技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种有氧洗衣爆炸球及其制备方法。
背景技术
现阶段,洗衣用品已成为生活必需品,随着人们消费水平不断提高,其需求量也不断增加,洗衣用品市场具有很大的发展潜力。目前,该市场主要以粉状洗衣剂和洗衣液为主。粉状洗衣剂制备过程需要添加大量的助剂,粉体干燥过程较耗能,并且溶解性较差;纺织物是微生物传播的途径之一,人们在日常生活中不可避免会接触到各式各样的微生物,现有的洗衣用品已不能满足多样使用需求,为此我们提出一种有氧洗衣爆炸球及其制备方法来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在现有的洗衣用品去污能力弱,不具备杀菌消毒功能的缺点,而提出的一种有氧洗衣爆炸球及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种有氧洗衣爆炸球,包含有以下质量百分数的组分:碳酸氢钠30%-45%,过碳酸钠6%-10%,柠檬酸15%-25%,脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠20%-30%,α-烯基磺酸钠3%-8%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%-3%,羧甲基淀粉钠1%-3%,四乙酰乙二胺0.3%-0.6%,香精0.8%-1.2%,聚乙二醇-4000.5%-1.0%。
一种有氧洗衣爆炸球的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取质量百分数的碳酸氢钠30%-45%,过碳酸钠6%-10%,脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠20%-30%,α-烯基磺酸钠3%-8%和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%-3%,并在搅拌混合机内混合均匀,过60目筛;
S2、称取质量百分数的柠檬酸15%-25%用粉粹机粉粹,过60目筛;
S3、将步骤S1中制得的混合粉料和和步骤S2中制得的柠檬酸粉放入粉料混合机中,并加入羧甲基淀粉钠1%-3%,四乙酰乙二胺0.3%-0.6%,香精0.8%-1.2%,聚乙二醇-400 0.5%-1.0%,搅拌混合3-5分钟;
S4、将步骤S3中混合好的粉料,定量投入特定形状的模具中,并用气压机或油压机压制成型,放抽湿间抽湿,得到具有一定形状的胚料;
S5、将步骤S4中得到的胚料用收缩膜包装,既得到有氧洗衣爆炸球。
本发明提出的一种有氧洗衣爆炸球及其制备方法,有益效果在于:本发明突破传统洗衣粉和洗衣液的特点,配方中采用碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸的配比,能产生足量的气泡直至洗衣球溶解完全,并且最终形成的水溶液呈中性,不伤衣物,产品使用时投入水里自动崩解发泡,产生很多细小致密泡沫,提高去污力;配合碳酸氢钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠、α-烯基磺酸钠等有氧去污因子在四乙酰乙二胺的协同作用下,释放出原子氧,完全不同于普通漂白剂和彩漂剂,去除顽固污渍,温和增艳增白衣物,不伤衣物纤维;同时本发明添加的过碳酸钠放出的原子氧还是一种安全高效杀菌消毒剂,可杀灭大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、肝炎病毒等常见病菌,提升了洗衣杀菌的功能;同时通过羧甲基淀粉钠的加入,能有效降低使用成本并提供有效的崩解速度。

实施例1
一种有氧洗衣爆炸球,包含有以下质量百分数的组分:碳酸氢钠30%,过碳酸钠6%,柠檬酸15%,脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠20%,α-烯基磺酸钠3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,羧甲基淀粉钠1%,四乙酰乙二胺0.3%,香精0.8%,聚乙二醇-400 0.5%。
一种有氧洗衣爆炸球的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取质量百分数的碳酸氢钠30%,过碳酸钠6%,脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠20%,α-烯基磺酸钠3%-8%和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,并在搅拌混合机内混合均匀,过60目筛;
S2、称取质量百分数的柠檬酸15%用粉粹机粉粹,过60目筛;
S3、将步骤S1中制得的混合粉料和和步骤S2中制得的柠檬酸粉放入粉料混合机中,并加入羧甲基淀粉钠1%,四乙酰乙二胺0.3%,香精0.8%,聚乙二醇-400 0.5%,搅拌混合3-5分钟;

S2、称取质量百分数的柠檬酸20%用粉粹机粉粹,过60目筛;
S3、将步骤S1中制得的混合粉料和和步骤S2中制得的柠檬酸粉放入粉料混合机中,并加入羧甲基淀粉钠2%,四乙酰乙二胺0.5%,香精1%,聚乙二醇-400 0.8%,搅拌混合3-5分钟;

S1、称取质量百分数的碳酸氢钠30%-45%,过碳酸钠6%-10%,脂肪醇醚硫酸酯钠20%-30%,α-烯基磺酸钠3%-8%和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%-3%,并在搅拌混合机内混合均匀,过60目筛;
