Abstract

本发明提供一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,涉及乐器制作领域,解决了一方面只能够单个笛子毛坯进行绘制,绘制效率较低;另一方面,绘制过程中的步骤较多,且都是手工对正绘制精准度较低的问题。一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,包括主体架;所述主体架上滑动连接有一个笛子放置座结构。因笛子放置座结构上的夹块共有十六块,且十六块所述夹块两两一组共分为八组,并且每组所述夹块之间均放置有一块橡胶块;八组所述夹块以及八个橡胶块通过两根圆柱杆贯穿相连,且所述圆柱杆上位于每组夹块之间均设置有挡环,并且通过所述挡环的分隔将每两组夹块之间形成一个笛子放置槽,从而可实现八个笛子的同时划线动作。

一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置
技术领域
本发明属于乐器制作技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置。
背景技术
笛子,是古老的汉族乐器,也是汉族乐器中最具代表性最有民族特色的吹奏乐器,现在大部分笛子在制作个过程时,工人为了能快速准确的确定笛子需要打孔的位置,工人一般都会在笛子上进行划线,随后工人即可使用钻孔结构对笛子进行钻孔。
基于上述,目前在笛子绘制打孔线时主要存在以下不足:
目前在绘制笛子打孔线时,主要还是采取人工绘制的方法,工人需要将笛子毛坯悬置在绘制线的下方,然后缓慢提起笛子毛坯与绘制线接触,绘制好后再将笛子放置在一边,此种方法一方面只能够单个笛子毛坯进行绘制,绘制效率较低;另一方面,绘制过程中的步骤较多,且都是手工对正绘制精准度较低。
于是,有鉴于此,针对现有的结构及缺失予以研究改良,提供一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,以期达到更具有更加实用价值性的目的。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,以解决现有目前在绘制笛子打孔线时,主要还是采取人工绘制的方法,工人需要将笛子毛坯悬置在绘制线的下方,然后缓慢提起笛子毛坯与绘制线接触,绘制好后再将笛子放置在一边,此种方法一方面只能够单个笛子毛坯进行绘制,绘制效率较低;另一方面,绘制过程中的步骤较多,且都是手工对正绘制精准度较低的问题。
本发明一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置的目的与功效,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,包括主体架;所述主体架上滑动连接有一个笛子放置座结构,且所述主体架内壁通过标记线连接座连接有六条标记线;所述主体架上还滑动连接有一个压板,且主体架上转动连接有一个驱动结构。
进一步的,所述主体架包括矩形孔、漏斗,所述主体架上开设有一个矩形孔,且所述主体架底端面位于矩形孔位置处通过螺栓固定连接有一个漏斗,并且所述矩形孔的大小大于笛子的长度。
进一步的,所述漏斗底端面为倾斜式结构。
进一步的,所述主体架还包括转动连接座、滑动杆座、滑动杆和弹性件,所述主体架左端面和右端面均通过螺栓固定连接有一个转动连接座,且所述主体架左端面和右端面均对称焊接有两个滑动杆座;每个所述滑动杆座顶端面均焊接有一根滑动杆,且每根所述滑动杆上均套接有一个弹性件。
进一步的,所述笛子放置座结构包括夹块、橡胶块、圆柱杆、挡环和限位块,所述笛子放置座结构上的夹块共有十六块,且十六块所述夹块两两一组共分为八组,并且每组所述夹块之间均放置有一块橡胶块;八组所述夹块以及八个橡胶块通过两根圆柱杆贯穿相连,且所述圆柱杆上位于每组夹块之间均设置有挡环,并且通过所述挡环的分隔将每两组夹块之间形成一个笛子放置槽;所述每组夹块中其中一块夹块的顶端面上均对称焊接有两块限位块,且所述限位块上开设有斜角。
进一步的,所述压板其实是和滑动杆滑动连接的,且所述压板底端面与弹性件顶端相接触。
进一步的,所述压板包括压线板,所述压板底端面呈矩形阵列状焊接有压线板,且所述压线板和标记线位置对正。
进一步的,所述压板还包括冲爪,所述压板前端面和后端面均呈矩形阵列状焊接有八个冲爪,且所述冲爪底部为尖状结构。
进一步的,所述驱动结构包括摇把和凸轮,所述驱动结构上的摇把转动连接在两个转动连接座,且所述摇把上焊接有一个凸轮,并且所述凸轮与压板顶端面相接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本装置实用性强,能够联动完成笛子划线和划线好的笛子出料动作,具体如下:转动驱动结构,通过凸轮的挤压可使压板向下滑动,此时,一方面因所述压线板和标记线位置对正,当所述压板下压时压线板可使标记线与笛子表面进行弧形接触,提高了划线的长度和清晰度;另一方面,继续转动驱动结构,因冲爪底部为尖状结构,当所述压板下压时冲爪可与夹块接触并挤压橡胶块,通过所述冲爪的挤压使两块夹块之间的间隙大于笛子的直径,此时笛子可脱离笛子放置座结构掉落到漏斗中完成出料动作。
本装置加工效率高,因笛子放置座结构上的夹块共有十六块,且十六块所述夹块两两一组共分为八组,并且每组所述夹块之间均放置有一块橡胶块;八组所述夹块以及八个橡胶块通过两根圆柱杆贯穿相连,且所述圆柱杆上位于每组夹块之间均设置有挡环,并且通过所述挡环的分隔将每两组夹块之间形成一个笛子放置槽,从而可实现八个笛子的同时划线动作。

