背景技术
目前市面上现有的石材清洁粉在使用时需要使用纸巾覆盖敷贴或直接覆膜覆盖保湿,通过纸巾覆盖敷贴时纸巾会吸收大量药水,且无法全面覆盖与物体表面,极易产生褶皱,影响清洁效果,且纸巾内含有木浆和荧光剂等成分,极易与药水中的成分发生化学反应,损害石材,或在石材上留下色渍,而覆膜覆盖保湿仅适用于地面,无法适用于墙面石材,用于墙面时药水易下流。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供一种安全稳定、适用于墙面和地面作业、粘附性好、快速成膜且方便清理的石材环保型中性清洁粉。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种石材环保型中性清洁粉,包括如下重量的组份:方石英粉30-50份、石英粉40-60份、吸水树脂颗粒10-20份、竹炭5-10份、硅藻土12-15份、艾叶粉6-8份、观音土7-9份、十二烷基磺酸钠12-16份、膨土岩8-13份、碳酸钠1-3份、高岭土11-13份、滑石粉15-20份、氯化钠3-5份、无水硅酸钠粉2-7份、三聚磷酸钠5-12份、高硼酸钠2-9份、植物精油香料0.1-0.6份、成膜粉5-10份。
进一步地,所述成膜粉为交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、明胶、海藻酸钠、黄胶原中的一种或多种。
本发明还公开了一种石材环保型中性清洁粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制取艾叶粉:取新鲜艾叶放置于烘干机内保持温度在60-70℃烘干2-4小时使得艾叶内水分全部蒸发后经粉碎机粉碎至1200-1500目得艾叶粉;
2)按重量份数计数,分别称取竹炭5-10份、硅藻土12-15份、观音土7-9份、十二烷基磺酸钠12-16份、膨土岩8-13份、碳酸钠1-3份、高岭土11-13份、氯化钠3-5份、三聚磷酸钠5-12份、高硼酸钠2-9份分别经粉碎机粉碎至800-1300目后放入螺旋式搅拌装置中进行快速搅拌1-2分钟得混合物一;
3)按重量份数计数,分别称取步骤1)所述的艾叶粉6-8份、方石英粉30-50份、石英粉40-60份、吸水树脂颗粒10-20份、滑石粉15-20份、无水硅酸钠粉2-7份、植物精油香料0.1-0.6份、成膜粉5-10份以及步骤2)所述的混合物一放入螺旋式搅拌装置混合搅拌30-90秒后即可得混合物二;
4)将步骤3)所述的混合物二送入隧道恒温加热装置烘干,制得石材环保型中性清洁粉。
进一步地,所述步骤4)中所述的隧道恒温加热装置的加热温度小于100°且加热长度大于8米。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一种石材环保型中性清洁粉,设计新颖,组合合理,方石英粉末与石英粉亲水疏油,惰性材料且物化性能稳定,不含有机物污染并且不溶于水,易吸潮,能够有效吸附潮气和石材表面层的杂质,通过成膜粉使得本石材环保型中性清洁粉在石材表面快速成膜并吸附在石材表面,避免水分沿石材毛细孔渗入,且通过吸水树脂颗粒、硅藻土、竹炭等吸水组份可有效吸收石材表面潮气,添加植物精油香料可在清洁后散发植物清香且不会人体产生伤害,环保健康。

3)按重量份数计数,分别称取步骤1)所述的艾叶粉6份、方石英粉30份、石英粉40份、吸水树脂颗粒10份、滑石粉15份、无水硅酸钠粉2份、植物精油香料0.1份、聚乙烯醇2份、海藻酸钠3份以及步骤2)所述的混合物一放入螺旋式搅拌装置混合搅拌30-90秒后即可得混合物二;
4)将步骤3)所述的混合物二送入隧道恒温加热装置烘干,制得石材环保型中性清洁粉。

3)按重量份数计数,分别称取步骤1)所述的艾叶粉6-8份、方石英粉30-50份、石英粉40-60份、吸水树脂颗粒10-20份、滑石粉15-20份、无水硅酸钠粉2-7份、植物精油香料0.1-0.6份、成膜粉5-10份以及步骤2)所述的混合物一放入螺旋式搅拌装置混合搅拌30-90秒后即可得混合物二;
4)将步骤3)所述的混合物二送入隧道恒温加热装置烘干,制得石材环保型中性清洁粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种石材环保型中性清洁粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中所述的隧道恒温加热装置的加热温度小于100°且加热长度大于8米。
