conferencing system of claim 5 wherein the conferencing online device is further configured to perform the operation of capturing the display image on the connected electronic device by at least one of:
information that triggers the manner in which the electronic device captures its display image, an
And capturing a display image on the electronic equipment by means of automatic capture.
7. The conferencing system of claim 5, wherein,
the conference online equipment is also configured to transmit the unique identification information about the electronic equipment, which is stored in the electronic equipment, according to a preset time interval;
and the conference host configuration monitors the participation condition of the user corresponding to the unique identification information according to the unique identification information.
8. The conferencing system of claim 7, wherein the conferencing host is further configured to send a conference record during an absence time greater than a preset time to the communication address corresponding to the unique identification information when detecting that the unique identification information is not received during the absence time.