本发明提供一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,包括主体架1;主体架1上设有一个笛子放置座结构2,主体架1内壁通过标记线连接座连接有六条标记线5;参考如图2和图3,主体架1包括矩形孔101、漏斗102,主体架1上开设有一个矩形孔101,主体架1底部通过螺栓安装有一个漏斗102,一个漏斗102位于矩形孔101下方,矩形孔101的大小大于笛子的长度,当笛子划线完毕后从笛子放置座结构2掉落后可通过矩形孔101掉落到漏斗102中,漏斗102底部为倾斜式结构,当笛子掉落到漏斗102后可自动滑动排出;参考如图3,主体架1还包括转动连接座103、滑动杆座104、滑动杆105和弹性件106,主体架1左右两侧均通过螺栓连接有一个转动连接座103,主体架1左右两侧对称焊接有两个滑动杆座104;每个滑动杆座104顶端均焊接有一根滑动杆105,每根滑动杆105上均套有一个弹性件106,滑动杆105上滑动式设有一个压板3,压板3底部与弹性件106顶端相接触,那么通过弹性件106可对压板3进行弹性复位,主体架1上设有一个驱动结构4。
参考如图5和图6,笛子放置座结构2包括夹块201、橡胶块202、圆柱杆203、挡环204和限位块205,夹块201共有十六块,十六块夹块201两两一组共分为八组,每组夹块201之间均放置有一块橡胶块202,共有八个橡胶块202,八组夹块201和八个橡胶块202通过两根圆柱杆203贯穿相连,圆柱杆203上位于每组夹块201之间均设置有挡环204,通过挡环204的分隔将每两组夹块201之间形成一个笛子放置槽;每组夹块201中的其中一块夹块201的顶部均对称焊接有两块限位块205,限位块205上开设有斜角,在放置笛子时可将笛子放置在限位块205之间,且因限位块205上斜角的设置可提高笛子放置时的顺滑性。
参考如图7、图8和图9,压板3包括压线板301和冲爪302,压板3底部焊接有压线板301,压线板301呈矩形阵列状,压线板301和标记线5位置对正,当压板3下压时压线板301可使标记线5与笛子表面进行弧形接触,提高了划线的长度和清晰度,压板3前后两侧焊接有八个冲爪302,八个冲爪302均呈矩形阵列状,冲爪302底部为尖状结构,当压板3下压时冲爪302可与夹块201接触并挤压橡胶块202,通过冲爪302的挤压使两块夹块201之间的间隙大于笛子的直径,此时笛子可脱离笛子放置座结构2掉落到漏斗102中完成出料动作。
参考如图2和图3,驱动结构4包括摇把401和凸轮402,两个转动连接座103之间转动式连接有摇把401,摇把401中部焊接有一个凸轮402,凸轮402与压板3顶部相接触,那么通过凸轮402的转动可实现压板3的下压和复位动作。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:
使用时,首先将笛子放置在笛子放置座结构2上,此时因笛子放置座结构2上挡环204的分隔将每两组夹块201之间形成一个笛子放置槽,且还因限位块205的设置可为笛子形成一个前后左右四面限位的放置区域;
将笛子放置好后,再将笛子放置座结构2推送至压板3下方位置;
最后转动驱动结构4,通过凸轮402的挤压可使压板3向下滑动,此时,一方面因压线板301和标记线5位置对正,当压板3下压时压线板301可使标记线5与笛子表面进行弧形接触,提高了划线的长度和清晰度;另一方面,继续转动驱动结构4,因冲爪302底部为尖状结构,当压板3下压时冲爪302可与夹块201接触并挤压橡胶块202,通过冲爪302的挤压使两块夹块201之间的间隙大于笛子的直径,此时笛子可脱离笛子放置座结构2掉落到漏斗102中完成出料动作。

1.一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,其特征在于:包括主体架(1);所述主体架(1)上滑动连接有一个笛子放置座结构(2),且所述主体架(1)内壁通过标记线连接座连接有六条标记线(5);所述主体架(1)上还滑动连接有一个压板(3),且主体架(1)上转动连接有一个驱动结构(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,其特征在于:所述主体架(1)包括矩形孔(101)、漏斗(102),所述主体架(1)上开设有一个矩形孔(101),且所述主体架(1)底端面位于矩形孔(101)位置处通过螺栓固定连接有一个漏斗(102),并且所述矩形孔(101)的大小大于笛子的长度,当笛子划线完毕后从笛子放置座结构(2)掉落后可通过矩形孔(101)掉落到漏斗(102)中。
3.如权利要求2所述一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,其特征在于:所述漏斗(102)底端面为倾斜式结构。
4.如权利要求1所述一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,其特征在于:所述主体架(1)还包括转动连接座(103)、滑动杆座(104)、滑动杆(105)和弹性件(106),所述主体架(1)左端面和右端面均通过螺栓固定连接有一个转动连接座(103),且所述主体架(1)左端面和右端面均对称焊接有两个滑动杆座(104);每个所述滑动杆座(104)顶端面均焊接有一根滑动杆(105),且每根所述滑动杆(105)上均套接有一个弹性件(106)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种新型笛子批量联动划线装置,其特征在于:所述笛子放置座结构(2)包括夹块(201)、橡胶块(202)、圆柱杆(203)、挡环(204)和限位块(205),所述笛子放置座结构(2)上的夹块(201)共有十六块,且十六块所述夹块(201)两两一组共分为八组,并且每组所述夹块(201)之间均放置有一块橡胶块(202);八组所述夹块(201)以及八个橡胶块(202)通过两根圆柱杆(203)贯穿相连,且所述圆柱杆(203)上位于每组夹块(201)之间均设置有挡环(204),并且通过所述挡环(204)的分隔将每两组夹块(201)之间形成一个笛子放置槽;所述每组夹块(201)中其中一块夹块(201)的顶端面上均对称焊接有两块限位块(205),且所述限位块(205)上开设有斜角。
