Please refer to fig. 1-8, which is a mixing system of an integrated machine for recycling kitchen waste, and includes a recycling tank 1, a fermentation tank 2, a driving structure 3 and a mixing structure, wherein the recycling tank 1 is composed of a detachable outer shell and a plurality of frame bodies arranged inside, an electric cabinet with a controller is arranged inside the recycling tank 1, the electric cabinet is arranged at the left side of the fermentation tank 2 and at the front side of the driving structure 3, a speed reducer 32 and a mixing motor 33 are both electrically connected with the controller, the fermentation tank 2 is fixedly arranged inside the recycling tank 1, the middle lower part of the fermentation tank 2 is a semicircular structure, the upper end and the front end of the recycling tank 1 are respectively provided with a feeding structure and a discharging structure, the fermentation tank 2 is communicated with the feeding structure and the discharging structure, the fermentation amount in the fermentation tank 2 is 300 kg/day, the mixing structure is arranged in the fermentation tank 2 for forward mixing and reverse discharging the materials in the fermentation tank 2, the driving structure 3 is arranged between the recovery processing box body 1 and the fermentation tank 2 and is used for driving the stirring structure to positively rotate and stir the materials and reversely rotate to assist discharging.
The stirring structure comprises a stirring shaft 5, a plurality of pairs of uniformly distributed stirring pieces 6 fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the stirring shaft 5, and a first material shifting plate 7 and a second material shifting plate 8 which are respectively fixedly arranged on any stirring piece 6, wherein part of the first material shifting plate 7 is in contact with the bottom end of the fermentation tank 2, the number of the second material shifting plates 8 in each pair of stirring pieces 6 is at least one, the stirring shaft 5 is positioned at the central part in the fermentation tank 2, when the stirring shaft 5 is driven to rotate by the driving structure, the stirring shaft 5 drives the stirring pieces 6 and the first material shifting plates 7 as well as the stirring pieces 6 and the second material shifting plates 8 to rotate forwards or backwards, in the process, due to the contact of the first material shifting plates 7 and the inner wall of the fermentation tank 2, on one hand, the stirring effect can be achieved on the materials in the fermentation tank 2, on the other hand, the materials adhered to the inner wall of the fermentation tank 2, the second material stirring plate 8 and the stirring pieces 6 correspondingly play a role in stirring materials, in the operation, when one of the stirring pieces 6 drives the first material stirring plate 7 or the second material stirring plate 8 to rotate, the other stirring piece drives the first material stirring plate 7 or the second material stirring plate 8 to rotate to stir the materials, and the two stirring pieces 6 move back and forth to play a better role in stirring and stir the materials.
