Wherein the connecting holes 4 are preferably arranged at equal intervals.
In the above scheme, the beam seat 1 includes a mounting plate 11 for fixing the beam seat 1 and a connecting plate 12 for connecting with the main beam 2, the mounting plate 11 is provided with a mounting hole 111, and the slot 121 is arranged on the connecting plate 12. When the beam seat 1 is installed, the mounting plate 11 is fixed on the inner wall of an elevator shaft by utilizing a tension explosion bolt to pass through the mounting hole 111.
In the above solution, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the main beam 2 is composed of two first L-shaped steels, and the connection beam 3 is composed of two second L-shaped steels; the first L-shaped steel and the second L-shaped steel are both composed of two steel plates, and the two steel plates of the first L-shaped steel and the second L-shaped steel are both provided with the connecting holes 4; the two first L-shaped steels are connected through a connecting piece 5 to form the main beam 2, a gap 21 is formed between the two first L-shaped steels forming the main beam 2, and a steel plate on the second L-shaped steel forming the connection beam 3 is inserted into the gap 21. A partition plate 13 extends from the connecting plate 12, the partition plate 13 is inserted into a gap 21 between two first L-shaped steels forming the main beam 2, and the partition plate 13 can be provided with the slot 121; optionally, the thickness of the partition plate 13 is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the two second L-shaped steel plates. The first L-shaped steel and the second L-shaped steel have the same structure. The two first L-shaped steels forming the main beam 2 can be further kept stable through bolt connection. It should be noted that the names of the first L-shaped steel and the second L-shaped steel are distinguished for convenience of reference, and it is not emphasized that both are parts having different structures, and both may be L-shaped steels having the same structure.
In other words, the supporting member 100 is composed of two beam seats 1 and six L-shaped steel, so that when the supporting member is installed, an operator does not need to spend time to distinguish the main beam 2 from the connection beam 3, and the installation efficiency is improved; reduce the part style and reduce the manufacturing difficulty.
In some embodiments, in order to smooth the lifting process of the work platform 500, referring to fig. 2, the pulley device 200 includes two pulley sets; the work platform 500 is provided with two mutually independent lifting units 600, one end of a suspension member 300 is connected with one lifting unit 600, and the other end of the suspension member 300 bypasses a reverse rope pulley set and then is connected with the work platform 500; the structure of the other lifting unit 600 towing the work platform 500 is the same. Specifically, a diverting pulley set includes two diverting pulleys disposed axially along the support member 100; the suspension member 300 comprises one or more cables. In this way, traction is provided on both sides of the work platform 500, so that the work platform 500 is kept as balanced as possible.
In some specific embodiments, in order to facilitate the construction of the constructor on the work platform, referring to fig. 3, a control box 700 is disposed on the work platform 500, and the two lifting units 600 are electrically connected to the control box 700; the control box 700 is electrically connected to a control board 800, and the operation platform 500 is controlled to ascend or descend by the control board 800. An operator may manipulate the position of the work platform 500 on the work platform. It should be noted that the lifting unit 600 may be a conventional rope winding device, and the work platform 500 is lifted or lowered by winding or unwinding a rope.
When the traction system of the mobile operation platform 500 is used for installing the elevator without a machine room without a scaffold, the operation can be carried out according to the following steps:
a. providing a support member 100 at a top portion in a machine room-less elevator hoistway;
b. a diverting pulley device 200 is provided on the support member 100;
c. installing a guide rail 400 of a first grade and assembling a car frame serving as an operation platform 500 at the pit bottom of a hoistway of a machine room-less elevator;
d. two lifting units 600 are arranged on two sides of the car frame, and the positions of the two lifting units 600 correspond to the diversion sheave device 200;
e. the hoisting unit 600 and the car frame are connected by means of a suspension member 300 passing around the diverting pulley unit 200;
f. the car frame is used for ascending along the guide rail 400 of the first gear, and the guide rail 400 of the second gear is arranged on the guide rail 400 of the first gear;
g. this is repeated until the installation of the guide rail 400 is completed.
In the process, an operator can stand on the car frame to gradually install the elevator components in the shaft.
Here, the top temporary work platform 900 may be provided at an elevator entrance at the uppermost layer of the machine room-less elevator shaft, and the support member 100 may be fixed in the machine room-less elevator shaft on the top temporary work platform 900.
Compared with the traditional mode of installing the elevator without the machine room by utilizing the scaffold, the method does not need to install the scaffold at each elevator opening, and has the characteristics of low cost, convenience in disassembly and assembly, high safety, easiness in implementation and the like.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
